초등학교 체육교과 활동과제평가지 개발

본 연구는 초등학교 체육교과 도전활동 영역을 중심으로 활동과제평가 지의 개발 과정과 개발된 활동과제평가 지의 구체적인 모습 및 그 활용에 관한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 2010년 6월부터 2011년 6월까지 초등학교 5ㆍ6학년 9개 학급을 대상으로 실행 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 활동과제평가 지의 개발 과정은 초안 개발 이전에 이루어져야 할 기초작업(개발의 방향 설정, 종목 선정 및 과제 분석, 성취목표 및 평가기준 개발, 디자인 시안 개발)이 이루어졌다. 이러한 기초작업을 토대로 초안-수정안-최종안이 순차적으로 체육수업 상황에서 개발-적용-검토되는 과정을 통해 총 9개 종목의 활동과제평가지가 개발ㆍ확정되었다. 둘째, 본 연구를 통해 개발된 활동과제평가지는 8개 영역(활동과제평가지명 및 평가주체 코너, 내용관련 기본정보사항 코너, 학습목표 및 유의점과 준비물 코너, 운동수행 코너, 정의적 가치덕목 코너, 반성 및 정리 코너, 교사평가 코너, 연속동작 사진자료 코너)으로 내용 구성이 이루어졌다. 그리고 본 활동과제평가 지의 효과적인 활용을 위해 고려되어야 할 몇 가지 사항이 확인되었다. The purpose of this study is to develop actual tasks assessment sheets in elementary physical education. This actual tasks assessment sheets were developed in challenge activity among fifth activity domain in elementary physical education. And the purpose of this study is to provide basic data about specific appearance and use of the developed actual tasks assessment sheets. To achieve this purpose, researchers applied an action research design from June 2010 to June 2011. Participants were 5th and 6th grade students in an elementary school classes. The major findings are as follows: First, the developing process of the sheets was followed several procedures (deciding the direction of development, selecting sports and task analysis, developing the achievement goals and evaluation criteria, developing a draft of actual tasks assessment sheet) prior to the draft development. Based on these basic procedures, draft-amendments-final sheets were developed sequentially. Each of These sheets was followed through process of development-applies-reviewing. Through this procedure, 9 actual tasks assessment sheets in elementary physical education were developed. Second, the actual tasks assessment sheet is consisted of eight corners(corner for the name of actual tasks assessment sheet and selecting assessor, corner for basic information about the related content, learning objectives, matters to be attended points and materials corner, physical performance corner, affective values & virtues corner, reflection and arrangement corners, teacher assessment corner, corner for photos of continuous motions). In addition, a few things was confirmed for the effective use of actual tasks assessment sheets in elementary physical education classes.

교육대학원 초등체육전공 교육과정 비교분석

본 연구는 교육대학원의 초등체육전공 교육과정을 비교분석하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 Bereday의 비교분석방법론에 기초하여 본 연구의 목적에 맞게 수정해서 분석했으며, 연구 결과 및 논의를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 교육대학원 초등체 육전공 교육과정의 목표는 ``시대적 흐름과 사회적 요구``를 반영하고, 연구, 교수전문성, 인격 등 교사로서의 "능력 및 자질"과 관련된 측면을 포함해서 구체화시켜야 할 것이다. 둘째, 교육대학원 초등체육전공 교육과정의 내용 중 전공기초과목은 "교과교육학 중심"으로교육과정을 편성·운영해야 하고, 교과교육학 및 연구방법론 강좌를 필수과목으로 지정할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 전공선택과목은 ``다양성``에 기초하여 선택의 폭을 넓이되, 학문영역별 혹은 현장 실무능력 배양을 위한 전문화과정별로 ``체계성``을 갖추고, 학교현장으로의 전이효과를 극대화시킬 수 있도록 ``현장성``을 강화해야 할 것이다. 더불어, 체육학내 통합 뿐만 아니라 여러 교과를 가르치는 초등교사의 특성을 살려 주제중심으로 토론할 수 있는 콜로키움 형식의 강좌 개설을 통해 타학문 영역과의 통합 혹은 교류를 시도해 볼 필요가 있다. This study conducted a comparative analysis of elementary physical education(EPE) major curricula on graduate school of education. This methodology based on the comparison of Bereday was modified for the purpose of this study.The results and discussion are as follows. First, the goal of EPE major curricula should reflect the ``contemporary flows and social needs``, and give shape including aspect of "competence and quality" such as research, teaching expertise, teacher`s character, etc. Second, the basic course in majoring among EPE major curricula on graduate school of education should organize and operate courses as ``subject matter-centered pedagogy``. There is also a need to specify subject matter pedagogy and research methodology as required course. Third, the optional course in majoring should organize a wide range of selection on the basis of ``diversity``,have systematically specialized courses for each academic area or field-based practical capacity, and need to strengthen the practical skills and maximize the effect of learning transfer. In addition, it is necessary to integrate kinesiology, and try to integrate or interact with other academic areas through a colloquium lecture format that can be discussed with the central theme.

The purpose of this study was to identify the problems in current elemenfaiy school physical education in Korea and to suggest some guidelines for the development. Physical education courses in elementary schools are subdivided into required physical education class, intramurals and inteischolastics. The required physical education class is being operated wider the direction of the curriculum constituted by Ministry of Education. But elementary school physical education is not being implemented due to shortage of facilities and equipments, abnormal operation of physical education class, inadequate appointment of physical education specialists, invariability of content program, and inappropriateness of instruction and evaluation. These problems may be solved by normal operation of curriculum, profession development of teachers and expanse of facilities and equipments. Intramurals can be subdivided into intramurals athletics activities, sports crub activities, drop-in activities. Intramural athletics activities in elementray school are being operated in the various forms of athletic meeting, team sports game, relay game, rope game. Sports club activities are being implemented as extra-activities and special ability programs. Drop-in activities are performed mainly by boys afier school, and their favorite games are soccer and baseball. Intramurals in elementary school are lacking. In order to develop these activities, facilities and equipments should be expanded and program content varied Interscholastics are interschool activities performed by the highly skilled students. In order to develop interscholastics, program content should be gradually increased, athletes club supported, elite sports concerned.

본 연구는 시ㆍ도교육청 수준의 초등체육 직무연수 프로그램을 비교분석 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 Bereday의 ‘비교분석방법론’을 활용하여, 2013년 3월부터 2014년 2월까지 17개 시ㆍ도교육청 수준에서 운영된 체육과의 연수 현황, 13개 시ㆍ도교육청 수준의 초등학교 체육교과 직무연수 프로그램과 프로그램 기획 및 실무 담당자와의 면담 자료 등이 수집되었다. 수집된 자료는 기술-해석-병치- 비교분석 되었고, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 각 시ㆍ도교육청은 초등교사의 체육교과 교육에관한 전문성 향상을 위해‘ 최소 연 1회 60시간 이상’의 시ㆍ도교육청 수준의 직무연수를 운영ㆍ강화할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 초등체육 직무연수는 시ㆍ도교육청 주도의 형태보다는 교육연수원, 대학, 교과교육연구회와 같은 전문적인 연수 기관 및 단체에 ‘위탁 운영’하는 것이 보다 효율적이며 합리적인 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 직무연수 프로그램의 내용은 교과내용학의 운동기능 습득보다는 지도법을 포함한 ‘교과교육학의 실습 및 시연 중심의 프로그램’으로 구성될 필요가 있다. 넷째, 직무연수 프로그램 중 교양 및 행정 관련 내용은 ‘10% 수준에서 최소화’시킬 필요가 있으며, 교양 강좌는 체육교과 교육과 직접적으로 관련된 내용으로 구성되어야 할 것이다. 이와 같은 내용을 실질적이며 효과적으로 담아내기 위해서는 직무연수의 질 제고 차원에서 ‘직무연수 프로그램 표준화’가 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to conduct a comparative analysis of in-service teacher`s job training programs concerning elementary physical education(PE) on the level of metropolitan or provincial office of education. This study used Bereday`s comparison methodology. The collected data were current state of PE teacher`s training programs on the 17 level of metropolitan or provincial office of education, in-service teacher`s job training programs concerning elementary PE on the 13 level of metropolitan or provincial office of education, and program planners`` or practical administrators`` interview data etc. The collected data were conducted four-stage analysis, that is descriptive, interpretive, juxtaposed, and comparative analysis. This study reached following conclusions. First, the metropolitan or provincial office of education should operate and reinforce in-service teacher`s job training programs ``at least more than 60 hours once a year`` to enhance elementary school teachers` expertise in PE. Second, it`s more effective and reasonable to operate the ``entrusting system`` in special training center, such as education training institute, university, education research & information institute etc. than the metropolitan or provincial office of education. Third, it`s necessary for in-service teacher`s job training program to be made up more ``practice and demonstration based program on subject matter pedagogy`` than motor skills on content centered education. Fourth, the liberal arts and administration part should minimize ``at the level of 10%``, the content of liberal arts should be composed PE directly related content on in-service teacher`s job training program. To realize the above-mentioned contents practically and effectively, it is required that the in-service teacher`s job training program should be standardized.
