본 연구에서는 한국의 12개 산업의 자료를 대상으로 2006년에서 2019년까지의 효율성을 측정하고 비교하였다. 그리고 도출된 효율성지수가 국제화의 정도에 따라 어떤 영향을 받고 있는지에 대하여 실증분석을 하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 세계금융위기 이후에 우리나라 산업의 효율성수준은 하락하는 추세에 있거나 후반기에 약간 상승하는 추세를 보여주었다. 2)국제화는 우리나라 산업 전반에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 우리나라 산업간에 개별적인 고유한 특성으로 인한 효율성의 차이가 상존하는 것으로 나타났다. 정책적 함의는 우리나라 기업들은 국제화를 통하여 효율성증대와 기업경쟁력을 향상시켜야 한다는 것이다. Using the data of Korean industries over the period 2006-2019, we measure and compare the efficiency levels of these industries and analyse the effects of internationalization on the efficiency changes of these industries. Important finding facts are as follows. 1)After global financial crisis, Korean industries’ efficiency measures show decreasing trends or slight increasing ones in later period, 2)the internationalization in the Korean industries has induced the positive effects on the management efficiencies 3) there exist distinct differences of unique characteristics in these industries. The policy implication is that internationalization policy should be utilized to increase the management efficiency in the Korean industries.
