Recently, physical examinations have become an important strategy to reduce costs for individuals and society. Pre-physical counseling is important for an effective physical examination. However, incomplete counseling is being conducted because the demand for physical examinations is not predicted. Therefore, in this study, the demand for physical examination was predicted using text mining and stepwise regression. As a result of the analysis, the most recent text data showed a high explanatory power of the demand for physical examination. Also, large amounts of data have high explanatory power. In addition, it was found that the high frequency of the text "health food" reduces the number of health examination customers. And the higher the frequency of the text of the word "food", the lower the number of physical examination customers. However, when the word "wild ginseng" was exposed a lot on Twitter, the number of physical examination customers visiting hospitals increased. In other words, customers consume efficiently by comparing the health examination price with the price of consumer goods. The proposed research framework can help predict demand in other industries.

1970년대 미국에서 등장한 지원고용(supported employment) 모델은 장애인 중에서도 고용여건이 매우 취약한 중증장애인의 고용확대와 사회통합을 이끄는 중요한 프로그램으로 인식되고 있다 지원고용의 본래 취지는 전통적인 보호작업장 중심의 직업서비스를 개혁하고자 한 것으로서 선배치, 후훈련 모델, 고용 후 지속적인 지원 제공, 통합작업환경, 적합한 급료의 제공 등 네 가지의 핵심적인 특징을 가지고 있다. 심층면접 조사결과와 설문조사결과 앞으로 지원고용사업이 좀 더 발전하기 위해서는 지원고용에서 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있는 직무지도원이 역할이 매우 중요하다. 이를 위해 직무지도원의 교육을 강화하고 관리할 수 있는 지원책이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 또한, 지원고용사업의 원활한 운영을 위해서 사업을 위탁 운영하고 있는 위탁기관에 지원고용 사업을 수행할 수 있는 전문인력지원을 늘려야 한다. 한편 과거에서부터 현재까지도 지원고용 훈련생의 수당 적정성 문제는 계속해서 제기되고 있다. 지원고용이 사업체에 선배치되어 훈련 수료이후 해당 사업체에 취업될 가능성이 높고 취업을 전제로 훈련을 진행한다는 점을 고려하여 지원고용 수당 현실화가 필요하다. 지원고용사업이 앞으로 중증장애인의 핵심 고용제도로 자리 잡기 위해서는 앞서 언급된 요인들을 필수로 해결해야 한다. 연구결과로 나타난 결과를 토대로 지원고용사업의 개선점을 언급하고 이 사업의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. In-depth interview and survey results In order for the supported employment business to develop further in the future, the role of job advisors, who play an important role in supported employment, is very important. To this end, support measures to strengthen and manage the training of job instructors should be prepared. In addition, for the smooth operation of the supported employment project, professional manpower support that can carry out the supported employment project should be increased to the consignment agency that is consigning the project. Meanwhile, from the past to the present, the issue of the adequacy of allowances for trainees in supported employment continues to be raised. It is necessary to realize the support employment allowance considering that the support employment is pre-assigned to the business, so there is a high possibility of employment at the business after completion of the training, and the training is conducted on the premise of employment. In order for the supported employment project to become a core employment system for the severely disabled in the future, the aforementioned factors must be addressed. Based on the results of the research, improvement points of the supported employment project were mentioned and plans for revitalization of the project were presented.
