항공 우주 해상 : 시뮬레이터를 이용한 태안비행장 Curved Approach에 대한 고찰

현재 사용 중인 계기착륙장치(ILS)는 시스템 특성상 동시에 다수의 입항하는 항공기가 사용하기 어렵고, 활주로 방향별로 장비들이 설치되어야 한다. 또한 착륙하는 항공기들이 일정한 구역에서 단일 비행경로만으로 착륙절차가 구성되어야 한다는 한계점이 있다. 이에 항공 교통량이 증가하게 된다면 입항하는 항공기들의 체공 시간이 더욱 증가하게 될 것이다. 이러한 한계점을 보완하기 위해 GNSS를 이용한 착륙시설로 GBAS가 개발 되었다. 본 논문에서는 비행시험 전 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 태안 비행장에서 실제 사용 하고 있는 항공기 착륙절차와 Curved approach를 이용한 절차를 비교 하였다. 비교 결과 Curved approach 절차를 이용하게 되면 기존절차보다 비행시간이 감소되어 연료 및 소음공역회피 등과 같은 효과가 일어 날 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Current ILS is difficult for the many aircraft to access to the system at the same time because of it`s system. And the equipments should be installed at the direction of every runway. Also, There is limitation that landing procedures must be have of only ILS single course when the aircraft land on the ground. hereupon, The more air traffic exist, the longer delay time of flight be. GBAS using the GNSS has been developed to overcome those limitations. Before flight test in Teean airport, this paper compares the taean approach procedure and curved approach procedure by using the simulator. Comparison study shows that curved approach procedure takes less flight time, low fuel consumpsion and make it possible to avoid noise airspace more than original procedure.

최근 공항교통량의 증가로 기존 ILS를 대체 할 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지형적 요건이나 공역 등의 문제로 ILS접근절차 수립이 어려운 공항에 GPS장비를 이용한 곡선접근을 적용하였고, 비행시험을 통하여 이를 검증하였다. 한서대학교 태안비행장에 가상 ILS접근 절차를 수립하여 환경 분석 시행 후, GPS를 사용한 곡선접근을 적용하여 비행시험을 토대로 공항 적용 가능성을 평가하였다. 일반적으로 전자지도를 이용하여 절차를 수립 후에 시뮬레이션을 진행하지만, 최근 추세는 전자지도의 정확도와 신뢰도의 상승으로 시뮬레이션 없이 비행시험을 통한 검증으로 수행되는 경향이다. 본 논문에서는 수립된 절차가 비행시험을 통해 검증 및 수정이 이루어졌고 조종사 조종 시험과 자동 조종 시험을 진행하여 조종성 및 승객 안정성 등을 확인하였다. Recently a system is being required to replace ILS due to increasing air traffic. In this paper, Curved approach is applied to an airport where ILS approach cannot be applied due to its geographical condition and restricted aerospace condition, and verified by flight test. After analysing conditions of Tae-an airfield of Hanseo University with virtual ILS approach, airfield applicability was evaluated by Curved approach using by GPS. Normally simulation is performed after establishing approach procedure using electric map, but recently verification is being performed by flight test without simulation because accuracy and reliability are increased. In this paper, established procedure is verified modified by flight test with Pilot Test and Auto Pilot test and controllability and passenger``s stability were also checked.

최근 교통안전공단의 집계에 따르면 군 제대자들을 포함한 비행경력이 풍부한 많은 수의 항공종사자 (조종사)응시자들이 조종사의 기본면허인 자가용조종사, 사업용조종사, 운송용조종사 및 계기비행 한정증명등 항공종사자 자격증명 취득을 목적으로 외국으로의 유학을 한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이들 유학생들을 대상으로 그들이 국내에서 자격증명 취득을 할 수 있는 충분한 비행시간을 갖고 있음에도 불구하고 자격증명시험제도를 외면한 채 외국으로의 유학을 결심한 이유를 조사하고, 만약 그 이유가 제도적인 문제점이라면 이의 타당성을 국제민간항공기구 부속서1의 권고 방식과, 미연방항공법 및 제도, 우리나라의 제도를 상호 비교 분석 검증하고, 이에 해결방법을 위한 자료로서 시험과목에 따르는 세부지침서를 제공하는데 역점을 두었다. According to the report of Korea Transportation Safety Authority, a number of applicants for pilot certificate, who have enough fight time as much as apply to that test, have had studying abroad to other countries for getting certificate. So I will survey why they have studying abroad without trying test in our country and research that the reason is reasonable comparing with annex 1 of ICAO, Federal Aviation Regulation and Aviation Law of Korea concerning with examination system for pilot. Finally this study is focused on providing for guidance materials to airman for the purpose of the improvement of the examination system for pilot certificate.
