        농촌지역 전통, 개량 및 신축주택 외장색채 비교분석 연구

        Until 1960, the major housing type of rural area in Korea was traditional wooden frame building, which was made of natural materials. In the course of modernization and New Village Movement, most of traditional houses have been renovated focusing on changing roof material of rice straw into slate, keeping existing main wooden structure. And then from around 1980, by economical development the new houses have been constructed. On these three phases of traditional type, remodeling type and new construction type, the natural materials of housing facade as wood, soil, stone and plant changed into artificial materials as cement, chemical material and paint. At the same time the exterior color of housing also have been changed and varied. The purpose of this thesis is to find out the changing aspect of exterior color by comparing remodeled and new constructed housing with of traditional housing. The exterior color of one hundred and fifty seven houses were surveyed and the three color attributes of each part of facade, as roof, wall and window, were analyzed and compared. In case of traditional houses, 98.3% of color are concentrated on the warm color of Y and YR on HUE scale, and 88% of their color are low Chroma. And Value of their color has been varied and spreaded from low to high Value scale. From traditional types to remodeled and new constructed houses, the concentration ratio of warm color on Hue scale reduced from 98.3% to 68.7% and ratio of low Chroma was also changed from 88% to 73.2% and the ratio of low Value color reduced from 51.9% to 29.7%. The exterior color of houses in rural area varied on Hue, and the more saturated colors were used and they became brighter compared with color of traditional houses. It is expected that the results of this study can be used for basic data of exterior color planning and improvement into harmonized color with natural environment.

      • 공동주택 단위평면 구성의 수리적 분석 연구

        This study concentrates on analysis of the characteristics and their changing tendency of apartment houses unit plans. Therefore this study aims to provide basic data to understand how apartments house plans have developed, considering the size of each room. The results of this study can be applied to find out the characteristics of unit plans in apartment houses. As the floor area size increases, the area size of public space area as living room and dining kitchen room is increased more than the rest of rooms of private space and service space. On the contrary, the ratio of room area to the total floor area appeared to have a tendency of more steep decrease on the area ratio of master bedroom and dining kitchen room.

      • 전통 성묘문화와 공간성을 고려한 납골묘 계획 방향에 관한 연구

        This research is to propose the new type of charnel tomb that would be the general type in future in Korea. In order to determine the design goal the characteristics of the traditional culture of ancestral warship and it's spacial structure were analysed. The funeral culture in Korea is different from that of the west and other surrounding Confucian countries. And one of the characteristics of traditional architecture in Korea is to be harmonized with nature compared with Western architecture. In Korean traditional architecture the spaces between buildings are developed, on the contrary western architecture is emphasized on the aspect of object of building itself. As the Charnel Tomb must be the houses of the dead, it has to be designed considering the traditional culture of ancestral worship and it's spacial characteristics. The design of new types of Charnel tomb were proposed as results of this study.

      • 고층아파트에서 아동의 거주층수와 놀이 행태의 상관성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this research is to find the effects of the five independent variables on the children's behavior in the outdoor playground of high-rose apartment. This study was carried out through the survey of actual condition. The subject of investigation were children living on high-rise apaartment complex in Seoul, and the children's age in 3-12 aged. The height of floors which children live in high-rise apartment hasan effect on the use-frequency of the outdoor play ground. The use-frequency of children living on the low floor (1-5 floors) of high-rise is higher than that of children living on the middle floor(6-10floors) and high floor(11-15floors). The implications of this study is to develope the appropriate outdoor play ground in high rise apartment complex model for the child rearing and development.

      • 建築容積率과 街區내 道路配置 條件의 相關性에 관한 硏究

        대지면적과 형태, 접도조건, 도로폭 등의 물리적 요소와 건폐율, 용적율 등의 개발밀도와의 관계를 규명할 수 있는 수리적 모델식을 작성하고, 이를 이용하여 街區단위의 대지분할과정에서 도로율과 도로패턴과 街廓에서 달성가능한 최대건축용적율과의 상관관계를 분석한다. 건축용적과 垈地 및 街區분할 조건과의 구체적인 상관관계를 규명함으로써, 건축밀도로서 법정용적율의 한계내에서 입체적 공간으로서의 개발용량을 최대한 확보할 수 있는 가구내에서 대지분할 및 도로배치 조건에 관한 기초적 자료를 제공코저 한다. The maximum F.A.R. (Floor Area Ratio) designated in building code controls the intensity of land use and the three dimensional upper limit of urban space on a site and district. Ocassionally, F.A.R. in building code cannot be attained, because the height of building is restricted by the sky-exposure -plane in building code. This study aims at proposing the site division method in blocks which can afford the maximum F.A.R. in building code. The formulas have been made for computing the maximum F.A.R. with the variables of site conditions, and regulating conditions. Using computer program, it has been found out that site division and road arrangement conditions in blocks have strong effects on maximum F.A.R. by the building height restriction of the sky-exposure-plane in building code.

      • 상업지역에서 대지 분할에 따른 용적율 변화에 관한 연구

        도시공간을 구성하는 대지, 건물, 도로라는 기본요소가 현행 건축법규의 제한하에서 달성가능한 용적율의 확보에 미치는 영향과 그 변화를 알아보고 장차 도시개발에서 획지분할이나 도심재개발에서 대지 분할의 기준 설정을 위한 기초적 연구로서 단일대지의 일회 분할시 용적율 변화를 규명하고자 하였다. 따라서 대지면적, 대지형상비, 접도조건, 접도폭등의 대지조건과 사선제한, 건폐율, 법정용적율, 인접대지 경계선에서 이격거리 등의 법적제한조건을 변수로한 용적율 변화추세를 파악할 수 있는 일반식을 구하고 평면적 대지분할에 따른 도시공간의 입체적 개발의 한계 및 변화의 체계를 규명하여 개발밀도의 극대화를 위한 구체적 자료를 제시코자 한다. The purpose of this study is to propose the systematic site division method which can afford the high level of land use. In order to compute the attainable floor area ratio, the formulas have been made for the cases that varied by site condition. The site conditions as lot size, ajascent road conditions, width of roads and frontage / depth ratio of site are considered. And the attainable floor area ratios are computed under the restrictions of building codes. The reduction ratios of floor area ratios are analysed in the 9 ccasses which classified by the site condition.

      • 연구실험실의 공간구조와 커뮤니케이션에 관한 연구

        The explosion of scientific knowledge and technology has required sophisticated skills and specialized expertise to carry out a scientific research; many sociological studies show that the increase in the exchange of information between colleagues. In research laboratories, communication among scientists has been shown to be a significant determinant of technical performance and productivity of project teams. This study intends to explore the spatial structure in laboratories and its social implication in term of the exchange of knowledge among researchers. The study unfolds in three parts. First, it discusses the issues governing labaratory layout including the importance and types of communication in research laboratories. Second, the study explores the spatial structure of two research institutions through descriptive and analytic methods, i.e. space syntax. Third, it probes into the inner structure governing the intra-group and the inter-group interaction and examines the relationship between local and global structures in terms of communication patterns.
