        테니스 백핸드 투핸드 톱스핀 드라이브 스트로크의 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analysis the kinematic variables of backhand two-hand top-spin drive stroke in playing tennis just as real competition situation. The subjects(male juveniles) of the study were had a technique of high level. The conclusions were as follows; 1. In elapsed time by a Phase, phase I showed the longest time, and the next was phase Ⅱ, and then phase Ⅲ was followed, the total elapsed time was 1.45~1.52 sec. 2. The lowest CMP was before impact and after impact rose in a steady curve in this study, that was because of transfer phase of the fast velocity and power on impact. 3. The maximum velocity of each segments were reached before impact. The summation of force in a velocity was measured in good order as follows ; shoulder, elbow, wrist, racket. 4. The maximum velocity of racket was a similar pattern between subject 1,2, especially subject 1 was radically increased the velocity of racket from impact to flow-through, that was effect method of hitting sports. 5. The velocity of each segments was faster left than right, they were typically left lead handed type players.

        노무현 정부의 체육행정ㆍ정책에 관한 연구

        This study was designed to diagnose the problems of sports policy by researching of sports administration and poly of Roh Moo Hyun Government(2003-2007) to expand about lack insufficient sports policy awareness and to establish efficient sports policy to provide basic information. And then, following results were obtained. First, The proportion of the local government was much higher than the proportion of the central government. Finance for the sports budget was very high relied on local government highly. Second, Sports promotion fund integrated gradually with national finance a high rate. Third, national sports budget was to greatly lacking compared to developed countries during Roh’s government. Fourth, People were increased rapidly participate in Sports for all program but they brought about a result that couldn’t connected to elite sports and sports for all. Fifth, In the school sports policy, They had a wick will that organize an independent division within Ministry of Education, Science and Technology for specialization school sports development. Sixth, They invested more in disabled sports that was the greatest sports policy during Roh’s government. Finally, Twice South-North Korean Summit had a strong influence on sports interaction between South and North Korea.

        실내 테니스 코트의 서비스품질과 고객만족, 충성도, 재구매의도의 관계

        Recently many researchers argue that customer satisfaction alone can"t explain customer loyalty fully, and suggest the need for more extensive research investigating the determinants of customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among customers" satisfaction, loyalty and repurchase intention of indoor tennis courts. To accomplish it, this study utilized a survey methodology with a total of 443 usable questionnaire from 5 indoor tennis courts in seoul and daejeon, and the collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. According to the result, regression analysis if influence of factors obtained by factor analysis on degree of service quality of customer satisfaction was showing explanation-ability of 46% and service quality of loyalty was showing explanation-ability of 54.5%. Also the result regression analysis if influence of factors obtained by factor analysis on degree of service quality of repurchase intention was showing explanation-ability of 51.2%, customer satisfaction of loyalty was showing explanation-ability of 53.4%. And customer satisfaction of repurchase intention was showing explanation-ability of 46.5%, loyalty of repurchase intention was showing explanation-ability of 54.3% .

        스포츠 조직에서의 경력정체와 직무소진, 이직의도의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among career plateau, job burnout and turnover intention in sports organization. For this we have surveyed 270 employees who were working at sports council of 16 metropolitan city and they were sampled with a convenience sampling method. Collected data of 242 were processed with SPSS 12.0 program and frequency analysis, factorial analysis, reliability, correlation, multiple regression analysis were carried out. The findings of this study were as follows: First content plateau appeared to have had a significant influence on all of variables of job burnout, emotional exhaustion, low accomplishment and depersonalization, While structural plateau had also significant influence on emotional exhaustion, low accomplishment but showing no significant differences to depersonalization. Second, Structural and content plateau appeared to have had a significant influence on turnover intention Third, emotional exhaustion, low accomplishment and depersonalization appeared to have had a significant influence on turnover intention.

        체육행정가의 서번트 리더십이 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 체육행정가의 서번트 리더십이 구성원의 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하여 이를 바탕으로 체육행정조직의 효율적인 운영방법을 제시하기 위해 국민체육진흥공단 산하 3개 조직과 대 한체육회를 모집단으로 설정하고 의도적 표집방법(purposive sampling method)을 이용하여 350부를 배부하여, 신뢰성 이 없다고 판단된 17부의 설문지를 제외하고 최종 분석에 사용된 설문지는 333부였다. 자료처리는 SPSS WIN VERSION 12.0과 AMOS 4.0을 이용하여 빈도 분석과 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육행정가의 서번트 리더십이 구성원의 직무만족과 조직시민 행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 구조방정식 모델을 분석한 결과 df=92, RMR=.039의 지수는 수정 전보다 더 양 호한 수준으로 감소하였으며, CFI=.93, GFI=.92, NFI=.93, RMSEA=.050 지수는 수정 전보다 더 양호한 수준으로 증 가하였음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 서번트 리더십은 직무만족에 경로계수 .457, t=6.253, p<.001 수준에서 통계적으로 유 의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직시민행동에 경로계수 .426, t=5.912, p<.001 수준에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 직무만족은 조직시민행동에 경로계수 .321, t=4.172, p<.001 수준에서 통계적 으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to find the effect of servant leadership of sports administrator on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior to provide effectiveness management. To accomplish this research objective, as the subjects 333 employees were selected who working at 3 branches of Korea Sports Promotion Organization and Korea Olympic Committee. As for data processing, this research made a frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis were utilized. The results using structural equation model indicated that servant leadership had directly positive effect on job satisfaction. and servant leadership had directly positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, job satisfaction had directly positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The implications of the study suggest that sports organization administrator should strengthen servant leadership to build up effectiveness management.

        테니스 지도자의 변혁적 리더십과 서번트 리더십이 여자 테니스 선수의 운동만족, 조직몰입, 운동성과에 미치는 영향

        The main objective of this study was to investigate leadership style of athlete satisfaction, organizational commitment and athlete performance of women tennis player. Subjects of this study were selected 235 female players, who were registered with Korea Tennis Association in 2010. As for data processing, this research made a frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis were utilized. The results of this study were follows. First, there were significantly casual relationship among tennis leaders` transformational leadership, athlete satisfaction and athlete performance except organizational commitment, that was tennis is not team sports but individual aport. Second, there were significantly casual relationship among tennis leaders` servant leadership, athlete satisfaction, organizational commitment and athlete performance. The implication of this study suggest that tennis leaders have to provide a very comfortable atmosphere for players and to effectively communicate with their players and the players will have more confidence in dealing with leader.

      • 체육행정가의 리더십 유형이 조직몰입과 직무성과에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 체육행정조직에서 리더의 변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십 유형이 조직구성원의 조직몰입과 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 체육행정가의 보다 효율성 있는 리더십 행동 유형을 제시함과 동시에 효율적인 업무향상과 조직의 전략적인 인적자원관리에 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 우리나라 16개 시ㆍ도 체육회 사무처 직원을 대상으로 편의추출법(conveniet sampling method)을 활용하여 표본을 추출하였으며, 총 220명을 표집 하였으나, 불성실하게 응답한 24명을 제외하고 실제 분석에 사용된 사례수는 196명이었다. 본 연구의 분석을 위한 자료수집 방법으로 설문지법을 이용하였다. 연구에 사용된 설문지는 선행연구에서 사용된 조사도구를 기초로 하여 문항을 수정ㆍ보완하여 예비검사를 통하여 내용의 적합성과 적용 가능성을 검토한 후 그 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하여 본 연구의 조사도구로 사용하였으며, 연구에 사용된 조사도구는 크게 네 부분으로 구성되었으며, 총 63개의 문항으로 구성되었다. 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 체육행정가의 변혁적ㆍ거래적 리더십은 조직구성원의 조직몰입과 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 특히 거래적 리더십이 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직몰입의 하위 변인인 규범몰입과 감정몰입은 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 경로분석 결과 체육행정가의 변혁적ㆍ거래적 리더십은 직ㆍ간접적으로 조직몰입과 직무성과에 영향을 미치며 조직몰입은 직무성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상을 종합할 때 체육행정가의 리더십 유형은 조직구성원의 조직몰입과 직무성과에 직접적인 긍정적 영향을 미침을 알 수 있으며, 조직몰입을 통해 간접적으로도 직무성과에 영향을 미침을 경로분석을 통해 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결론 중 특히 거래적 리더십이 조직구성원의 조직몰입과 직무성과에 더 큰 영향을 미친다는 사실은 기존의 선행연구와 다른 결과를 보여주고 있다. 지금까지 보고되어온 리더십 연구에 따르면 변혁적 리더십이 더 큰 영향을 미친다고 보고하였는데, 이러한 결과는 상업 스포츠 시설이나 일반 사설 스포츠조직을 대상으로 한 연구물들이었기 때문으로 사료되며, 연구대상들이 공무원과 비슷한 신분을 유지하고 정년을 보장받을 수 있는 집단을 대상으로 한 본 연구에서는 정해진 성과를 달성할 경우나 그렇지 못할 경우 그에 상응하는 보상과 결부된 거래적 리더십이 더욱 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. The leadership and management skills are considered to be very important for sports administrators to be effective on the job. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of sports administrators' transformational and transactional leadership on subordinates' organizational commitment and job performance effectiveness in the sports organization This study also intends to provide with fundamental data in developing organizational effectiveness. The subjects for this study consisted of 220 sports administrators and employees who are engaging in 16 sports council of metropolitan city of Korea. 220 questionnaires were distributed and collected by mail. A total of 220 questionnaires were returned. Of them, 24 copies of the questionnaires were unusable, which left 196 for data analysis. The followings are conclusive results. First sports administrators' transactional and transformational leadership positively influenced organizational commitment and job performance; Second sports employees' organizational commitment positively influenced job performance. Third sports administrators' leadership styles and organizational commitment had direct influence on job performance and indirect influence on job performance through organizational commitment. In particular, transactional leadership is largely relating to the effective and successful job performance.
