2.4.5 Trichlorophenoxyethylene pyridinium bromide의 殺菌作用에 關한 硏究

We observed bacteriostatic action of 2.4.5-tric hlorophenoxyetlhylene pyridinium bromide for Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, Salmonella typhi, Shigella flexneri; and Bacillus subtilus by the agar plate applying the method of Jackson and Finland and it was compared with the bacteriostatic action of phenol and trichlorophenol. The following results were obtained, 1)Phenol:Phenol inhibited the growth of bacteria mentioned above at the concentration of 10^-3. 2)2.4.5 trichlorophenol(2.4.5TCP) inhibited the gowth of those bacteria mentioned above at the concentration of 10^-4 and 10^-5 but at the concentration of 2×10 exp(-5) the bocteriostaic action showed very weak and not completely. 3)2.4.5-trichlorophenoxylene pyridinium bromide inhibited the growth of Stapylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhi and Shiglla flexneri at the concentration of 5×10 exp(-10) but showed very weak bacteriostatic action for E coli and Bacillus subtilus with the same concentration.

Athor had presented the first report on the general pharmacological actions and the marked hypotensive action of TCPB. This present study was carried out to observe the autonomic ganglionic blocking action and to determine the mechanism of the hypotensive action of TCPB. Reaults were as follows: 1)The marked hypotensive action was observed in the rabbit with 0.5-1.0 ㎎/㎏ of TCPB. 2)The Contractile response of the nictating membrane, was inhibited with 5㎎/㎏. in the cat 3)1.0㎎/㎏ of TCPB did not block the hypertensive effect obtained by the intravenous injection of 0.05㎎/㎏ of Noradrenaline. 4)TCPB antagonized the hypertensive effect of the ephedrine. 5)TCPB revealed the hypotensive action after the vagotomy in the rabbit. 6)When the hypotension developed with 10㎎/㎏ of TCPB, the stimulation of vagus nerve did not reveal the hypotensive response. 7)The hypotensive action of TCPB appeared after the premedication with the atropine in the rabbit. 8)When the hypotension developed c TCPB, hypertensive response was not appeared even with the occlusion of the carotid artery. 9)TCPB inhibited the hypertensive response of the nicotine. 10)Chlorophenamine did not inhibit the hypotensive action of TCPB. 11)These effects mentioned were seemed due to the autonomic ganglionic blocking action.

The purpose of this study is to observe the education process of physical education department through an analysis on the education processes of physical education departments in college. The expert group, who are panel that has very important role in this study as answering poll, are four professors majoring in physical education. four PHD researchers majoring in physical education department in college. Following are the conclusions from the verifying the results. First, it analysed the education process of the physical education department. Second, the factors that were mentioned above by experts which are discipline-centered curriculum, leader-centered curriculum, field-centered curriculum, deepen education, outdoor education, rhythm education, physical education were evaluated as structurely suitable. Third, the education process of physical education that were mentioned above by experts which are basics education, theory of sport field leader, practice of sport field leader, season sport, health and fitness were evaluated as structurely suitable.
