        한국과 캄보디아 간호대학생의 삶의 질과 우울 비교

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the quality of life and depression in nursing students between Korean and Cambodians. Methods: The subjects of this study were 223 students taking up a four-year nursing course in colleges located in Area A in Korea and Area B in Cambodia. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. Results: The total score on quality of life among the Korean students was significantly higher than that of the Cambodian students (t=-4.596, p<.001), while the total score on depression was lower in the Korean students compared to that of the Cambodian students. There was a statistically significant difference in the scores (t=5.179, p<001). When the levels of depression were compared, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant - the Korean students had 92.7% normal and 7.3% mild depression, while the Cambodian students had 80.9% normal and 19.1% mild depression (x2=6.781, p=.009). As a result of analyzing the correlation between the total scores on depression and quality of life, a statistically significant correlation was found in both Korean (r=-.721, p<.001) and Cambodian (r=-.508, p<.001) students. Conclusion: Therefore, a nursing intervention that considers the cultural differences should be developed in order to improve emotional response and quality of life of cambodian students.

        웹기반의 치매 예방용 융합교육 프로그램 개발

        최신 정보기술(IT)을 이용하여 웹(web) 기반으로 동작하는 치매 예방용 융합교육 콘텐츠를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 사전 준비단계로 치매관련 국내?외 문헌분석 및 산업체 요구분석을 통해 개발 범위를 규정하였고, 이를 근거로 프로그램을 작성하였다. 개선단계에서는 다양한 분야의 전문가들과 함께 수정 작업을 거쳐 프로그램의 완성도를 최대화 하였다. 본 프로그램 개발내용을 요약하면, 첫째, 통합교육 및 융합교육의 교육학적 이론과 관련 전문가로부터 타당성 검증을 통해 645지능계발 모형을 개발한 후 “사물을 가리어 판단할 만한 지각”을 뜻하는 순 우리말인 “가리사니” 모형이라 명명하였다. 둘째, 웹기반 좌뇌 훈련융합교육으로 수리영역에 “길 찾기” 및 “선 잇기”와 언어영역에 “문자 찾기(Ⅰ, Ⅱ) 프로그램을 개발하였다. 셋째, 웹기반 우뇌 훈련 융합교육으로 주의영역에 ”나의 자동차 찾기 및 시각 훈련과 인지영역에 사물추리 및 그림비교 프로그램을 개발하였다. 넷째, 웹기반 좌?우뇌 훈련 융합교육으로 공간지각영역에 펜토미노 및 BQ마제(Brain Quotient와 maze 합성어)와 기억영역에 시각 훈련 프로그램을 개발하였다. 다섯째, 연구결과를 종합하여 총 52주 차시의 영역별 융합교육 운영 프로그램을 제시하였다. The purpose of the present study was to develop a convergent education contents for dementia prevention, operating on the web network applying modern information technology(IT). At the preparation stage, local and worldwide literatures related to dementia were analyzed followed by surveying industry demands, based on which the program was designed and developed. In the following enhancement stage, the program was modified as much as possible by advices obtained from experts in various fields. Development results of the present program are summarized as follows. Firstly, 645 intellect development model to prevent dementia was established through peer review and verification of convergent education theories by expert groups. This model was named as Garisani meaning cognition capable of judging objects in the Korean language. Secondly, Find a way and Connect a line modules were developed in the numeric field as well as Identify a letter(Ⅰ, Ⅱ) modules, in the language field for web-based left brain training program. Thirdly, Find my car and Vision training modules in the attention field and Object inference and Compare pictures modules in the cognition field were developed for web-based right brain training program. Fourth, Pentomino and BQmaze’(Brain Quotient and maze) modules in the space perception field and Visual training in the memory field were developed for web-based left and right brains training. Fifth, all results were integrated leading to a 52 week Garisani convergent education program for dementia prevention.

        경로당 여성노인의 심리사회적 특성과 가족기능 및 일상생활수행능력간의 관계

        Purpose: To investigate the relationships among stress, depression, family function, and activities of daily living in elderly females. Methods: Using a descriptive correlation for the study design, data was collected from 134 elderly females older than 60 years of age. Result: The level of depression among the subjects was 6.04(±5.30) and level of stress was 1.62(±.70). The performance capacity of the activities of daily living was 17.79(±0.87), and the instrumental activities of daily living was 22.33(±2.66). The family function was 2.82 (±3.47). Depression and stress showed a positive correlation(p<.001) and had a negative correlation with family function(p=.025), as the correlation with instrumental activities of daily living was negatively related(p=.008). Stress had a positive relationship with family function(p<.001), and was negatively related to instrumental activities of daily living (p=.041). Conclusion: For health promotion of elderly females, it is critical to make an effort to establish and constantly develop a program, as well as policy for the health of the elderly considering and understanding gender differences.
