        코로나 이후(Post Covid-19) 농식품유통의 방향과 과제 - 전북지역 통합마케팅조직을 중심으로 -

        The form of agri-food transaction has taken a rapid change from the existing method since Covid-19. In response to changes in the market environment such as Covid-19, the integrated marketing organization in Jeollabuk-do was diagnosed from the point of view of innovation, and the future direction was examined. In order to improve the distribution structure of the production area, an integrated marketing organization was fostered, and both quantitative and qualitative growth were brought about. However, some regions still lack willingness to participate and lack of expertise. In particular, there is no infrastructure and strategy to prepare for the increase in non-face-to-face transactions post Covid-19. Online transactions also require economies of scale, so non-face-to-face transaction capabilities must be reinforced by adding a separate organization and experts in charge of online transaction functions within the integrated marketing organization. In the future, online sales are highly likely to expand not only to transactions between producers and individual consumers (C to C), but also to mass consumer (B to B) transactions. It will be an opportunity. In addition, it is necessary to efficiently use production area distribution facilities such as sorting and packaging. Since the non-contact transaction method will increase after Corona 19, it is necessary to strengthen marketing capabilities such as expansion of utilization rate, order placement, settlement, and customer management, and reorganization of specialized organizations.

      • 대두, 밀 가공제품의 소매 유통채널별 가격전이에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to practically analyze the asymmetric price transmission between grain import prices and processed grain product prices by distribution channels, and which kinds of asymmetric price transmission exist if there is an asymmetric price transmission. This study examines unit root by augmented dickey-fuller (ADF), cointegration test by Johansen method to test stability of linear combination. In addition, this study examines granger causality, and testing asymmetric price transmission by using autoregressive distributed lag model (ARDL). Analytical results of Wheat flour indicate price transmission between import and retail prices appears to be asymmetric. Results of soybean indicate price transmission between import and retail prices of grocery store appears to be contemporaneous impact (COIA) and cumulated impact (CULA) asymmetric, but it is not a meaningful result because the ratio of grocery store is low in whole distribution channels. Analytical results of wheat flour indicate price transmission between import and retail prices of wholesale mart appears to have positive distributed lag effect (DLEA) and cumulated impact (CULA) asymmetric, and retail prices of super supermarket appears to be positive distributed lag effect (DLEA). Grain processed product market is a monopoly market, which the top two or three companies have the largest market share and power. This market dominance could be a major cause of asymmetric price transfer. This implies that grain products market is not operated efficiently. In summary, government policies are required to make grain products market more competitive and mitigate the monopoly structure. Also, it is suggested that government need to regulate price-fixing of grain products companies, and enforce indirect policies for efficient market and improve consumer benefits.

        중국 농촌인구의 노령화가 농업생산에 미치는 영향 연구

        This paper studies the relationship between rural aging and agricultural production, and the negative or positive effects of rural population aging on labor input, labor production efficiency, family management organization ability, old-age crowding out effect, promoting land circulation, industrial structure upgrading, etc. In this part, according to Solow growth model, the influence model of rural population aging on agricultural production is established by using Cobb and Glass function, and the characteristic facts of agricultural output in China since 1990 are quantitatively measured and the influence degree of related elements is analyzed. The results show that the relative surplus of China’s agricultural labor force from 1990 to 2006, the increase of the proportion of the rural elderly population and the transfer of labor force have a significant negative effect on agricultural output after 2006, especially since 2006, the contribution degree and contribution rate of labor input to agricultural output are negative. It is estimated that the aging of rural population and labor force transfer in 2011-2027 will reduce the input of agricultural labor force by about 1.54 percentage pointsper year and drop down 0.77 percentage points to the growth rate of agricultural output. Based on the above quantitative analysis and calculation, the economic density of the rural elderly population will increase from 2023, which proves that the rural old-age pension must be subsidized externally. Otherwise, the economic support level of the rural elderly population will decrease from about 2023.

        대두, 밀 가공제품의 소매 유통채널별 가격전이에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to practically analyze the asymmetric price transmission between grain import prices and processed grain product prices by distribution channels. Also, if there is an asymmetric price transition, to check what type of price asymmetry exists. To verify the stability of the linear combination, unit root by ADF(Augmented Dickey-fuller) and cointegration test by Johansen method were performed. Using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag Model(ARDL) method, the Granger causal relationship and asymmetric price transfer were verified. The results of the analysis of wheat flour show an asymmetric price transfer between the import price and the retail price. The soybean price showed that the price transmission between grocery store imports and retail prices was asymmetric with simultaneous influence(COIA) and cumulative effect(CULA), but it is not meaningful because the proportion of grocery stores in the entire distribution channel is low. The flour analysis show that price transmission between imports and retail prices at wholesale marts has asymmetric positive variance lag effect(DLEA) and cumulative effect(CULA) asymmetry, and retail prices at super supermarkets have positive variance lag effect(DLEA) was significantly The grain processing market is a monopoly market in which the 2nd and 3rd largest companies have the largest market share and power. This market dominance could be a major cause of asymmetric price transfer. This means that the grain market is not operating efficiently. In short, government policies are needed to enhance the competitiveness of the grain market and alleviate monopoly structure. In addition, the government should regulate the occurrence of unreasonable price fixing by major grain companies and take necessary measures so that market efficiency and consumer benefits are not infringed.

        개입 ARIMA 모형을 통한 축산물 가격 예측연구 -코로나 19 팬데믹 시대의 한우와 수입쇠고기를 중심으로-

        This study proposed an intervention ARIMA model as a method for price prediction, focusing on Korean beef and imported beef among livestock prices. In order to determine whether time series data from government policies, infectious diseases and economic shocks were affected, the Korea-US FTA, the Solicitation Ban Act, the adjustment of the 100,000won cap on agricultural futures, and the Corona 19 pandemic were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the Korea-US FTA, the Anti-Solicitation Act, the adjustment of the 100,000won cap for agricultural product futures, and the Corona 19 pandemic had a statistically significant effect, and in particular, it was found to have increased significantly after the Corona 19 pandemic occurred. This study analyzed the effect of intervention events on price time series and quantitatively analyzed the effect of multiple interventions on livestock product time series data. It can be used to predict the price of livestock products in the future and is expected to be useful for verifying the monthly average price forecast per kg.

        This study aims to determine the impact factors of consumers' food safety awareness and food marking on online purchases through PLS-SEM analysis. Using The Consumer Behavior Survey for Food 2020(KREI), the impact of food safety and food labeling on online food purchases was analyzed for consumers who purchased food online among food main buyers. Consumers who do not purchase food online did not purchase food for safety reasons, and consequently food safety and food labeling have been proven to be important factors in online food purchases. Therefore, there should be ways to reduce food harm and change awareness, and sharing information that can reduce food safety anxiety.

        농촌지역개발사업 지원과 농촌마을의 브랜드자산 및 농촌마을의 사회경제적 효과의 구조적 관계

        본 연구에서는 농촌지역개발사업 지원과 농촌마을의 브랜드자산 및 농촌마을의 사회경제적 효과의 구조적 관계 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것에 목적을 두었으며, 이를 위해 농촌지역개발사업 지원을 받고 있는 전라북도 농촌마을주민들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문자료는 구조방정식모형분석과 Sobel-test를 통해 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 생활환경 개선사업, 소득기반 조성사업, 농촌관광시설사업, 지역역량교육사업 지원이 농촌마을의 브랜드자산에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타내었다. 그리고 농촌마을의 브랜드자산은 농촌마을의 사회경제적 효과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타내었다. 또한, 생활환경 개선사업, 마을경관 개선사업, 소득기반 조성사업, 농촌관광 시설사업, 지역역량교육사업 지원 모두 농촌마을의 사회경제적 효과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지는 않았으나, 농촌마을의 브랜드자산을 매개로 하여 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 농촌마을 지역개발전략에 있어서, 농촌마을의 브랜드자산 및 사회경제적 성과에 미치는 영향 요인을 도출하였고, 농촌지역개발사업의 적극적인 지원의 역할 및 중요성을 제시하였다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다. The objective of this study is to analyze the relationships among support for farm village development work, farm villages brand equity and social and economic performance. The questionnaire was performed for 380 villagers in Jeollabuk-do Province. The surveyed data was analyzed by structural equation model analysis and Sobel test. Support for farm village development work such as living environment improvement project, income foundation creation project, rural tourism facilities project, and regional competency education project showed statistically significant positive effects on the farm villages brand equity. The farm villages brand equity also showed a statistically significant positive effect on the social and economic performance. The support for farm village development work such as living environment improvement project, village landscape improvement project, income foundation creation project, rural tourism facilities project, and regional competency education project showed no statistically significant effects on the social and economic performance. But, they showed statistically significant effects on the social and economic performance in indirect manner with the mediating effect of the farm villages brand equity. In this study, the effect factors on the farm villages brand equity and social and economic performance was verified in farm village development strategy, and then, it is meaningful to present the role and importance of support for farm village development work.
