본 연구의 목적은 인공지능 윤리에 대한 대학원생의 교육 요구를 분석하고, 이러한 교육 요구가 인공지능 활용 빈도에 따라 차이가 있는지 살펴보는 것이다. 연구참여자는 서울 소재의 대규모 국립 종합대학교에 재학 중인 593명의 대학원생이었다. 자기보고식 설문조사를 통해 인공지능 윤리기준 관련 22문항에 대한 학생들의 현재수준과 중요수준을 측정하였으며, 수집된 데이터는 Borich 요구도 분석과 The Locus for Focus 모델을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 대학원생을 위한 인공지능 윤리 교육에서 가장 우선으로 다루어야 할 내용은 안전성, 책임성, 투명성, 인권보장, 침해금지로 확인되었다. 또한, 책임성은 인공지능 활용 빈도와 관계없이 일관되게 교육 요구 최우선순위로 도출되었다. 반면, 인공지능 활용 빈도가 낮은 집단일수록 프라이버시보호와 투명성이, 인공지능 활용 빈도가 높은 집단일 수록 안정성에 대한 교육 요구가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 대학원생 대상 인공지능 윤리 교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용되어 학생들의 인공지능 윤리의식과 역량 함양에 이바지할 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational needs of graduate stu-dents regarding artificial intelligence (AI) ethics and to examine whether these educational needs differ according to the frequency of AI use. Participants were 593 graduate stu-dents enrolled in a large university in Seoul, South Korea. We used a self-reported survey to measure students' levels of current understanding and their perceived importance of 22 items related to AI ethical standards. We analyzed the data using the Borich needs as-sessment model as well as The Locus for Focus Model. Our results identified safety, ac-countability, transparency, human rights protection, and non-infringement as the top pri-orities for AI ethics education for graduate students. Accountability emerged consistently and was identified as the top priority for educational needs, regardless of the frequency of AI use. On the other hand, privacy and transparency were found to be more important for those who use AI less frequently, and safety was found to be more important for those who use AI more frequently. Our findings will provide valuable insights for designing and developing AI ethics educational programs for graduate students, ultimately helping them in enhancing their ethical awareness and competence in relation to AI.
