The 21st century has witnessed an important issue to create sound labor-management relations in our society. It is an urgent problem connected with our exitence as well as the quality of living in the so-called globalized and open-economy age. Compared to other types of organizations, the hotel industry is regarded as highly service-oriented organizations relying on its human resources. Service quality of a hotel heavily depends on personal effort and job performance of its employees. This paper analyzed the difference of the perceived fairness on the hotel`s unfair practice cases between hotel employer and employee in an aspect of grades, management forms and labor union`s belongings. The perceived fairness on the hotel`s unfair practice cases between hotel employer and employee did not show great difference at the results. But the perceived fairness on the hotel`s unfair practice cases between hotel employer and employee showed great difference in an aspect of labor union`s belongings at the results. This suggests that our hotel industry should improve our relationship by monitering and improving the system of the unfair dismissal aid program and unfair practice aid program.
