영화 장면연출 기법을 바탕으로 한 호텔 외부공간 표현특성에 관한 연구 - 부산광역시, 울산광역시, 경상남도 3성급 이상의 호텔들을 중심으로 -

This purpose of this study is to apply a film's scene technique to hotel exterior to form an expressive system of various elements that are perceived by observers. Based on the movie scene presentation techniques, literature examination and field investigation were carried out to identify the components of the outer space of the hotel. Research methods are as follows. First, present the purpose and background of this study and introduce the scope and method of it. Second, based on prior research and literature review, I discussed the concept and components of hotel exterior space, the structure and syntax of the movie, and the link between the hotel exterior space and the film scene presentation technique. Third, hotels with three-star class and over located in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnamdo were selected for survey and investigated the components of the outer space of each hotel. Fourth, based on the previous theoretical examination, the film scene presentation techniques were modelled and the analysis items were derived by identifying the space types of hotel exterior space elements. Fifth, based on field survey of 33 subjects, hotel exterior space elements were applied to the film scene release technique to analyze the elements of hotel exterior space in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnamdo based on film scene release techniques. Sixth, through the analysis results, I have derived elements of expression in hotel exterior space based on movie scene presentation techniques.

The current evacuation signs of civil defense facilities can be broadly divided into guide sign and guidance sign. It is very important role to guide the correct movement as well as provide evacuation information about civil defense facilities. Evacuation sign of civil defense facility currently inconsistently attached at each underground subway entrance which has different types of visual components including letters and pictograms along with different locations as a structural component. It caused huge visual confusion for users. In addition, due to the negligence of maintenance, many evacuation signs are corroded and discolored as well as even missed at some places. Therefore users may not be able to recognize evacuation signs of civil defense facilities. The purpose of this study is to elucidate various types and locations for evacuation signs of civil defense facilities which is attached at underground subway entrances based on the layout principle so that users can easily identify and access subway stations in emergency. It is also provided new standards as a unified guideline of evacuation sign for civil defense facilities with considering safety issues which is the most important aspect in our society.
루돌프 아른하임의 시지각 요소를 바탕으로 한 건축물 이미지의 조형예술적 표현특성 연구 - 부산다운 건축상 수상작들을 중심으로 -

본 연구의 목적은 매년 부산다운 건축상 책자를 통해 문화 홍보의 역할로 부산시에서 실질적으로 실시되고 있는 부산다운 건축상 수상작들을 중심으로 조형예술적 표현특성을 고찰하고자 하는 것이다. 이는 기존의 3차원 입체적인 건축물들을 2차원적인 이미지로 변화시키는 과정에서의 디자인적 이해 및 접근방법을 제시하기 위한 수단으로써 아른하임의 시지각 요소를 적용하여 부산다운 건축상 수상작 조형예술적 표현특성의 경향을 파악하고자 하는 것이다. 연구범위는 부산다운 건축상 심사대상 2013년부터 2016년에 오른 건축물로 선정하였다. 연구의 방법은 첫째, 문헌 및 선행연구를 중심으로 부산다운 건축상 수상작의 심사 기준 및 내용을 포함한 건축물의 특성 및 현황을 정리한다. 둘째, 루돌프 아른하임의 시지각 이론을 고찰한 다음 시지각 요소의 특성을 도출한다. 셋째, 조사대상의 선정 및 분석항목을 분류한다. 앞서 도출한 분석항목을 토대로 분석요소를 도출한다. 넷째, 앞서 도출된 분석요소를 부산다운 건축상 수상 건축물에 적용하여 조형예술적 표현요소들을 분석한다. 최종적으로, 부산다운 건축상 수상작에 있어서 년도 별로 건축적 구성요소와 시각적 구성요소의 경향을 파악하고 부산도시공간의 특성을 고려한 조형예술적 표현특성에 대한 결과를 정리한다. The purpose of this study is consider the characteristics of the formative artistic expression by focusing on actually running award about architectural prize of Busan which is role of cultural promotion through each year’s brochure of architectural prize of Busan. It is a means to present design understanding and approach in the process of transforming the original three dimensional architecture into a two dimensional image by analyzing the visual perceptual elements of Arnheim and to understand the trend of formative artistic expressions of architectural prize of Busan. Range of research is architectural prizes of Busan in 2013 to 2016. A study of method is divided five sections. First, arrange the building’s characteristics and status which is including the examination standard of architectural prize of Busan and the contents by focusing on literature and preceding research. Second, consider a Rudolf Arnheim’s visual perceptual element and then derive characteristic of visual perceptual element. Third, select a research subject and categorize an analysis item. Fourth, analyze the formative artistic expression to reflect the architectural prize of Busan by analysis element which is already found. At last, figure out the trend of visual elements and architectural components base on architectural prize of Busan and arrange the result about the characteristics of the formative artistic expression considering property of city space in Busan.
온도 및 이산화탄소 조절 환경에서 재배한 천궁(Cnidium officinale Makino)의 항산화 활성 및 페놀 화합물 함량 연구

This study aimed to investigate the growth parameters and antioxidant activity of Cnidium officinale under controlled temperature and carbon dioxide levels during the cultivation period. The plants were cultivated for four months, each group being set at the average temperature of the cultivation area +1.8°C/445ppm(SSP1), +3.6°C/872ppm(SSP3), and +4.4°C/1,142ppm(SSP5), respectively. During the cultivation period, the growth, Top/Root ratio, and leaf weight ratio(LWR) of C. officinale slightly decreased in SSP3 and SSP5 compared to SSP1, while the root weight ratio(RWR) increased. The antioxidant activity and related phenolic compound content in the aerial parts of C. officinale increased proportionally with temperature and CO2 concentration. However, an adverse effect was observed in the high-concentration SSP5 group. Conversely, in the roots, the SSP5 group exhibited the highest antioxidant activity. This study suggests that it can be utilized as fundamental data necessary for understanding the correlation between environmental conditions and the growth as well as physiological activities of medicinal plants.
