In this study, a fiber optic air-backed mandrel hydrophone has been constructed and performance of acoustic signal detection has been measured. The hydrophone is based on a Mach-Zehnder interferometer with 35 m of sensing fiber. The sensitivity is measured up to -128 dB re rad/$\mu$ Pa in range from 1.4 kHz to5 kHz. A system with this design of hydrophone may be applied to detect low frequency underwater acoustic signals.

Optical fiber sensor is a subject which has been attracted considerable attention in recent years. Detection of sound pressure with optical fibers positioned in the arms of a Mach-Zehnder interferometer is presented in this paper. A fiber length of the order of 150m is wounded is made by hollow cylinder type. To increase the sound signal 3${\times}3$ directional coupler is used. Fiber optic hydrophone is the underwater tank with 2kHz sound source. Finally, it is shown that the fiber optic hydeophone can stably detec 2kHz sound.

Recently, fiber optic hydrophone is a subject which has attracted as a underwater acoustic sensor. In this study, Finite element modeling of fiber optic hydrophone for hollow cylindrical mandrel was performed and the acoustic sensitivity was calculated to estimate the performance of single element fiber optic hydrophone. And acoustic sensitivity was measured in acoustic water tank to verify the result of simulation. The result of FE analysis and experiment is -126 dB re rad/$\mu$ Pa and -128 dB re rad/$\mu$ Pa respectively.

본 논문에서는 다중 전압을 사용하는 초소형 시스템 구성 및 모듈 설계 방법론을 제시한다. 특히 잡음에 취약한 아날로그 IC의 특성을 개선하기 위한 PDN 구성 방법과 필터 구성 방법에 중점을 두어 설계하였다. 이에 제작된 모듈은 고전압에 의한 잡음을 방지하기 위해 공급 전원별로 접지면을 분할하고, 이를 공통 접지면으로 구성하기 위해 필터를 연결하였으며, via stitching 기법을 사용하였다. 이를 본 논문에서는 PDN 구조를 Lumped 모델로 구성하여 시뮬레이션을 통해 분석하고, 측정을 통해 확인하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 4.7 uH의 Inductor를 연결하였을 때, 공통 접지면을 사용했을 때보다 -7 dB의 잡음 감소 효과를 확인할 수 있었고, 측정 결과 약 12 %가 감소하였음을 확인할 수 있었다. This paper suggest configuration method of small-size system and design method of module using multi power. In particular module designed to focus on PDN(Power Distribution Network) and filter configuration method to improve the characteristics of noise sensitive analog IC. For the prevention of high-voltage noise, manufactured module is used the ground-isolated technique and via stitching, and is connected grounds with a series of filters. In this paper, so we analyzed PDN structure through the simulation using lumped modeling and confirmed through measurement. Simulation results, when connecting 4.7uH inductor, we made certain that noise of -7dB decreases much more than when it did not. And it was confirmed 12% less than Background Noise.
