        예멘과 에티오피아의 문화이해와 지역협력 방안 연구

        본 연구는 커피를 선호하는 한국인들에게 예멘·에티오피아의 문화적 차이를 이해하고 지역협력 방안을 찾고자 하는 것이다. 이슬람지역은 직접 협력을 할 수 없어 커피산업을 통한 교류방법을 고려하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 지역적 교류 모델과 선행연구를 조사하였고, 초기 문화와 종교의 특징을 알아보고 문화완충과 예멘의 이슬람 분쟁역사를 통한 정치종교적 지역 관계를 알아보았고 마지막으로 커피지역을 비교하기 위해 지역 커피산업과 문화에 대해 설명하였다. 결론적으로 이슬람 연구에 대한 지역 협력을 위한 교육이 필요하며 이를 위해 첫째, 문화 충돌 극복, 둘째, 새로운 전략적 지역협력, 셋째, 종교보다 문화적 접근, 넷째, 새로운 기술적 지역협력, 다섯째, 예멘 난민 지역협력 병행, 여섯째, 에티오피아에서의 교두보(예멘 교역지역협력) 등의 방식을 제안하였다. For The purpose of this study is to understand the cultural differences between Yemen and Ethiopia for Koreans who love coffee and to find ways to cooperate with the region. The Islamic region is not able to cooperate directly, so we thought about how to exchange through the coffee industry. Therefore, the regional exchange model and prior research were examined. And examined the characteristics of early cultures and religions. We learned about political and regional relations through cultural cooperation and the history of Islamic conflict in Yemen. Finally, the local coffee industry and culture were explained. In conclusion, education is needed for regional cooperation in Islamic studies, and for this purpose, First, overcoming cultural clashes; Second, new strategic regional cooperation, Third, a cultural approach rather than a religion, Fourth, new technological regional cooperation; Fifth, parallel regional cooperation with Yemeni refugees; Sixth, a method such as a bridgehead in Ethiopia (Yemen trade and regional cooperation) was proposed.

        창조융합시장을 위한 유럽 연합 (EU)의 IT시장과 문화적 지역특화방안

        Purpose - The ICT market in the EU is lagging behind that of the US; however, algorithm and software development within the EU have grown steadily, and they involve focusing on the creative cultural convergence conceptualized as part of Horizon 2020 and connecting neighboring markets in the EE and the Mediterranean region. It is essential to study the requirements to market the EU’s creative ICT development in emerging industrial countries after examining its applicability in these countries. Research design, data, and methodology - This study deals with data pertaining to the EU’s creative industry and competitive edge. The global cultural expansion of the EU facilitates a new concept involving not only low-cost IT products to enhance local cultural artifacts through R&D and the construction of efficient infrastructure services, but also information exchange with a realistic commercialization of the technology that can be applied for creative cultural localization. In the European industry, research on algorithms has been applied for the benefit of consumers. We investigated how the process is conducted in the EU. Results - Europe needs to adjust its economic structure to the local culture as part of IT distribution convergence. The convergence has been converted into a production algorithm with IT in the form of low-cost production. This is because there is an attempt to improve the quality of transport infrastructure, workforce availability, and the distribution of the distance to the local industries and consumers, using IT algorithms. Integrated into the manufacturing industry, based on the ICT infrastructure and solutions, smart localized regional clusters are formed with the help of grafting. Europe has own strategy to increase the number of hub-and-spoke cities. Europe is now becoming integrated, with an EPC system for regional cooperation rather than national competition in ICT technology. Europe has also been recognized in this study as changing the step-by-step paradigm for global competitiveness through new creative culture industries. Conclusions - As a result, there are several ways of converging with others through EU R&D intensity; therefore, the EU can be seen as successfully increasing marginal value, which is useful in developing a special industrial cluster or local cultural cities that create converged development by connecting people and objects with IT. In fact, when compared to the US, Europe has a strong culture and the car industries have a tendency to overshadow the IT industries with integration of services in IT distribution. Considering the rapid environmental changes, the convergence of IT services is likely to take place in Europe, similar to the pharmaceutical industry and the automotive industry. This requires a focus on human resources and automated systems management. The trend is to move away from low-wage industries, switched to key personnel centers of the local university-industry. EU emphasizes the creation of IT market demand in Europe involving local cultural convergence for marketing as the second step to strengthen the economic hub-and-spoke areas.

        북아프리카 모로코의 다각적 교역을 위한 경제적 소프트 파워 진출 방안

        본 논문은 모로코의 종교적 배경과 역사문화적 특징을 이해함으로써 모로코 이민자들의 정착문제나 다양한 목적의 모로코 협력을 위한 방안을 체계화하고자 하였다. 모로코는 교역에서 개방적이고, 사회 문화적 면에서는 전형적이다. 스페인과 프랑스 등 서구 유럽문화의 교류를 해왔지만 전형적인 무슬림을 유지한다. 특히 모로코가 과거 삼각 교역의 중심지로써, 디아스포라와 물류 허브였고 북미로 진출하였다. 앞으로도 글로벌 다각교역의 문화확산의 교두부 역할은 한다. 지금은 모로코 교역이 프랑스를 비롯한 유럽지역을 중심으로 형성되어 있다. 이는 아프리카 지역의 개방화와 산업화의 진전으로 한국을 비롯한 세계 각국에서도 접하게 된다. COVID-19이후 소프트파워가 여성 접근성을 높이고 있다. 모로코에 대한 비즈니스적인 진출이나 서비스 금융 및 지역적 차원의 접근을 위한 글로벌 삼각 전략지로써, 우리는 한국의 소프트파워인 문화적 산업 및 서비스를 현지에서 수용하게 됨을 방증한다.

        The mobility of the triangular hub cities against a cause of workers' transfer(Germany, Poland, Hungary)

        This paper studies the impact of domestic and foreign economic activity on mobility among regions. The shortage of human resources and demand continues in Eastern Europeans. Especially Ukrainians, have entered the Polish labor market to make up for the scarce areas. As a result, Poland's supply and demand in Ukraine is disproportionate. Minimum wage increases are putting continued pressure on employers. Therefore, the regression equation in the form of job-seeker's economic activity ratio, y= AX²+B,(x=settlers) can be used to grasp the relationship between curves. According to the domestic and foreign workers who migrated, economic activities was rather than increasing the local population, the settlers of nearby large cities is more proportional. Empirical analysis has shown that the human resource hub has increased migration to large cities and industrial. The hub ‘A‘nation has been created for mobility in 4th wave re-industry, and the same re-industrialization (N₂) in other cities has attracted nearby human resources, but not settle. After all, the hub relationship between N₁ and N₂ is a mobile relationship. Due to wage inequality or a positive wellbeing chasm, workers are not settled plant area but a nearby city, or commuting between borders is easy to go into the hub central city. However, this proved on emerging from the relatively temporary settlers in the AI era.

        혁신 및 제조 허브의 미국으로 이동에 관한 연구

        The study is about domestic industries following the migration of hubs (innovation, manufacturing) to other countries and the hub-oriented US industries (batteries, semiconductors, electric vehicles). Additionally, the ongoing trade tensions between the United States and China may have also played a role in companies moving their operations to the United States. The result of such a move could potentially include job creation in the United States, as well as increased investment in the U.S. manufacturing sector. However, it is also possible that there could be negative consequences, such as higher prices for consumers or disruptions to supply chains during the relocation process. However, such IRA, Chips Act scenario would likely also have negative consequences (Inflation in the home country) for the countries whose industries moved to the US, as they would lose jobs, investment, and possibly face economic difficulties as a result. As the result of the empirical analysis of the export scale of Korea and the United States, changes in the movement of global supply hubs are related to factors such as geopolitical price increases and consumption declines. In order to respond to these changes, this paper emphasizes the need to prevent the result of de-advantage by moving the production area of ​​the scale. 본 연구는 허브(혁신,제조)의 타국 이동에 따른 자국 산업과 허브화된 미국의 산업(배터리,반도체,전기차)에 관한 것이다. 미국과 중국 사이의 지속적인 무역 긴장은 기업들이 그들의 사업을 미국으로 옮기는 데 또한 역할을 했을 수 있다. 이러한 움직임의 결과는 잠재적으로 미국의 일자리 창출과 미국 제조업 분야에 대한 투자 증가를 포함할 수 있다. 다만, 이전 과정에서 소비자들의 가격이 상승하거나 공급망에 차질이 빚어지는 등 부정적인 결과가 초래될 수도 있다. 그러나, 중국을 포함한 각 나라의 주요 첨단 산업(배터리, 반도체, 전기차)들이 미국으로 이동한다면, 그 문제는 달라질 수 있다. 미국 경제는 성장하고 첨단 산업 공장을 미국에 설립한 기업이나 국가는 곤경에 처할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 IRA, Chips Act 시나리오는 일자리와 투자를 잃고 결과적으로 경제적 어려움에 직면할 수 있기 때문에 산업이 미국으로 이동한 국가에도 부정적인 결과(자국 물가상승)를 초래할 가능성이 높다. 한국과 미국의 수출규모에 대한 실증분석결과, 글로벌 공급 허브의 이동 변화가 지정학적 가격상승과 소비감소와 같은 요소들과 연관이 된다. 본 논문은 이러한 변화에 대응하기 위해 규모의 생산지를 이동시켜 탈 첨단화되는 결과를 방지해야 함을 강조하고자 한다.

        A Study on the Autonomous Decision Right of Emotional AI based on Analysis of 4th Wave Technology Availability in the Hyper-Linkage

        The effects of artificial intelligence technology is social science research as research on the impact on industry and changes in daily life, etc. This means that developing `emotion AI` will prepare ‘next-generation 3D-vector-sensitive AI`. This suggests the main keywords of the tertiary AI decision-making power. Particularly important results will be achieved because of the importance of current unethical learning and the implementation of decision-making systems that reflect ethical value judgments. This is a data based simulation, and required (1)Available data, (2)the technology for the goal of simulation. This takes into account the general content of the intended simulation based research. Currently, existing researches focus on meaningful research motivation, but this study presents the direction of technology. So, empirical analysis is consistent with the decision-making power of each country vs. new technology firms for AI on ehtic responsibility. As a result, there is a need for a concrete contribution and interpretation that can be achieved for the ethic Responsibility, on the technical side of AI / ML. In AI decision making, analytic power of human empathy should be included tech own trust.

        한-헝가리 간의 신물류 확대전략

        Purpose - The competitiveness of logistics in the 21st centuryrests on ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of its localhub. While considering entry into a niche market in local logistics,it is pertinent to note that Budapest is emerging as a hubin EU enlargement in Eastern Europe. Big, small, and medium-sized businesses in Korea entered Hungary in the early1990s since then, there has been a significant increase inKorean presence, of approximately 130 times. This study aimedto identify the key distribution issues that have emerged in relationto Eastern Europe. Research design, data, and methodology - This study indicatesthat 33 major Korean companies were located inHungary, which serves as an out post to enter the Europeanmarketplace. However, Korea's exports to Hungary have declined(-32.0% in 2012) because of a loss of competitivenessagainst multinational corporations, due to factors such as therise in current local distribution costs and wages. Hungary, onthe other hand, through diversification and expansion of foreigntrade with the non-EU markets, including Korea, is increasing itsexports. Strategies of emerging countries are compared and reviewedin this study, by examining the vicissitudes of Hungary’sdistribution methods. Results - There are issues regarding Hungary's innovativeability. Hungary has a history of low wages and high skilledlabor. However, the outflow of high-quality human resources forhigh-wages has become more extensive, and this underlinesconcerns that the CEE’s trade hub is moving to neighboringcountries. After the European financial crisis in 2010, theHungarian economy is now developing, because of the IMF’smeasures, and it is being transformed into a trade surplus nation,while regaining distribution volumes rapidly. However, ifthere is continued lack of investment, the supply chain is weakenedand exports decline amidst competition with TNCs or with China’s distribution networks. Conclusions - It is necessary to create a new logistics approachfor increasing trade between Korea and Hungary. First,Korean small and medium enterprises (SMEs) should build trustby working with advanced Hungarian talent, and they should expandinto state-of-the-art fields instead of being confined to traditionalsectors. Second, this study focuses on limiting and loweringtheir high expectations for success according to foreign directinvestment (FDI) inflows and the role in the CEE distributionhub Korea should try to strengthen the distribution hubwith its centralized population, using better, more highly educatedhuman resources, thereby sustaining more innovativeability. Further, the positive effects of these measures are manifestedin enhanced business on both sides of Hungary, namely,the EU and non-EU nations such as Turkey and emerging marketsaround Europe, and a better engagement in the coreplacement of culture and industry. For this, Korea can contributeto, and benefit from, a Hungarian logistics center, for adoptingthe high-tech cluster systems and commercializing distributiontechnology such as RFID·USN.

        Study on the Failure of Autonomous Mobility in World Network Cities

        Globalized cities are currently showing changes due to autonomous driving (AD). It is also maximizing globalization connections in cities where autonomous mobility is as complex as AD. The purpose of this study is to reveal that cities that realize AD and mobility will grow into globalized cities. Several cities, including New York and Shanghai, have attempted and are in progress, but failed cities are increasing. Although the technology of AD and the trust of citizens are prioritized, the city that has built the city's infrastructure is expected to be a city that has succeeded in AD. This is because commercialized cities or AVs will become hubs for mobility globalization, excluding rapid climate change or AV companies, and empirical analysis has been conducted that if AVs fail in metropolitan New York due to urban complexity (population density), urban economy size (GRDP), patents, number of consumers, infrastructure public EV chargers, and road quality. It examines whether the realization of AD by region and country affects overall national innovation. As a result, even if AV succeeds in large cities such as New York, Seoul, which has a higher population density (complexity), has a negative meaning, and a more similar Tokyo has a positive meaning. It can be seen that regionalresearch on AV should also be prioritized in large cities such as Shanghai. This means that in order for AV to be realized in each city, the construction of AI infrastructure data must be actively changed to establish globalization of cities for economic growth as autonomous mobility.

        자율주행시 안전을 위한 AI와 연계 시스템 적용연구

        In this paper, autonomous vehicles of service with existing vehicle accident for the prevention of the vehicle communication technology, self-driving techniques, brakes automatic control technology, artificial intelligence technologies such as well and developed the vehicle accident this occur to death or has been techniques, can prepare various safety cases intended to minimize the injury. In this paper, it is a study to secure safety in autonomous vehicles. This is determined according to spatial factors such as chip signals for general low-power short-range wireless communication and micro road AI. On the other hand, in this paper, the safety of boarding is improved by checking the signal from the electronic chip, up to "recognition of the emotion from residence time in the sensing area" to the biological electronic chip. As a result of demonstrating the reliability of the world countries the world, inducing safety autonomous system of all passengers in terms of safety. Unmanned autonomous vehicle riding and commercialization will lead to AI systems and biochips (Verification), linked IoT on the road in the near future, and the safety technology reliability of the world will be highlighted. 본 논문은 자율 주행차량의 운행과 더불어 기존 차량 사고 방지를 위한 차량 간 통신 기술, 자율주행 기술, 브레이크 자동 제어 기술, 인공지능 기술 등이 널리 개발되고 있다. 차량 사고 발생이 일어나더라도 사망이나 부상을 최소화하기 위한 각종 기술들의 안전성의 상용화에 있다. 본 논문의 경우 자율주행 차량시, 안전성 확보연구이다. 이는 일반적인 저전력 근거리 무선 통신용 칩 신호나 초소형 도로 AI 장착 등의 공간적 요소에 따라 판별한다. 반면 본 논문은 상기 전자 칩의 신호를 읽는 데에서 생체 전자 칩까지의 “감지영역 내 체류 시간인식, 민감도”까지 체크하여 승차한 안전의 신뢰성을 높인다. 실제 세계 각국의 신뢰성을 실증한 결과로서, 안전성면에서 탑승객 전원의 안전 자율 시스템을 유도한다. 무인 자율차량 탑승과 상용화는 가까운 미래에 도로위 IoT의 AI 시스템과 생체 칩(Verification emotion + Chip)으로의 연계성면에서 그 진보성의 실증결과, 세계 각국의 안전 기술신뢰성은 더욱 부각된다.

        Central Eastern Europe’s Pattern of Industrial Development and Regional Structure in Market Distribution

        Purpose – Transnational corporations (TNCs) have influenced drastic changes (financial services, manufacturing, labor, technology transfer) in Central Eastern Europe (CEE). This paper examines the indirect changes in the CEE pattern of industrial development and market distribution. Research design, data, and methodology – Over 25 years, neighboring (or rival) countries competed to attract TNCs as a double-edged strategy for privatization and debt reduction. Through their experience attracting foreign direct investment (FDI), many countries started to reflect aspects of national capitalism. Countries also began to realize in 2010 that TNCs sought to enter markets with more favorable conditions for export- oriented manufacturing. Results – The analysis reveals that TNC investment strategies were aimed at eliminating local competition to acquire industrial "brown fields" to convert into "green fields." CEE countries have since strengthened their national systems and the support of large-scale state-owned enterprises and small and medium-sized start-up enterprises. Conclusions – CEE has changed based on industrial development and a regional structure of TNC market distribution and associated government policies. The pattern toward flexible markets gives countries the ability to further their economies.
