        12주간 걷기와 놀이운동이 초등학교 비만여학생의 대사증후군위험인자와 성장호르몬에 미치는 영향

        This study conducted walking exercise and play exercise (traditional play, catching game, ball play) for 12 weeks targeting obese female students of elementary school, and as a result of investigating changes in metabolic syndrome risk factors and growth hormone, the following conclusions were obtained. First, walking and play exercise were found to be effective on waist circumference, body fat percentage, triglyceride, and blood sugar among the metabolic syndrome risk factors of obese girls in elementary school, but had no effect on blood pressure and HDL-C. Second, walking and play exercise were found to be effective on growth hormone in obese elementary school girls. Considering the above results, it proves that walking and play-type exercise for 12 weeks is effective in improving metabolic syndrome factors and growth hormone, and it is judged to be a method that can mediate the prevention and management of obesity in children and adolescents. It is thought that play-type exercise that includes interest and fun can help children and adolescents form exercise habits, and can be provided as basic data for improving school physical education and nurturing physical education leaders.

        운동선수와 일반학생의 초경시 체격발육 분석

        초경시 체격의 변화를 알아보기 위하여 이중 S자형의 함수인 식을 MATLAP으로 회귀식을 추정하여 비교하였다. 첫째, 초경연령은 일반학생 12.42세, 운동학생 13.05세로 운동선수가 늦은 것으로 나타났다. 초경시 일반학생과 운동선수의 신장과 체중에 대한 최대발육연령은 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일반학생은 초경이 늦은 학생이 초경이 빠른 학생보다 신장과 체중이 더 양호한 것으로 나타났고, 운동선수는 신장은 양호하나 체중은 더 작은 것으로 나타났다. 신장의 발육속도가 일반학생보다 운동선수가 더 크고, 발육지속 기간이 더 오랫동안 유지되는 것으로 나타났다. 체중의 발육속도는 일반학생과 운동선수 모두 비슷한 것으로 나타났으나 최대속도는 운동선수가 더 빠르게 나타났다. The present study was conducted for analyzing changes in physique of at menarche of athletic and non-athletes. The maximum growth age of height and weight during menarche was not different between non-athletes and the athletes. Second, among non-athletes, those who had menarche late were taller and heavier than those who did early, and among the athletes, those who had menarche late were taller but lighter. The development rate of height was higher and the development duration was longer in the athletes than in the non-athletes. The development rate of weight was similar between the non-athletes and the athletes, but the maximum rate was higher in the athletes.

        12주간 복식호흡과 복합운동이 중년여성의 대사증후군요인과 hs-CRP에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to find the effects of additional abdominal breathing performed while stretching after combined exercise on metabolic syndrome factors and hs-CRP of middle-aged women. Abdominal breathing was performed along with 10 minutes of stretching exercise by repeating breathe-in (2-3 seconds), hold (1-2 seconds) and breathe-out (4-5 seconds). Combined exercise was comprised of aerobic exercises like walking and jogging, weekly aerobics, boxing, workout dance and Taekwondo. Band exercise was performed as resistance exercise. The exercise program was carried out on middle-aged women with metabolic syndrome for 60 minutes a session, 3 sessions a week, and 12 weeks total. Whereas combined exercise was effective for body fat rate, diastolic blood pressure, TC, TG, HDL-C, blood sugar and hs-CRP among metabolic syndrome factors, abdominal breathing was ineffective. In the future, it would be necessary to take a variety of approaches to changes in human body functions from breathing by combining abdominal breathing and meditation.

        초등학교 여학생의 초경 유무에 따른 체격과 체질량지수 및 골밀도 분석

        To analyze on physique and body mass index and bone mineral density depending on if whether elementary schoolgirls have menarche or not, we chose 339 schoolgirls as the object using cluster sampling according to probability sampling on 15 classes of elementary school seniors. Whether menarche or not was directly asked through man-to-man interview by female teachers. And the height and weight was directly measured, and we used Sahara Bone Sonomet, an measuring apparatus for cell phones to measure calcaneus to see bone mineral density and we got the results below. 1. the fifth grade schoolgirls were 8.8%, and the sixth grade schoolgirls were 19.5% having experienced menarche. The rage or the elementary schoolgirls who experienced menarche was 28.3%, so there are one third of girls have experienced menarche during elementary school. 2. The height, weight, and the bone mineral density of the girls who experienced the menarche was higher, there was no difference in body mass index. According to these results, the rate of girls who experienced menarche is increasing and the height and weight is thought to be closely related to the period of menarche. the younger the age of menarche was the higher bone density, and menarche was affected by physical activities and weight.

        아쿠아로빅스와 복합운동이 고령여성노인들의 당화혈색소와 심혈관질환 위험인자에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 16주간 아쿠아로빅스와 복합운동이 고령여성노인들의 당화혈색소와 심혈관질환 위험인자에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 본 연구를 달성하기 위하여 규칙적인 신체활동을 하지 않는 70세 전후 고령여성을 대상으로 아쿠아로빅스집단 13명, 복합운동 15명, 총 28명을 대상으로 하였다. 아쿠아로빅스운동은 킥, 점프, 비틀기 동작을 응용하여 구성하였고, 복합운동은 걷기와 자전거타기의 유산소운동과 탄력밴드로 근력운동을 실시하였으며, 주 3회, 60분간 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 혈당과 당화혈색소는 아쿠아로빅스와 복합운동집단 모두 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, TC과 LDL-C는 아쿠아로빅스와 복합운동집단 모두 감소하였으나 TG와 HDL-C는 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, hs-CRP는 아쿠아로빅스와 복합운동집단 모두 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 아쿠아로빅스운동은 고령여성들의 당화혈색소와 심혈관질환 위험인자에 도움이 되는 운동이라고 판단되며, 물의 저항과 압력을 효율적으로 이용할 수 있는 일괄적인 운동프로그램개발도 필요하다고 생각된다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of 16 weeks of aquarobics exercise and combined exercise on glycated hemoglobin and risk factors of cardiovascular disease in elderly women. A total of 28 subjects, including 13 subjects of the aquarobics group and 15 subjects of the combined exercise group, were selected among elderly women aged about 70 years who do not perform regular physical activities. For the aquarobics exercise was constructed by applying kick, jump and twist motion, the combined exercise, the subjects performed aerobic exercises like walking and bicycle riding and muscular exercise using an elastic band. The exercise was done for 60 minutes a session an 3 sessions a week, and the results are as follows. First, blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin decreased in both the aquarobics and combined exercise groups. Second, total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol blood lipid decreased in both groups, whereas the exercise did not have an effect on triglyceride and HDL-C. Third, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein decreased in both the aquarobics and combined exercise groups. Therefore, the aquarobics exercise is considered to be an effective exercise for improving glycated hemoglobin and risk factors of cardiovascular disease in elderly women. It would be necessary to develop a comprehensive exercise program that can efficiently use resistance and pressure of water.

        지역별 청소년의 신체발육 상태 분석

        본 연구는 지역별 청소년의 신체발육 상태를 분석하기 위해 1981년에 출생하여 2000년도에 고등학교를 졸업한 대도시, 중도시, 소도시, 남자 각각 300명, 총 900명을 대상으로 무선 표집에 의한 군집표집 방법으로 실시하였다. 신장, 체중, 흉위, 좌고는 개인 건강기록부를 통하여 7세부터 18세까지 조사하였다. 조사된 자료는 일원변량분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 지역간 연령별 신잔 체중, 흉위, 좌고 차이가 있었다. 2. 지역간 신장의 최대발육연령은 차이가 있었으며, 대도시가 소도시 보다 빠르게 나타났다. 3. 지역간 체중의 최대발육연령은 차이가 있었으며, 대도시와 중도시가 소도시 보다 빠르게 나타났다. 4. 지역간 흉위의 최대발육연령은 차이가 있었으며, 중도시가 소도시 보다 빠르게 나타났다. 5. 지역간 좌고의 최대발육연령은 차이가 있었으며, 대도시와 중도시가 소도시 보다 빠르게 나타났다. 6. 지역간 하지장의 최대발육연령은 차이가 있었으며, 대도시가 중도시와 소도시 보다 빠르게 나타났다. 7. 신장 증가량에 대한 좌고와 하지장의 성장비율은 다른 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of body growth in regional youth who were born in metropolis, cities and small towns in 1981 and who graduated high schools in 2000. The subjects for study were males sampled by a cluster sampling method of random sampling yielding 300 people in three regions (N=900). Height, weight, girth of chest and sitting height of the subjects from 7 to 18 years old were investigated through individual health records. The results of a one-way ANOVA are as follows; 1. There were difference in height, weight, girth of chest, and sitting height according to region and age. 2. There were difference in the maximum growth age on height according to region. 3. There were difference in the maximum growth age on weight according to region. 4. There were difference in the maximum growth age on girth of chest according to region. 5. There were difference in the maximum growth age on sitting height according to region. 6. There were difference in the maximum growth age on leg length according to region. 7. The growth rate of leg length and sitting height according to height increment showed a difference.

        변량분석을 이용한 통계적 기법의 오류

        This paper was to remind cases in which analysis of variance was misused in physical education and explained why misuses of ANOVA should be avoided. The most common misuse in that some authors perform statistical not definite cause raw data. The secondly common misuse of ANOVA was that authors report only F-values without any other results from the ANOVA. The thirdly common misuse was that some authors perform unplanned comparisons of cell means to interpret significant interaction effects. The fourthly common misuse was that some authors perform nonparametric tests instead of standard parametric ANOVA for the reason of small sample sizes.

        택견경기시 휴식방법이 심박수와 혈중 젖산농도 및 운동자각도에 미치는 영향

        The present study sampled 7 trainees who had had taekgyeon training for over 4 years, and had them play a match in which they played two rounds and 3 minutes per round and a minute’s recovery between the rounds, and analyzed changes in their heart rate, blood lactate, and rating of perceived exertion. From the results of this study were drawn conclusions as follows. First, the heart rate increased just after the match compared to that at rest in both static recovery and dynamic recovery, and it decreased after a minute’s recovery. There was no difference in the change of heart rate according to recovery method. Second, the blood lactate concentration increased over time while the match continued, and the blood lactate concentration increased less in the 2nd round after dynamic recovery than after static recovery. Third, the rating of perceived exertion increased during the match, and decreased during the recovery. Change in the rating of perceived exertion was not different according to recovery method. Summing up the results, there was no difference in heart rate, blood lactate, and rating of perceived exertion according to recovery method, but cumulative fatigue decreased with the increase of recovery time. Thus, further research is considered necessary on the allocation of recovery time.

        카이로프락틱과 교정체조가 척주측만증 환자의 콥스각과 유연성 및 통증에 미치는 영향

        This study analyzed the effect of chiropractic and adjustment exercise on the Cobb"s method, flexibility, and pain of scoliosis patients. The following results were gained.1. Chiropractic & adjustment exercise and adjustment exercises were presented to reduce Cobb"s angle. 2. Chiropractic & adjustment exercise and adjustment exercises were presented to increase trunk flexion forward and trunk flexion backward. Furthermore, trunk flexion forward showed greater increase in the Chiropractic & adjustment exercise and adjustment exercise group than in the calibration gymnastics group. 3. Chiropractic & adjustment exercise and adjustment exercises were presented to decrease pain index. Based on comprehensive observation of the above results, it can be said that chiropractic and calibration gymnastics presented positive influence to scoliosis patients. Although exercise cure is also important, it is stipulated that combining chiropractic with calibration gymnastics will prove to be more effective in improving scoliosis.
