        방사선작업종사자 피폭선량 관리에 대한 연구

        For five years from 2015 to 2019, the cumulative personal exposure dose of radiationworkers and radiation workers across the country was measured to analyze frequency, comparethe average number of radiation workers and radiation workers by year, quarter, age, gender,occupation, radiation workers and radiation workers, and the average number of radiationworkers. It was followed by 2016, 2019, 2018, and 2015. But the year-to-year trend is not visible. In the case of the quarterly average exposure dose, surface dose and heart dose were high in thesecond and third quarters, and low in the first and fourth quarters, but there was no quarterlytrend. Comparing the annual exposure dose by gender and the quarterly exposure dose bygender, it was found that men were received significantly more exposed than women. Comparingthe annual exposure dose by age, the average exposure dose of radiation-related workers overfive years increased with lower age. Comparing the annual exposure dose of each occupationalcategory was analyzed by occupational category, radiologists, nursing staff, doctors, other(research researchers, assistants), dental hygienists, and dentists were shown in the order. Whenthe average exposure dose by radiation-related workers, radiation workers, and others wasanalyzed in quartiles, radiation-related workers and radiation workers were found to be higherthan others. Furthermore, since stochastic effects may occur with long-term exposure to low levelradiation, individual exposure dose data was thoroughly managed and the principle of As Low asReasonably Achievable (ALARA) was implemented when establishing the design of this study.

        핵의학과 방사선작업종사자의 전면, 후면 피폭선량 측정

        The current study had the radiation workers working in nuclear medicine department wear individual exposure dosimeters in the front and in the back, considering the underestimated individual exposure to radiation from patients undergoing radiological medicine treatment. The utility of the device was assessed in the study. From January 2015 to February 2015, 85 radiation workers working in 11 Korean nuclear medicine department were analyzed by their workplace and their specialty; PET-CT and gamma cameras were used to analyze the radiation exposure in the front and the back of the radiation workers. This revealed that the exposure measurement and assessment using the dosimeter worn on the front were not underestimated. However, because this measurement did not take into account the adequate radiation weighting factor for the back side dosimeter, a radiation exposure assessment algorithm for the back side radiation exposure must be developed, which can be used as a basic data for introducing double dosimeter for radiation workers working in nuclear medicine department.

        초급성 허혈성 뇌졸중 환자에서 3.0T 유속증강 자기공명 혈관 조영술을 이용한 임상적 유용성 고찰:1.5T 기준참고 프로토콜

        The purpose of this study was to provide information on the quality of the imagesof the fast 3D TOF MRA by analyzing retrospective the Flow-Related Enhancement MagneticResonance Angiography need to check for Hyper-Acute Stroke according to parameters using the1.5T Standard Reference. The study randomly chose transferred data to PACS (Picture ArchivingCommunication System) targeted 30 patients who perform MRA and Hyper-Acute Stroke MRIexamination at C university hospital from February 2018 to January 2019. For quantitativeevaluation,we measured SNR, CNR to measure average value and standard deviation of signalintensity after setting constant area of interest about cerebral vascular 7 parts according to 3technique (1.5T SRP, 1.5T HAS, 3.0T HAS)protocol. Measurement result is high or in comparison1.5T SRP with 3.0T HAS, it showed 3.0T HAS more higher or same result. Consequently, theanalysis of 7 parts showed that the values of SNR and CNR were 3.0T HAS≥1.5T SRP>1.5THAS. Therefore, the 3.0T fast 3D TOF MRA technique showed significant results in the qualityevaluation of the images.

        특발성 척추측만증 재활환자의 정형물리치료 전후 Cobb’s 각도의 엑스선 영상평가 고찰

        In this study, healing was performed using the orthopedic therapy and confirmed thecure by using the cure prognosis. This allows us to examine the clinical use of radiation imagingtechniques for scoliosis. The subject of study is greater than 10° with adult males and females. Patient age is 14 to 40 years old. Also, there are 4 men and 6 women. As a result of the analysis ofthe data, it can be seen that the mean is decreased from 5.6° to 14° (43.5%) to Min 3° (12.0%) andthe reduction rate is 26%. In conclusion, diagnostic imaging allows doctors to determine the overallstate of the patient's health by providing objective data to the hospital where clinical imaging cannot be determined solely by the objective of the clinical condition. Therefore, medical rehabilitationis helpful to patients who develop medical treating patients and therapies, and helps patients treatpatients with medical treatment, thereby contributing to the rehabilitation of patients.

        3.0T MRI 척추 검사 시 Single-Source 고주파 전송 기법과 Dual-Source 고주파 병렬 전송 기법의 비교 분석

        We desire to know that the comparison of single source RF transmission (ST) with dual source parallel RF transmission (DT) for clinical MR imaging of the spine and usefulness of dual source parallel RF transmission. 24 patients who took parts of spine examination became an object of the experiment. The result of Single-source RF transmission and dual-source parallel RF transmission scanning, T1 or T2 weighted DT technique are higher signal to noise ratio (SNR) than ST technique. In C-Spine (Cord&Body), T-Spine (Cord&Body) and L-Spine (Cord&Body), T1 or T2 weighted DT technique are higher SNR than ST technique. In quantitative analysis, SNR of DT technique is 2.5 times higher than SNR of ST technique. In qualitative analysis, T-Spine of C, T, L spine is the highest. Dual-source parallel RF transmission conducts RF pulse in parallel and don``t conduct a high electronic energy. Therefore, Electromagnetic absorption rate is decreased. shortening length of high frequency wave, Dual source parallel RF transmission makes Non-uniform signal strength uniform and improves an image quality. Furthermore, as decreasing local SAR from uniform image, TR value is reduced. Also, the examination time is reduced. In conclusion, during reading an image, an accurate information is offered. In spine MR examination, especially 3.0T, dual-source parallel RF transmission conducts an important role.

        초음파 젤 구성성분 변화에 따른 제작과 유용성 평가

        In this research, we have investigated the composition of the gel which is actually used in clinical terms and discovered the viscosity and the differences in images due to the changes of composition. When evaluating the viscosity, we applied the existing gel and the made up gel on the acrylic panel board, then measured time of trickling gel by making the acrylic panel board stand vertically. In the case of the evaluation for images, we gained 3 images of gray scale each from the range of 0.5 dB in the phantom, and then calculated the RGB (Red, Green, Blue, RGB) code value of the pixels at the same spot for evaluation using Adobe Photoshop (Ver. 7.0). Furthermore, we have evaluated the utility of the made up gel by comparing the price of the existing gel to the price of the made up gel. Then we have surveyed 30 patients in their twenties who have ordinarily no skin ailments for skin reactions through questionnaires. As a result of the research, the made up gel is not so different from the existing gel. The viscosity of the made up gel is similar to that of the existing one the most when it is composed of 492 g of water, 3 g of Carbomer and 5 g of Triethanolamine. And through the investigation we have found that the gel is harmless if it is applied on the skin of human bodies. In addition, the cost of the made up gel is 10 times cheaper than purchasing the existing gel, which means the made up gel is financially beneficial. In conclusion, we are expecting that researches on ultrasound gel would be invigorated and the developed product would be introduced to our thesis.
