지역통상정보 : 중동 의약품시장 통상진출 전략에 대한연구: UAE 시장을 중심으로

본 연구는 통상진출측면에서 UAE 의약품 시장의 점유율 확대 전략을 중심으로 시장세분화, 목표시장 결정, 제품 위치선정과 아울러 목표시장 내에서의 시장촉진 관리를 내용으로 문헌연구를 실시하였다. 기본적으로 STP전략과 Marketing Mix전략의 개념을 적용하여 본 연구의 실무적 시사점을 도출하였다. 우리나라 의약품산업은 국내의 다양한 제도적 제약으로 인한 국내시장 성장의 확대에 한계를 가지고 있다. 한편 UAE 의료산업은 지속적인 유가 상승에 따른 경기의 활성화와 정부의 적극적인 지원 정책으로 급성장하고 있다. UAE 정부는 의료시설 확충과 의료수준 향상을 위해 2014년 의료산업에 1600억 달러의 투자를 계획하고 있다. UAE의 의료부문은 각 에미리트별로 단독적인 규제 체제를 갖추고 있다. UAE는 해외 노동자 유입으로 높은 인구증가율을 보이고 있는데, 지난 30년 동안 UAE 거주인구는 약 7배가 증가했다. UAE 정부는 의료서비스 질을 개선하기 위해 민간부문과 공공기간의 파트너십(PPP) 체결을 장려하며 외국인 직접투자에도 규제가 없으므로 우리 기업으로서는 거대 다국적기업과 무한 경쟁을 준비해야 하는 시점에서 이러한 분석결과는 의약품 수출활성화 측면의 환국의 비즈니스환경 분석과 UAE 시장에 대한 진출전략 측면에서 시사점을 도출하였다는 점에서 실학적 가치를 찾을 수 있다. 또한, 해외진출 활성화와 더불어 한국의 취약한 의약품 산업 개발을 위한 지속적인 전략 개발의 타당성을 확보해준다는 측면에서 학문적 의미가 있다. The study has try to analyze firm-level marketing strategy for making inroads into United Arab Emirate(UAE) in the Middle East Rrgion. Korea``s pharmaceutical medicine industry can overcome that growth limit by strategically advancing into the world market even the its market share is slight as of 2013. The results of Marketing Mix strategies to enter the UAE pharmaceutical medicine market are as follows: STP strategy and Marketing Mix strategy based on the findings of this study, the practical implications of the following. First of all, domestic pharmaceutical industries in Korea due to the domestic market, growth in the various institutional devices have limits on the expansion. On the other hand, supports the Government``s active policy of UAE health care industry is booming. UAE Government medical facilities and health care in the health care industry in 2010 to improve the level of 80 billion dollars of investment. The UAE``s medical sector is equipped with independent regulatory regime by the Emirates. The UAE is a foreign worker influx has been showing a high population growth rate, over the last 30 years, UAE resident population has increased about 7 times. The UAE Government to improve the quality of medical services, the private sector and the public to encourage the signing of partnership (PPP) can also be found in the regulation of foreign direct investment. The results of this study would play a role in analyzing a marketing strategy to make inroads into UAE pharmaceutical medicine market.

블록체인을 이용한 모바일 DRM 기반 개선된 인증 메커니즘 설계 및 구현

Due to the rapid progress in network technology, many research on content security technologies is also being conducted in the mobile digital content sector. In the meantime, content protection has been immersed in preventing illegal copying, certifying, and issuance/management certificates, but still have many vulnerabilities in managing or authenticating confidential information. This study aims to strengthen confidential information about content based on dual management of content download rights through mobile phone numbers or device numbers. It also protect replay-attack by building a secure mobile DRM system where digital content is safely distributed based on a three-stage user authentication process. In addition, blockchain-based content security enhancements were studied during the primary/secondary process for user authentication for the prevention of piracy and copyright protection. In addition, the client authentication process was further improved through three final stages of authorization in the use of illegal content, considering that legitimate users redistributed their content to third-party. 네트워크 기술의 비약적인 발전으로 모바일 디지털 콘텐츠 분야에서도 콘텐츠 보안 기술에 관한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그동안 콘텐츠 보호는 불법 복제 방지, 인증 그리고 인증서 발급/관리 등에 한정되었지만, 여전히 비밀정보 공개나 인증의 측면에서 많은 취약점이 존재한다. 본 연구는 휴대전화 번호 또는 단말기 번호를 통한 콘텐츠 다운로드 권한의 이중 관리를 기반으로 콘텐츠에 대한 비밀정보를 강화하고자 한다. 또한 3단계 사용자 인증 프로세스를 바탕으로 디지털 콘텐츠가 안전하게 배포되도록 강인한 모바일 DRM(Digital Right Management) 시스템을 구축하여 재전송 공격을 방지하고자 한다. 그리고 불법 복제 차단 및 저작권 보호를 위하여 사용자 인증을 기반으로 1차/2차 프로세스 과정에서 블록체인 기반 콘텐츠 보안 강화에 대해 연구하였다. 또한 정상적인 사용자가 제3자에게 본인 소유의 콘텐츠를 재분배하여 비정상적으로 콘텐츠를 사용할 때에도 이를 위해 3단계에 걸친 최종적인 권한 발급을 통해 Client 인증 과정을 더욱 향상시켰다.
