본 논문은 최적조절기, 최적추적제어, 최단시간제어 및 힘상쇄 관측기이론 등을 이용하여 탄성계 진동을 능동적으로 제어하기 위한 제어기 개발에 관한 연구로 탄성계의 모달해석방법을 통하여 작동기의 설치위치, 가중치의 선정 등 각종 파과미터가 제어기의 제어성능에 미치는 영향에 대하여 검토하였다. The feedback controllers for the active vibration control of elastic systems are developed using optimal regulator, optimal tracking, time optimal and noise observer algorithms. Using the modal analysis of the elastic systems, the effects of the actuator positions, the input weighting factor and the magnitude of the constraint of the actuator force are investigated.
능동제어식 현가계의 유압 구동장치에 대한 단순화 모델 유도

This work is concerned with the deduction of the simplified hyduaulic actuator system in the low-band type active control suspension system. From the simulation of the hydraulic actuator system, the 10^th order hydraulic model is derived. The 10^th order model is simplified to the 2^nd order one by considering. the 1st time delay constant in the accumulator and regarding the dynamics of the spool in electric proportional pressure control valve as the 1st order system. The simplified 2^nd order model of hydraulic system is verified by comparing the simulation result of the simplified model with the. 10th order's. And the low-band type active suspension car model is build up by combining of the quarter car and the simplified 2^nd order hydraulic actuator model. Sky hook control scheme is applied to this model. From the experiment results of suspension characteristcs in quarter car test rig, it is shown that the simplified 2^nd order actuator model is a reasonable one for describing the dynamics of real hydraulic system in the low-band type active suspension system.<br/>

In this work, we propose a new type of HDD LoadJUnload (L/UL) suspension featuring shape memory alloy (SMA). The mechanical and thermal properties of the SMA film with respect to the material phase states are experimentally estimated and the SMA film is carefully integrated to the suspension. In order to obtain the desirable dynamic characteristics of the suspension during L/UL process, the design parameters of the SMA film such as geometric properties are determined by considering the vibration modes of the suspension related to the L/UL performance. After analyzing the modal characteristics of the proposed suspension, L/UL performance is evaluated through L/UL simulation by observing the vibration motion and minimum flying height of the slider during L/UL process.

일반적으로 연료전지 제어의 주목표는 연료와 공기의 반응이 원활하게 이루어져 출력을 연속적이고 안정되게 얻어지도록 공정설비를 제어함에 있다 연료전지의 과부하에 따른 성능저하 및 급격한 유량증가에 따른 양극간의 압력차로 인한 전극손상이 발생하지 않도록 하기 위해, 연료전지의 제어조건을 고려한 동적모델링이 필요하다. 전극간 압력차이를 허용범위 이하로 유지하며 급격한 부하요구가 발생하더라도 부하에 적합한 이용율 이상으로 부하가 걸리지 않도록 공기이용률 제어를 이용하였다. 10kW고분자 연료전지(PEMFC)의 전산모사를 통해 모델의 타당성을 검토하였고 제어성능을 수행하여 1초 내의 부하추종성능을 얻을 수 있었으며, 0.01atm내의 양극간 압력차를 유지시킬 수 있었다. A mathematical dynamic model of fuel cell was formulated in order to design the control system which will meet the control object. The control objective is set to regulate the airflow in the load change by utilization of airflow and the pressure difference between anode and cathode is maintained below a limit range. Simulation result of 10kW polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) clearly demonstrates that response time need to be less. than 1 seconds for the control requirements. Besides, pressure difference was allowed in pressure range less than 0.01 atm.
