LED has started to be used widely in various fields recently because of the many advantages it has; such as long lifetime, low power consumption, mercury-free and high design freedom. LED is getting a lot of use in the auto industry also requiring the implementation of a wide variety of designs. However, the number of LED increases according to the complexity and diversity of headlamp design. Since LEDs produce a lot of heat the more LEDs the more heat creating an important design problem in the heat management from LEDs.
