마음챙김 프로그램 연구동향 분석 : 2011∼2020년 학술지 발표를 중심으로

본 연구는 마음챙김 프로그램의 연구동향을 분석하고, 후속연구를 위한 방향성을 제언하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 최근 10년간 마음챙김 프로그램을 사용한 연구를 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 마음챙김 프로그램은 2011년부터2020년까지 지속적으로 연구가 이루어졌으며 점차 증가하는 추세를 보였으며 연구대상은 성인이 33편(55%), 대학생 13 편(21.7%)으로 성인을 대상으로 한 연구가 많았다. 연구방법은 양적연구 57.5편(95.8%)이 대부분으로 그에 따라 t 검증분석이 35번(65%)으로 가장 많이 사용되었다. 마음챙김 프로그램 전,후 정서, 스트레스, 불안, 우울, 인지 등을 측정하는도구가 사용되었고 이는 연구자가 마음챙김 프로그램을 통해 변화를 기대한 정서, 심리, 신체적 요인을 알 수 있었다. 이로서 주요 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 제언과 향후 마음챙김 프로그램 관련 연구 방향을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends of mindfulness programs and to suggest directions for follow-up studies. To this end, the results of the research using the Mindfulness Program over the past 10 years are as follows. The Mindfulness program was continuously studied from 2011 to 2020, and it showed a gradually increasing trend, and the subjects of the study were 33 adults (55%) and 13 college students (21.7%), which were many studies on adults. As for the research method, 57.5(95.8%) quantitative studies were mostly used, and accordingly, t verification analysis was the most frequently used as 35 (65%). Tools were used to measure emotions, stress, anxiety, depression, and cognition before and after the mindfulness program, which revealed the emotional, psychological, and physical factors that the researcher expected to change through the mindfulness program. As a result, based on the main research results, the suggestions of this study and the research directions related to future mindfulness programs were presented.
