해저 유기퇴적물 수거를 위한 저속 쌍동형 선형개발 연구

본 연구에서는 연안의 해저면에 누적된 퇴적오염물을 효율적으로 수거할 수 있는 저속 쌍동형 정화선에 대한 선수선형의 개념설계에 대해 수행하였다. 선형설계는 선체건조가 용이하도록 단순화하였으며, 쌍동선 선형의 선수 Water line, 선수각 등의 변화에 따른 저항성능의 영향을 검토하였다. Ansys CFX를 이용한 수치시뮬레이션과 회류수조에서의 모형시험결과와의 비교/분석 등을 통하여 선수부 선형변화에 따른 저항성능과 자유표면 유동특성 사이의 관계를 고찰하였으며, 그 결과 선수재 위치와 어깨부 체적의 선수부 이동에 따른 파형개선으로 조파저항이 감소하는 등 저항성능의 향상을 확인하였다. In this study, conceptual design of the fore-body hull form of catamaran type dredging vessel was performed that can effectively remove the contaminated sediments in coastal seabed. The hull form was simpled for the easy hull construction and the resistance performance was investigated to find out the effect of hull form parameters between variation of waterline and angle of entrance, etc. The relation between resistance performance and characteristics of free surface flows according to variation of bow forms was investigated by model testing in the circulating water channel and using Ansys CFX. The improvement of ship resistance performance to the wave resistance decrease due to improved wave pattern has been verified according to move the stem and the volume of the shoulder to the fore part of the vessel.

A practical method to investigate the sharing architecture of FMS, for small and medium enterprises, on distributed heterogeneous environmental conditions is investigated. Because the industrial FMS model requires a reasonable size for actual work-site flexible operation, the initial facility expense is very heavy. The support for flexible cooperation of FMS, with some external different FMS, can reduce expenditures and provide greater functionality. While most FMS provide their operation process using an adequate mechanism, when used in isolation, such as island of automation, there is increasing demand for FMS that can cooperate. By exchanging intermediate products and information with other external FMS, products can be produced that cannot be produced alone, such as those that require various processes. This study first considers the sharing architecture of FMS for small and medium enterprises, and investigates the effects of the general sharing architecture of FMS on distributed heterogeneous environments, by using transducer approach to agentification. In this study, set-up station or in-out station takes charge of the gateway of intermediate products, and routes them among distributed heterogeneous FMS plants. The transducer approach is applied to web agent and set-up agent established interfaces, with system controller and setup controller. In this study, the FMS-established sharing architecture is able to obtain not only the internal flexibility, but also the external flexibility.

The marina port facility that need to a fixed temperature is affected by a lot of external force caused by ship wave due to frequent traffic count around the coast. These waves function as main cause that inhibits the stability of the moored sailing vessels and port facilities. In this study, Harbor and marina facilities are installed to secure sea waters and water tank tests were carried out numerical analysis. Fixed floating structures due to changes in wave height and fluid mechanical properties was evaluated. Marine environment was calculated according to the reduction of the wave. And the stationary floating structures due to changes in the shape of the wave characteristics and wave height suggests a stable shape. The relate wave stabilization was identified in the condition of Multi-body of flat panel and flat floating structure and expecially in the condition of λ/L=6.35, the wave stabilization was about 25% higher than water tank test of multi-body floating structure.

In general, free form design depends on B-spline which is used for the generating hull lines in most of shipyards. But, nowadays, the NURBS method is applied to free form modeling method, which is able to more flexible transformation than B-Spline, and then became industrial standard in the various field Therefore, this method has been considerably applied in new application fields which are required free form modelling. In this paper, the program called 2DSURF with 5 modules and developed far the generation of hull lines is described. It is examined whether the program can be applied to body lines, sheer lines, and half breadth lines.

The excessive cost of building ships causes the instability of payability, which manage poorly fishing vessels longer than 24m. As a result, an officer evades embarkation and a vicious circle is repeated. In this study, the optimal engine horsepower system for fishing vessels longer than 24m was invented to develop the most efficient engine horsepower, and also a database program for the most efficient engine horsepower has been developed based on the type of and their size.
200W 수직축 풍력발전시스템의 로터 블레이드 설계 및 해석에 관한 연구

This study is to examine the structural stability of 200W gyromill type vertical axis wind turbine(VAWT) system. Structural analysis by using commercial software ANSYS is performed to compute the displacement and strength ratio of filament wound composite blades. Evaluate the power performance through analysis and structural integrity through uni-directional FSI analysis in structure design of wind turbine blade. The results of FSI analysis show that the wind turbine reveals an enough structural safety. The maximum structural displacement occurs at trailing edge of blade and the maximum stress occurs at the strut.

오염된 퇴적물은 연안의 생태계 파괴에 근본적인 원인이 되고 있음에 따라, 선진 외국에서는 1960년대부터 이러한 문제 해결을 위한 새로울 기술개발을 진행하여 오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유기퇴적물 수거를 위한 시스템 설계 및 개발에 있어서 오탁확산에 의한 2차 오염을 방지하거나 최소화 할 수 있는 Pilot 규모 형태의 흡입식 펌프 준설 시스템을 설계 제작하였으며, 시스템의 성능시험을 통한 적용 가능성을 제시하였다. 시스템 최적화를 위하여 수치해석기법을 통한 퇴적물 수거 시스템의 형상에 대한 성능평가를 수행하고, 제작 시스템의 성능시험에 있어서는 시스템의 정지 상태와 이동 상태에서의 퇴적물 수거 성능에 대한 실험을 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 해저 유기퇴적물의 상부만을 준설할 수 있는 시스템의 개발 가능성을 확인하였다. Contaminated sediments are the actual cause for deterioration of coastal-ecosystem. So the developed countries have been in the process of making an effort to develop new techniques for monitoring and solving this problem since 1960. In this research, suction type pump dredging system of pilot size for collecting the filth from the seabed has been designed and manufactured that can prevent or minimize the secondary pollution by filth diffusion. For the practical use, the application possibility of the developed system has been checked through a system performance test. And, the evaluation of system performance according to the underwater body type has been carried out for system optimization by using CFD. The performance tests for checking the efficiency of sediment collecting system are done under two conditions i.e. when the system is non-operational and when the system is self-propelled. The results of this research showed the possibility of the development of dredging system to remove just the upper parts of filth from seabed.
