대학 신입생의 학업 생활 지원을 위한 온-오프라인 블랜디드 서비스

본 연구에서는 COVID-19 이후 2020 학년도에 연세대학교에 입학하여 학업 생활의 대부분을 온라인 교류를 통해 활동하고 있는 신입생들을 대상으로 하며 온-오프라인 연계 방식의 온-오프라인 블랜디드 서비스를 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 서비스인 ‘연수리’는 지속적인 모임 활동을 장려하며 온-오프라인 블랜디드를 방식을 가지고 있는 학업 생활중심의 소모임 & 멘토 찾기 서비스이다. 본 연구에서는 5명의 신입생 인터뷰와 학교 관계자 1명, 이후 5 명의 MVP 테스트를 실시하여 총 11 명의 인터뷰를 시행하였다. COVID-19이후 전면 온라인수업으로 변경되면서 2020 년도에 새로 입학한 학생들이 집에서 혼자 공부하는 시간이 길어지면서 겪는 고립감과 학업 생활 중 어려움이 있어도 편하게 물어볼 곳을 찾지 못하는 애로사항, 그리고 미래 진로에 대한 막연한 불안감을 가지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 학생들의 불안감과 고립감을 해소 시킬 수 있는 온-오프라인 블랜디드 서비스를 제안하며 COVID-19시대에서 학생 스스로의 관점과 다양한 접근 방법을 통해 공부하는 방법을 습득하고 학우와 대학 생활을 함께 할 수 있는 서비스 제안에 의의를 둔다.

Crime against the intellectually disabled(ID) and children is becoming more prominent social issue, however, it is hard to find product or service that meet the needs and characteristic of these vulnerable victims. This study contains design direction derived from empirical study on the characteristic of ID and children. Over 70 actual cases were collected and analyzed to derive a sequential model of victim’s experience. A series of interview of experts in corresponding area was conducted based on the sequential model to find out physical and emotional experience of the victim in specific stages of crime which was followed by stereotyping of crime through generating personas. The purpose of this study is to define design direction that satisfy the peculiarity of ID and children. Utilizing the design direction form this study will aid in design practical solution for the beneficiaries.

디지털 협동적 서비스: 풀뿌리 사회혁신에서 정보통신기술이 협력적 네트워크 형성에 어떻게 기여하는가?

디지털사회혁신에 대한 관심이 증가하는 가운데 본 연구의 목적은 정보통신기술이 협동적 서비스의 생산과 협동적 관계형성을 지원하는 과정을 탐색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 디지털 협동적 서비스 사례연구를 진행하였다. 온라인 커뮤니티 활동을 관찰하고 기록한 후 사례 내 분석과 사례 간 분석을 하였다. 그 결과 협동적 서비스를 지원하는 정보인프라의 구성은 서비스의 목적에 따라 다르며 서비스 사용자의 협동적 네트워크의 형성과 연관성이 있다. 협동적 네트워크는 관계의 세기와 경계성에 의해 다섯 가지 유형으로 나눌 수 있다. 디지털 솔루션 및 플랫폼과 결합된 협동적 커뮤니티는 양적으로는 성장하지만 협동적 관계의 세기는 약해지는 경향을 보였다. 즉 디지털화는 협동적 서비스의 기반이 되는 강한 유대관계와 관계적 가치를 약화시키는 위험을 수반하며, 디지털 협동적 서비스를 디자인할 때는 강한 유대관계와 약한 유대관계의 균형을 유지하기 위한 신중하고 의도적인 노력이 필요하다. 더불어 디자이너는 디자인 단계뿐만 아니라 그 이후에 일어나는 사회적 시스템과 기술적 시스템의 상호작용을 고려하는 사회기술적 관점을 가져야 한다. This study explores how information communication technologies (ICTs) support the production of collaborative services and foster collaborative relationships. We conducted case studies by observing online communal activities and analyzing the data within and across cases. Collaborative services are supported by an information infrastructure whose configuration varies in the service goal and is associated with the forming of the end-users' collaboration networks. Collaboration networks are classified according to the tie strength and boundedness of relations. Collaborative communities combined with enabling solutions and a platform base tend to grow large in size but weak in tie strength. That is, digitalization entails the risk of losing strong interpersonal ties and the relational values associated with them. We thus need careful and intentional efforts to balance the configuration of strong and weak ties. We argue that designing for digital collaborative services requires a sociotechnical perspective considering the interplay between the social and technical systems during and after design.
