This paper deals with dynamic characteristics of the impeller which is most important part to develop the resin mixing machine. It is possible for reverse engineering to make impeller geometry model for vibration characteristic analysis by commercial impeller. The impeller model was performed by the natural frequency analysis using finite element analysis software. From the result of simulation is validated as it can be observed, since simulation shows good agreement with modal testing result. Further study shall. be done including to design and develop impeller of resin mixing machine.

Manufacturing condition is one of the important factor in precision manufacturing. In this study, we optimized minimizing the Tri-axis vibration acceleration level(VAL) using ANOM(analysis of means) and ANOVA(analysis of variance) by table of orthogonal array. ANOM was well adapted to select levels of design variables for minimization of VAL. The effective design variables and their levels should be determined using ANOVA. Therefore, it is expected that the proposed procedure using table of orthogonal array, ANOM, ANOVA can be easily utilized to solve the problem of manufacture condition.
