충남 (忠南) 및 강원지역 (江原地域) 목장용수의 (牧場用水) 위생세균의 춘하절 변화

In order to investigate the microbiological conditions of farm waters, we examined the heterotrophic plate count, coliforms, fecal E. coli, psychrophilic bacteria, heat-resistant bacteria, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, enterococcus and staphylococcus in 58 farms of Chungcheongnam and Kangwon Province. The results were as follows: Out of 58 farm waters(Chungnam 29 samples and Kangwon 29 samples), the average number of psychrophilic bacteria in spring was 10^(1.407)±10^(0.196)CFU/ml, heterotrophic plate count(HPC) 10^(1.349)±10^(0.160)CFU/ml, p. aeruginosa 10^(0.339)±10^(0.109)CFU/100ml, coliform 10^(0.350)±10^(0.095)CFU/ml, fecal F. coli 10^(0.081)±10^(0.046)0F7/100ml, heat-resistant bacteria 10^(0.885)±10^(0.086)CFU/ml, enterococcus 10^(0.022)±10^(0.022)CFU/100ml and staphylococcus 10^(0.163)±10^(0.069)CFU/ml respectively, but the average number of psychrophilic bacteria in summer was 10^(1.782)±10^(0.159)CFU/ml, heterotrophic plate count 10^(2.132)±10^(0.142)CFU/ml, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 10^(0.764)±10^(0.158)CFU/100ml, coliform 10^(0.966)±10^(0.126)CFU/ml, fecal E. coli 10^(0.602)±10^(0.138)CFU/100ml, heat-resistant bacteria 10^(0.973)±10^(0.108)CFU/ml, enterococcus 10^(0.347)r±10^(0.084)CFU/100ml and staphylococcus 10^(0.667)±10^(0.116)CFU/ml respectively. There were the high significantly seasonal differences in heterotrophic plate count, coliform, fecal E. coli, enterococcus, P. aeruginosa and staphylococcus but not psychrophilic bacteria and heat-resistant bacteria. Especially in the farm waters of Kangwon Province, there were the significant seasonal difference in enterococcus, coliform and staphylococcus, but not in heterotrophic plate count, psychrophilic bacteria, fecal E. coli, heat-resistant bacteria and P. aeruginosa.
