Safety inspection activities of the facilities including the electricity, gas, building, and firefighting, etc. are individual checks by the separate law of each government department, comprehensive inspections for the specific managed facilities or during a weak season, and national safety overall diagnostics for the disaster prevention. Thus, types of the inspections are various and they have been carried out repeatedly as well as duplicately. That can make the people or institutes to take such inspections feel great burdens. Therefore, the investigation on the current situation of the individual inspection by the separate law for the electricity, gas, building, and firefighting, etc. as well as of various others by the government needs to be carried out and according to the results the repetitive and duplicated inspections should be reduced and converged to one comprehensive one. In this regard, we proposed solutions to improve the government safety inspection system, function, and role.
경량골재 로타리킬른의 운전최적화를 위한 석탄연소 및 원료입자 승온특성 해석

Bottom ash from a coal-fired power plant is currently landfilled to a , which causes a growing environmental concern and increased operating costs. One way of recycling the bottom ash is to produce light weight aggregate (LWA) using a rotary kiln. This study investigated the temperature profiles of raw LWA particles in a rotary kiln to identify the range of feasible operating conditions. The effects of air preheating and excess air ratio were analyzed using integrated simulations using a 1-dimensional model for the bed of LWA particles and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for the gas flow. The results shows that, in order to attain a peak temperature of 1100 ℃ for LWA particles, the ideal air temperature required from LWA cooling process is about 700 ℃ at an excess air ratio of 150%. If the air is independently preheated to 150 ℃, excess air should be reduced to about 50% to achieve the appropriate peak temperature.

본 연구는 초등학교 자연교과서, 중등학교 과학교과서 및 대학의 일반화학 교재에 있는 화학반응 관련개념의 연계성을 고찰하였다. 화학반응에 관한 19개의 주제를 선정하여 각 주제별로 학교 급별에 따른 선행학습과 후속학습 간의 연계정도를 준거 기준에 따라 분석하였다. 연계성 판별을 위하여 5가지 준거를 수립하여 분석한 결과 초등학교에서 중학교 과정의 연계는 양호하였다. 그러나 중학교에서 고등학교 과정의 연계는 격차의 비율이 크게 나타났으며, 고등학교에서 대학으로의 연계는 반복과 격차의 비율이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이 분석결과를 이용하여 화학반응에 대한 새로운 교과내용 구조도를 제시하였다. The contents of chemical reaction in the science textbooks, used by starting from elementary school to college level, were investigated how much closely connected with them. For this purpose, nineteen subjects of chemistry contents were selected and the articulation analysis, classified into 5 criteria, was carried out. The results indicated that the articulation from elementary school to middle school looked quite acceptable, but there was a big gap from middle school to high school and the articulation from high school to college exhibited a big overlap and gap. Finally, the flow map of chemical reaction was suggested.
스마트 건설안전기술 도입으로 인한 안전관리자의 역할 스트레스 영향 요인에 관한 연구

The purpose of this paper is to verify if safety managers must bear stress from additional tasks whenmanaging smart safety technology applications on construction sites. We conducted a survey of 133 safety managers who had experienced managing both safety management and smart safety technology applications at construction sites, and used the SPSS Statistics 25 and AMOS 22 programs to analyze the survey's logicality and the data that we collected. We found that the work burden caused by assuming additional tasks to manage smart safety technology applications affected the stress that safety managers experience when working at construction sites. The stress caused by an increased work burden led construction site safety managers to feel dissatisfied with their jobs. This finding indicates that both on the original job and on additional tasks are entirely mediated. Based on this finding, I suggest that the South Korean government should establish smart safety technology applications, thus reducing the work burden and increasing the job satisfaction for construction site safety managers.
