        목과 몸통 안정화 운동이 노인의 몸통근 수축 개시 시간에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the effects of neck and trunk stabilization exercise on the onset time of trunk muscle contraction in the elderly. Methods: Elderly subjects were divided into 2 groups: a neck and trunk stabilization exercise group (NTSG) and a control group (CG). The NTSG performed both neck and trunk stabilization exercises and the CG performed gait training on a treadmill, at 30 min per session, 3 times per week, over 8 weeks. Surface electromyography was employed to measure the onset times of trunk muscle contractions in the right anterior deltoid, rectus abdominis, external oblique abdominis, internal oblique abdominis, and erector spinae muscles. Results: The NTSG subjects showed earlier and statistically significant onset of contraction in trunk muscles as compared to the CG. Conclusion: The combination of neck and trunk stabilization exercises may more effectively improve the onset of muscle contractions in the elderly than other types of exercise. The present study’s findings may be used as basic data for the development of exercise programs suitable to the elderly, specifically for the design of home exercise programs.

        TV 드라마 프로덕션디자인에서 공간에 의한 인물의 시각화에 대한 연구

        (연구배경 및 목적) 현대사회에서는 다양한 매체와 기술이 발달하였으며 사회 전반에 걸쳐 디자인의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이에 따라 일반 시청자들은 기존보다 더 풍부하면서 현실감 있는 TV영상을 원한다. 그러기 위해 TV 드라마를 제작함에 있어 극을 구성하는 공간에 인물을 시각화하여 시청자로 하여금 극의 설득력을 높이고자한다. (연구범위) 본 연구는 TV 드라마 프로덕션 디자인에 대한 이론적 고찰과 TV 영상 텍스트의 특성을 통하여 TV 드라마 속 공간에 인물의 특성을 시각화 하는 방법에 대한 것이다. 이를 증명하기 위해 최근 5년간 공중파에서 방영된 드라마중 동시대를 배경으로 하고 주요인물의 특성이 잘 표현된 3가지의 작품을 선정하여 분석하도록 한다. (결과) TV 드라마 프로덕션디자인은 극의 전체적인 콘셉트를 설정하고 통일성을 유지하여 공간에 인물 특성을 반영한다. 또한 TV 영상 텍스트와 TV 드라마 프로덕션디자인의 공통적 특징이 인물특성을 공간에 시각화시키는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 시각화를 이용한 공간연출을 바탕으로 차별화된 극 공간 구성을 통하여 시청자와의 커뮤니케이션의 증대와 대중문화의 고급화를 이루는 데 기여하고자 한다. (Background and Purpose) In modern society, as technology and various media have developed, the importance of design has also increased. For example, a mass audience wants to view television(TV) images that are diverse and which provide a sense of reality. To produce a TV drama series, therefore, we should visualize variations in spatial features to promote the main character. (Research) This research is regarding the main character`s visualization on the space in TV drama series through theological study on TV drama production design and feature of TV picture text. We selected three drama series that were broadcast via public TV channels within the past five years. Specifically, we identified that the overall background of each series and the characteristics of the main characters should be portrayed as contemporary. (Result) We found that production design for a television drama should highlight the main character`s features; thus, the setting and spatial orientation should present the total concept coherently. The text should correspond to the main character`s features as well. Results of this study indicate that a focusing on spatial direction and visualization can improve communications with the viewer and advance cultural trends.

        공간디자인에 적용 가능한 영화 구성요소에 관한 연구

        (연구배경 및 목적) 영화는 발생 초기부터 표현의 측면에서 건축으로부터 많은 영향을 받았고, 많은 공통점을 갖고 있다. 이러한 점은 이제 건축뿐만 아니라 타 예술 분야에서도 나타난다. 실내 공간 또한 영화와 여러 면에서 공통점을 찾을 수 있지만, 이러한 연구는 아직까지 미흡하다. 그러므로 본 연구는 공간과 영화에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통하여 상호 관계성을 분석하고 영화의 구성요소를 실재 공간에서 찾아내는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히, 영화에서 들뢰즈의 ‘운동-이미지’이론을 중심으로 한다. (연구범위) 본 연구에서의 공간은 실내 공간으로 한정하도록 한다. 또한 사례로서 제시된 영화는 그 배경이 되는 공간을 앞의 이론을 바탕으로 분석하도록 한다. 영화는 편집 기법과 같은 표현을 중심으로 한 것, 그리고 영화 속에서 실재 공간과 가상공간이 공존하는 것으로 선정한다. (결과) 이러한 과정을 통한 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공간과 영화의 상호 관계성을 찾아볼 수 있다. 둘째, 영화와 공간 두 분야 모두 시각적 지각에 의한 것이다. 셋째, 영화에서의 간접 체험, 공간에서의 직접 체험을 통해 체험자와 상호작용을 하게 된다. 넷째, 영화 구성요소를 이용하여 다양한 공간 이미지를 표현할 수 있고, 이것은 실재 공간으로의 적용의 가능성을 입증한 것이다. (Background and Purpose) As with architecture, interior design has been heavily influenced by films in this study, we aim to analyze the interrelationship and theoretical considerations generated by film in interior space. In particular, the theory of Deleuze in the film ``Image-Movement,`` will be discussed in order to analyze interior space. (Research) The film was selected because of its juxtaposition of virtual space and real space, and we will focus on expression and, techniques of editing in the film. (Result) The results are as follows. First, the space depicted and the film have mutual relationships. Second, both the film and space are based on visual representation. Third, interaction would happen through indirect experience in the film and direct experience in real space. Fourth, the film component can be expressed by the various space images, and the possibility of applying real space is proved.

        Effects of Neck and Trunk Stabilization Exercise on Balance in Older Adults

        Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of neck and trunk stabilization exercise on static and dynamic balance in older adults. Methods: A total of 30 older adults participated in this study. Participants were randomly assigned to the neck and trunk stabilization exercise group (NTSG) (n=15) or the trunk stabilization exercise group (TSG) (n=15). The NTSG performed a trunk stabilization exercise added to a neck stabilization exercise that included biofeedback. Both groups received training for 30 minutes per day three times per week for eight weeks. The anterior, posterior limit of stability and sway length was used to measure static balance ability, while the timed up and go (TUG) test was used to measure dynamic balance ability. Results: Participants showed significant differences in sway length, anterior limit of stability, posterior limit of stability, and the results of the TUG test between their pre- and post mediation evaluations (p<0.05). The NTSG showed a more significant increase than the TSG (p<0.05). Conclusion: According to the results of this study, both exercises effectively improved static and dynamic balance ability. However, the neck and trunk stabilization exercise is more efficient for increasing the balance ability of older adults.

        과제지향적 상지 운동과 가상현실 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 기능과 균형, 우울감에 미치는 영향 비교

        PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of task-oriented training and virtual reality training on upper extremity function, balance ability, depression in stroke patients. METHODS: Forty stroke patients were randomly allocated into a task oriented training group (TTG, n = 20), a virtual reality training group (VRG, n = 20). Both groups received the usual physical therapy. In addition, TTG patients underwent task training such as sweeping the table, cup stacking, carrying wood block. VRG patients underwent virtual reality training using X-box kinect. Both groups received 30 minutes of training per day, five times per week, for twelve weeks. RESULTS: After intervention, both groups showed significant improvement on upper extremity function, balance ability, and depression. VRG showed more improvement on upper extremity function, balance ability, and depression than TTG. CONCLUSION: According to the results of this study, task-oriented training and virtual reality training are feasible and suitable for stroke patients. And virtual reality training is more effective method than task oriented training.

        밸런스 패드와 모래에서의 균형운동이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of balance training on balance pad and sand on balance and gait ability in stroke patients. METHODS: Sixty stroke patients were divided into a Balance Pad group(BPG, N = 20), a Sand group (SG, N = 20) and a Hard Ground group (HGG, N = 20) randomly. The subjects in the Hard Ground group stood in a comfortable position, faced a therapist, then threw a Swiss ball back and forth. They then performed balance training in which they raised and lowered their ankles while facing forward or moved objects from one table to another. The BPG performed same tasks in HGG, on an unstable surface using a balance pad. The SG performed same tasks on sand ground. All groups received training 30min per day, five times per week, for eight weeks. RESULTS: After intervention, all groups showed significant increases balance and gait components. And the BPG and the SG showed significant increase in weight distribution rate, Sway length and BBS compared with the HGG, but there was no significant difference in Cadence, Stride length among three groups. CONCLUSION: According to the results of this study, balance training on unstable surface using balance pad and sand was more effective in improving balance in stroke patients.
