일-가정 다중역할 부정적 경험이 미취학 자녀를 가진 전일제 직장여성의 내재화 문제에 미치는 영향: 사회지향성의 매개효과

Negative experience related to work-family multiple roles has been associated with internalizing problems in mothers. In particular, employed mothers with preschool children report high degree of stress. As such, the need to examine potential factors that may explain and alleviate such difficulties has been emphasized. The purpose of this study was thus to examine the mediating effect of sociotropy on the relationship between negative work-family multiple roles and internalizing problems in employed mothers with preschool children. The Negative Experience of Work-Family Multiple Roles Scale, Adult Self Report (ASR) Scale, and Personal Style Inventory-Ⅱ (PSI-Ⅱ), were completed by 208 employed mothers with preschool children through an online survey. The results indicated that the direct effect of negative experience of work-family multiple roles on internalizing problems was statistically significant and the indirect effect of sociotropy in this relationship was significant. These findings suggest that sociotropy in employed mothers may indirectly explain internalizing problems related to multiple roles. The implications of sociotropy in negative experience of work-family multiple roles and internalizing problems are discussed. 미취학 자녀가 있는 직장인 여성들은 일-가정 다중역할을 수행하면서 높은 스트레스를 보고한다고 알려져 있다. 이에 본 연구는 미취학 자녀를 가진 전일제 직장여성을 대상으로 일-가정 다중역할 부정적 경험이 내재화 문제에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 진행되었다. 미취학 자녀가 있는 직장여성 208명을 대상으로 일-가정 다중역할 부정적 경험 척도, 내재화 문제를 파악하기 위하여 성인용 행동평가 척도 자기보고용(ASR), 사회지향성 성격 특성을 파악하기 위해 성격 유형 척도(PSI-II)를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 일-가정 다중역할 부정적 경험이 내재화 문제에 미치는 직접효과가 유의하였고, 사회지향성의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 일-가정 다중역할 부정적 경험과 내재화 문제의 관계에서 사회지향성의 간접효과가 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이러한 결과는 미취학 자녀를 가진 전일제 직장여성들이 다중역할을 수행하면서 겪는 부정적 경험이 우울이나 불안과 같은 내재화 문제에 영향을 미칠 때, 사회적 관계를 통해 자기가치감을 확인 받고 사회적 관계에 민감하게 반응하는 인지적 특성이 영향을 미친다는 가능성을 시사한다.

금융기업의 디자인 경영 모델에 관한 연구 ╶ 라이프 플러스와 현대 카드 사례를 중심으로╶

The era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution began and the boundaries between industries collapsed. And as competition intensifies, various corporate management problems are emerging. As customers' needs become vast, companies have difficulty communicating with them. To solve this, the need for design as a key element of management has become more noticeable. In particular, this trend is evident in financial firms that have relatively lacked awareness of the value of design. Accordingly, Hanwha Life Plus and Hyundai Card were selected as research targets to examine how financial companies perceive design as management factor. It first looked at each management strategy and drew limitations. Then, they were compared and analyzed and design management strategy for financial firms was derived based on common features. So, it will propose design management as a key strategy to overcome the limitations of today's companies, provide design management models applicable to today's competitive financial industries. 4차 산업 혁명 시대의 도래와 함께 산업 간 경계가 무너지고 기업 경쟁이 심화되면서 기업 경영 문제들이 대두되고 있다. 또한, 고객의 욕구가 더 개인화되고 방대해지면서 기업들이 고객과의 커뮤니케이션에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위하여 기업 경영 전략으로서 디자인 경영 활용의 필요성이 더욱 주목받기 시작했다. 특히, 디자인의 역할과 중요성에 대한 기업 내 인식이 상대적으로 부족하였던 금융 기업들에서 이러한 경향이 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 금융기업들이 어떻게 디자인을 기업 경영의 핵심 요소로 인지하고 활용하고 있는지 살펴보기 위해 한화 라이프 플러스와 현대 카드를 연구 대상으로 선정하여 분석을 진행하였다. 먼저 각 기업의 경영 전략과 특성을 살핀 뒤 한계점을 도출해냈다. 다음으로 두 사례를 비교 분석한 결과, 공통적으로 나타난 특징들에 기반해 금융기업을 위한 디자인 경영 전략 모델을 도출하고자 하였다. 결국, 전통적인 기업 경영의 한계를 극복하기 위한 디자인 사고와 전략으로 디자인 경영을 제안할 것이며 현대적 의미를 고찰함으로써 오늘날 경쟁이 극대화되는 금융 산업에 적용 가능한 디자인 경영 모델을 제시하여 경영에 도움이 되고자 한다.
