전동킥보드의 인기에 더불어 전동킥보드 이용의 안전 문화도 확산되어야 한다는 대중들의 반응이 커지고 있다. 여러 가지 제도적 방안이 나오고 있지만 실상 지켜지는 부분은 드물다. 기존의 전동킥보드의 ‘2인 탑승’이 현행법에 의해 금지되어 있지만 현 상황 단속이 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 하나하나 단속하기도 힘든 것이 실상이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전동킥보드의 여러 가지 문제점 중 전동킥보드를 2인 이상 타는 것을 근절하기 위한 기술을 제공하고자 한다. 전동킥보드에 조도센서 (CDS)와 Neo-pixel을 사용하여 2인 이상 탑 승 시 제재 기능을 탑재하는 방법을 제안하여 퍼스널 모빌리티의 확대를 위한 사회적 인식 개선에 기여한다. Along with the popularity of electric kickboards, the public"s reaction that the safety culture of using electric kickboards should also be spread is growing. A number of institutional measures are emerging, but few are actually followed. The current law prohibits the use of "two-person boarding" of existing electric kickboards, but the current situation is not properly enforced, and it is difficult to crack down on each one. Therefore, in this paper, among the various problems of electric kickboards, we intend to provide a technique for eradicating the use of two or more people using electric kickboards. By using the Photo Resistor(CDS) and Neo-pixel on the electric kickboard, it contributes to improving social awareness for the expansion of personal mobility by proposing a method to mount the sanctions function when two or more people ride.
