Vehicle manufacturers are demanding a high quality and performance. In particular, the level and demand of NVH is increasing. Refrigerant flow noise from evaporator inside HVAC is one of the most important part of passenger’s comfort and feeling. It is occurs in various forms under various conditions. But most of them occur under Air Conditioner start or overload conditions. So, refrigerant flow noise have a general bandwidth spectrum, 2~10KHz. Contrary to general noise, abnormal flow noise has a peak frequency. In this study, various test and theoretical approach is adopted for solving the abnormal refrigerant flow noise. Based on the Strouhal Number theory and experimental results, It was found joint of between evaporator and pipe is the major factor for generating the Noise.

Air flow rate difference has always been an issue for a long time. Especially the difference taken placed when the season changes was a big issue. Because anyone could not guarantee the current air flow test method, we had to find out the effectiveness of the room test condition. First the temperature and humidity issue have been raised. First, with controlling the environmental condition, effectiveness of temperature and relative humidity had been checked. Second validity of standard cubic meter per hour method issue has also been raised. Originally standard air flow rate concept was introduced in order to minimize the environmental or regional change. However the validation test of standard air flow rate method itself has not been conducted. So in this article, the validation of effectiveness of environmental condition change and validity of standard air flow rate has been conducted and finally proposed the test method to maximize the reliability of air flow rate test.
차량용 공조장치 팬의 BPT소음과 스크롤 케이스와의 연관성에 대한 실험적 연구

This paper is the experimental study that present the relation BPT(Blade Passing frequency of Tonality) noise with scroll of Blower unit of HVAC system. Also we found primary position noise of BPT which be affected by the air flow of wheel or fan. Main effected position during wheel operation is identified by bottom of blade even though changing of wheel design and shape and expansion starting point of scroll case. According to this study could be easily approached and improved obviously BPT noise by optimal design of scroll case of HVAC system.
실차에서의 샤크 핀 안테나와 노이즈 소스 간 전자기 노이즈 커플링 레벨에 대한 Full-Wave EM 시뮬레이션

This study uses Full-Wave EM simulation to determine the noise level coupled between a blower motor mounted on a vehicle and a shark fin antenna. We build a model of the shark fin antenna and match impedance to change the receive frequency band from FM band to AM band. This shark fin antenna model is mounted on the roof of a vehicle model as it is mounted on a real vehicle. Small dipole and loop antennas are also modelled as source antennas to describe a blower motor noise source and mounted on the same place at which a real blower motor is. As a result, the S-parameter between the two antenna ports which shows the electromagnetic noise coupling is derived .

DAVIC 환경에서의 인터넷 Full 액세스 방식 설계 및 구현

본 논문은 DAVIC환경에서의 공중망 멀티미디어 서비스 이용자들이 인터넷 서비스를 액세스 하는 방식을 제안한다. 현재의 DAVIC 규격에서 제안된 Client 방식의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 Full 액세스 방식을 제안하고 이 방식의 구조와 기능 앤터티들 그리고 프로토콜 구조 및 서비스 시나리오와 서비스 구현에 관하여 기술하였다. Full 액세스 방식을 가능하게 하기 위해 인터넷 DNS를 개조한 DAVIC DNS를 제안하였고 이를 이용하여 IP 주소를 동적으로 할당하는 방식을 구현하였다. 따라서 인터넷 사용자로부터 DAVIC 인터넷 사용자가 고립되어 보이는 문제를 해결하였고 DAVIC 사용자들은 검색형 서비스뿐만 아니라 대화형 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며 인터넷 사용자나 DAVIC 인터넷 사용자 누구라도 먼저 서비스를 개시할 수 있다. 그리고 STU에게 최소한의 기능만을 부여하여 사용자들에게 부담을 주지 않도록 설계하였고 현재 인터넷을 수정하지 않도록 하였다. This paper proposes a method to access Internet for DAVIC users in DAVIC environment. To solve the problems of Client method in DAVIC, this paper suggests the Full access method and describes its architecture, functional entities, service scenarios, and protocol structure. This paper suggests the DAVIC DNS With dynamic IP assignment for the Full access to Internet. Therefore, the restriction of the Internet access methods in the DAVIC specification, in which DAVIC Internet users are not reachable from Internet user, has been removed and DAVIC user can use conversational Internet services as well as retrieval services. Also it is possible for DA VIC user or Internet user to initiate Internet service. This service requires STUs to have the minimum additional function and no changes in the existing Internet services.
