탄소계 복합담지체에 담지된 고내구성 고분자전해질 연료전지용 백금촉매

본 연구에서는 산화그래핀과 카본블랙의 혼합담체를 이용하여 내구성이 향상된 백금촉매를 폴리올법으로 제조하였다. 삼전극 순환전압전류법을 이용한 전기화학성능 측정결과 적절한 비율로 조절된 혼합담지체에 백금을 담지시켰을 경우 초기 성능 감소없이 장기내구성이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 회전원판전극을 이용하여 산소환원반응을 수행한 결과 혼합담체에 담지된 백금촉매가 카본블랙 단일담체에 담지된 백금촉매보다 우수한 고유활성값을 나타내었다. A Pt catalyst ($Pt/G_xC_y$) supported on the hybrid supporting materials composed of graphene oxide (GO) and carbon black (C) was fabricated using polyol method to improve the durability of electrocatalysts. The electrochemical performances measured by cyclic voltammograms using three-electrode system revealed that the properly designed $Pt/G_xC_y$ catalyst exhibited higher durability than that of Pt/C catalyst without sacrificing an electrocatalytic acivity. In the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) performed in acid solution with the rotating disk electrode, the $Pt/G_xC_y$ catalyst showed greater mass and area-specific activity than those of Pt/C catalyst.

환청 시뮬레이션 개발과 간호 대학생의 환청 시뮬레이션 교육 경험

본 연구는 간호 대학생을 대상으로 환청 시뮬레이션 교육 경험을 통한 학습내용을 파악하기 위해 시행하였다. 연구방법은 환청 시뮬레이션 교육에 참여한 간호 대학생 11명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 적용한 질적연구이다. 수집된 자료를 내용 분석방법(content analysis)으로 분석한 결과, 간호 대학생의 환청 시뮬레이션 교육의 학습내용에서 ‘증상 경험하기’, ‘공감하기’, ‘간호 인지하기’ 3개의 주제와 함께 ‘집중력 저하’, ‘불쾌감과 두려움 경험’, ‘환자의 이상행동 이해’, ‘환자의 고통 이해’, ‘안정적 환경제공’, ‘지지적 간호제공’ 6개의 범주가 도출되었다. 간호학생들은 환청시뮬레이션 교육경험을 통해 정신질환자에 대한 증상이해와 공감능력이 증진되고, 정신질환자에게 제공해야 하는 간호활동에 대한 인식이 높아져 간호역량 강화에 도움이 되었다고 보고하였다. 본 연구 결과를 기반으로 다양한 환청 시뮬레이션 사례를 개발하고 적용하여 간호대학생의 간호역량강화 효과에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요함을 제언한다. Purpose: This qualitative study aims to explore the educational experience of nursing students with the clinical simulation of hallucination. Method: Eleven nursing students participants in focus group interviews regrading their educational experiences with the clinical simulation of hallucination. Their interview data were interpreted by qualitative content analysis. A qualitative-content analysis method was conducted to derive themes from subthemes. Results: Three themes emerged from six subthemes related to students’ educational experiences of the clinical hallucination simulation were Symptoms experience , Improving empathy , and Care awareness . Conclusion: Findings support the value of this simulation as a means to promote nursing student s psychological nursing competency by developing intellectual empathy and therapeutic communication skills, and enhancing therapeutic relationships. This study provides recommendations for nursing educators to develop various simulation scenario in psychiatric-mental health nursing.

정신병동 간호사와 일반병동 간호사의 의사소통 자기효능감과 공감능력 비교연구

Purpose: This study compare counseling selfefficacy and empathy between psychiatric nurses and general ward nurses and to examine correlations between two variables. Methods: Subjects were 257 nurses125 psychiatric nurses and 132 nurses working on general wards in Seoul and Busan province. Data collected from April 25 to May 24, 2011. To analyze data, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation used. Results: ounseling self-efficacy and empathy in psychiatric nurses higher than general ward nurses. There a significant difference on counseling self-efficacy and empathy between psychiatric nurses who received communication skills and those not. There a significant difference counseling self-efficacy and empathy between general ward nurses who were married, had longer clinical experiences and received communication skills andthosenot. Also, counseling self-efficacy significantly and positively correlated with empathy. Conclusion: These results indicate that need to develop communication skills training and education programs to provide their counseling self-efficacy and empathy.
