Variation in the isoenzyme patterns of lactic dehydrogenase in the tissue of cervical cancer under radiation therapy was studied on 23 cases and following results were obtained 1) The LDH isoenzyme patterns were classified into 3 groups. The group A (13 cases (56.5 %) showed a decline in the order of LDH I , II , III , Vl and LDH V, the group B (7cases (30.4%) had its peak in LDH II and the group C (3 cases (13. 0 %) in LDH III. 2) Marked variation in the isoenzyme pattern under the radiation therapy was only in the group A. LDH I showed a decline along with the radiation dosage, on contrary LDH III and LDH IV increased. And M/H ratio LDH I /LDH II ratio and LDH I / LDH ratio also showed a decline in parallel with the above variation, shifting over to the Hybrid type from M type. In the group B and C little variation was observed.

In this paper, A ultra wideband antenna with electromagnetically coupled feeding is presented. The designed antenna is composed of Bow-tie patch with parasitic patch ground of a semicircular shape. The measured bandwidth of the designed antenna is from 2.5GHz to 8.3GHz for -10dB return loss (VSWR < 2). This antenna shows a similar radiation pattern of monopole and maximum gain better than ideal dipole throughout the operating frequency band.
