소셜네트워크서비스 활동을 통한 발달장애학생의 자발적 의사소통행동 변화에 관한 연구

본 연구는 대표적인 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS) 중 하나인 ‘페이스북’을 활용한 활동을 통하여 발달장애학생의 의사소통 행동이 어떻게 변화하는지를 알아보았다. 본 연구의 대상은 D광역시에 위치한 D특수학교에 재학하고 있는 학생 중 적절한 의사소통에 어려움이 있고 컴퓨터를 활용할 수 있는 능력을 지니고 있는 중등부 2학년 발달장애 학생 2명으로 선정하였다. 본 연구에서 실시한 활동은 총 16회기로 구성되었으며, 자신에 대한 정보 게시와 선호하는 사진에 대해 타인과 공유, 타인과 대화 나누기와 같은 활동을 바탕으로 구성하여 연구 대상자들이 의사소통을 시도할 수 있도록 하기 위한 목적을 기본으로 두고 진행하였다. 본 연구는 SNS 활동이 발달장애학생의 자발적 의사소통행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위하여 A-B설계를 사용하였고, 의사소통행동에 대한 질적 분석도 함께 이루어졌다. 이러한 과정을 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, SNS 활동은 발달장애학생의 적절한 대답하기 행동 증가와 관련이 있다. 두 번째, SNS 활동은 발달장애학생의 자발적 관심보이기 행동 증가와 관련이 있다. 세 번째, SNS 활동은 발달장애학생의 자발적 공유하기 행동 증가와 관련이 있다. 네 번째, SNS 활동을 통해 나타난 발달장애학생의 의사소통행동은 즐거운 기억 공유하기, 관심보이기, 다가가기, 애정표현이다. This study was conducted in order to study how the communicating behaviors of students with developmental disabilities is affected by the activities such as posting information about themselves, sharing photos they like, and having conversation with other people using one of the most representative social network service (SNS), Facebook. This study was conducted on two of the second year middle school students in ‘D’ special education school in ‘D’ city who have difficulties in proper communication and have ability to use computers. The activities performed in this study was done in 16 steps. The activities included posting information about themselves, sharing photos they like, and having conversation with others, and they were done in order to encourage the target to actively communicate with others. AB design was used to determine how the SNS activities affect the spontaneity of communication behavior of students with developmental disabilities. The obtain results are as follow. First, SNS activity is associated with an increased appropriate answering behaviors of students with developmental disabilities. Second, SNS activity is associated with an increased spontaneity of showing interest behaviors of students with developmental disabilities. Third, SNS activity is associated with an increased spontaneity of sharing memory behaviors of students with developmental disabilities.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the discomfort of the actual operation of the functionality, suitability of activity and satisfaction of the fit and understanding improvement needs of the uniform who really wears. It has a purpose used of basic material for developing the uniform which consider the situation of the wearer. To collect sample and data collection we used survey. Survey target was people who works at 8kinds of franchise coffee shop and it has been enacted for 2weeks. Distribution quantity were 300 and actually used 160. Decide demographic characteristic, actual state of wearing variable we have used nominal scale for the Satisfaction, uncomfortable degree, improvement needs used Lickertis scale. For overall data analysis we Used SPSS Win Ver.21.0, for demographic characteristic used analysis of frequency and for Satisfaction, uncomfortable degree, improvement needs used descriptive statistic. As a result Of wear and management Uniform procurement methods are generally provided by headquarters and bear expenses. Summer and winter season wearing rates of shirt, pants, apron and hat are commonly used. Winter season wearing items are a lot and more variable then summer season. Washing method and period of uniforms, individuals are more hygienic then headquarter. Of the Satisfaction Character of fabric was the most important satisfaction factor in the second place were size and wear sensation factors. To increase wearing satisfaction fabric and size factor needs considering. Of the uncomfortable degree Searched about uncomfortable degree of body parts the result was we need improvements of hats for heads and to make arm feel comfortable. Of the Improvement requirements synthetically size fit, clothing of pollution, fabric function, ease of doing laundry needs improvements. For each item shirts needs most improvements, and cardigan was lowest.
