Jya Ong Yun Tchi Ho (1865-1945) takes an important part in the modern history of Korea. He was a pioneer for Korean enlightenment, politician, educator, civil leader and religious practitioner with a firm faith of Christianity. He produced achievements for civilization of Korea. In this study, his meritorious deeds are examined, based on existing studies on his thought and merits. Especially a focus is given on his faith, activities at the Independence Association, Christian education. Yun Tchi Ho was born at Chungchungdo in Chosun Period(1865). He was a noble birth, but his families was reduced to a position of local servants because no national position was offered to them for three generation. His father, Yun Eung Ryol was a military officer who was treated inhospitably at that time. As the class of his family was not very high, he was allowed to accept new ideology easily. He was given modern education during studies at Japan as a member of The Gentleman Excursion when he was seventeen by his father's support.

다문화가족지원센터 상담자의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진과의 관계

본 연구는 다문화가족지원센터 상담자들의 직무스트레스가 그들의 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향에 대해서 분석하였다. 분석결과를 통하여 다문화가족지원센터 상담자들의 직무스트레스로 인한 심리적 소진의 원인을 규명하고, 직무스트레스를 완화시켜 다문화가족지원센터 상담자들에 대한 효율적인 인적자원관리의 방안을 제시하는 데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 분석결과, 다문화가족지원센터 상담자들의 직무스트레스는 심리적 소진의 정서적 고갈, 비인격화, 자아성취감 저하요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과를 반영하여 본 연구에서는 다문화가족지원센터 상담자들의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진을 예방하기 위한 현실적인 방안마련의 필요성을 제시하였다. This study analyzed how job stress of counselors at Multicultural Family Support Center effects on their psychological exhaustion. The purpose of this research is on suggesting efficient human resource administration plan by mitigating job stress using the result of analysis. In the result of analysis, MFSC counselors' job stress had an effect on emotional exhaustion, impersonalization, and a factor of decline in sense of self-perfection. Applying this result, this research proposed a necessity of realistic plan preparation to prevent job stress and psychological exhaustion of MFSC counselors.

격려집단상담 프로그램과 대학생의 자기효능감과 주관적 안녕감과의 관계

본 연구는 대학생들이 예비 사회인이자 지성인으로서 대학생활에 대한 학교적응 뿐만 아니라 사회환경의 변화에 대한 변동대응능력을 확보함으로써 긍정적 자아를 정립하기 위한 방안으로 격려집단상담 프로그램에 의한 자기효능감과 주관적 안녕감의 수준을 분석하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 따라서 대학생들을 대상으로 하여 격려집단상담 프로그램의 적용이 그들의 자기효능감과 주관적 안녕감 수준에 미치는 영향에 대해서 분석하였다. 분석결과, 대학생에 대한 격려집단상담 프로그램의 적용은 자기효능감과 주관적 안녕감에 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구결과는 사람은 격려되었을 때, 보다 긍정적이고 높은 자신감과 심리적 안정감을 형성할 수 있다는 것을 의미하는 것으로 보여 진다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생들에 대해서 스스로 자기 자신을 격려하는 사람으로 변화되도록 지원해주는 격려집단상담 프로그램 운영의 필요성을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze university student's standard of self-efficacy and subjective well-being by the Encouragement Group Counseling Program which would be able to help the students to secure their reaction capability on changing social environment as well as school adaption. Thus, this study investigated how an application of the Encouragement Group Counseling Program affects on university students' self-efficacy and subjective well-being. As a result, it was revealed that the application of the Encouragement Group Counseling Program has a significant influence on both self-efficacy and subjective well-being. It seemed that people can be positive and have both self-confidence and psychological stability when they are encouraged. Therefore, this study suggested a necessity of the Encouragement Group Counseling Program which supports undergraduate students to have encouragement themselves.

보건소 구성원의 사회적 지지, 자아탄력성과 직무만족과의 관계

이 연구는 일선에서 지역 주민들에게 의료서비스를 제공하고 있는 보건소 구성원들이 느끼는 사회적 지지, 자아탄력성과 직무만족과의 관계에 대해서 종합적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 즉 선행연구와 달리 사회적 지지, 자아탄력성과 직무만족의 모든 변수를 고려하고, 변수들 간의 관계에 있어서 사회적 지지와 직무만족도와의 영향관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과에 대해서 검증해 보는 것에 의의를 두었다. 이를 위해 설문조사를 통하여 실증분석 한 결과, 보건소 구성원들의 사회적 지지는 자아탄력성과 직무만족에, 그리고 자아탄력성은 직무만족에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 자아탄력성의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 실증분석 결과를 바탕으로 보건소 구성원들이 주민들에게 보다 나은 현장의료서비스 제공을 함에 있어서의 심리적 만족에 대한 중요성을 강조하였다. This study synthetically investigated the relationship between social support and ego resilience, job satisfaction of the public health center workers providing medical service to local residents at the front. Unlike previous researches, this study took all variables of social support, ego resilience and job satisfaction into account, moreover, regarded it as important to verify mediated effect of ego resilience through influencing relationship between social support and job satisfaction. At the result of actual proof analysis via surveys, the social support of the public health center workers indicated the mediated effect on ego resilience and job satisfaction, besides, ego resilience influenced on job satisfaction and the mediated effect of ego resilience was also shown. Therefore, this study emphasized importance of the psychological satisfaction for the public health center workers as to provide residents better medical service based on the empirical testing result.

본 논문은 지금까지의 다문화가정 아동들을 대상으로 한 선행연구들은 대부분 다문화가정 아동들의 사회적 심리적 요인들과 그들의 학교적응에 영향을 주는 요인들을 중심으로 연구들이 수행되어 왔다는 점에 대한 문제의식에 기초하였다. 따라서 다문화가정 아동들의 정서 행동문제에 대한 연구는 선행연구와는 달리 부모의 갈등과 양육태도, 정서 행동으로서의 내재화와 외현화 그리고 학교생활과 관련된 학교적응과 또래관계에 대해서 단편적이고 개별적인 변수들만의 관계만 고려하는 것이 아니라 종합적인 차원에서 변수들 간의 구조적인 관계에 대한 실증적인 연구의 필요성을 제시하였다.
