유아학교 체제 구축에 따른 교원 자격전환 연수교육과정 개발을 위한 요구분석 연구

본 연구는 유아학교 체제 구축에 대비한 유아학교 교원의 체제 정비를 위한 교원자격 연수과정의 개발이 필수적으로 요구되고 있는데, 특히 현재의 유치원 관련 교원 자격을 유아학교 관련 교원 자격으로 전환하는데 요구되는 소정의 연수, 즉 유아학교 교원 자격 전환 연수교육이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. 이에 본 연구는 현재 유치원 교원의 자질 향상을 위해 실행되고 있는 유치원 교원 연수 교육과정의 현황과 운영에 대하여 유치원 교원 970명의 요구도를 조사하여 궁극적으로 유아학교 체제 구축을 위한 유아학교 교원 자격 전환 연수괴정의 모형을 개발하는 기초연구를 수행하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 유아학교 체제 구축에 따른 교원 자격 전환 연수 교육과정에 관한 의견조사지를 통해 인적사항을 비롯하여 자격전환 연수교육의 시기 및 시간, 연수 경비부담, 연수 교육기관 및 연수 교육과정에 대한 요구와 실행방안을 알아보고, 이를 토대로 구체적인 교원자격전환 연수프로그램을 개발하기 위한 논의와 제언을 하였다. The purposes of this study were to study need analysis on the development of teacher qualification training program for preschool system. The research contents are the following two things: 1) it was critically reviewed about inservice education for early childhood professionals and preschool system. 2) it was explored the need analysis on the development of reacher qualification training program for preschool system. In this study, 970 early childhood professionals(director 102, vice-director 64, teacher 804) were attended and their answers were statistically analyzed. The results of this study were as followings: First, the appropriate rime for the program of early childhood professionals are summer and/or winter vacation. Second, the appropriate institutes of this program are current teacher inservice center and 4-year college. Third, the content of this program needs to be selected to attain the purpose of this program and to meet the demand of early childhood professionals. Fourth, this program needs to be carried our in an appropriate form according to the content area. In addition, the level of experience and educational role of the early childhood professionals should be considered in grouping. Fifth, the results of this program should be carefully evaluated. The participation in this program might be first concern. Finally, the lecturer of this program should be selected in terms of educational and emotional quality. Several educational implications and suggestions were discussed.
