        Effect of Phosphate Solubilizing Fungi on P Uptake and Growth of Tabacco in Rock Phosphate Applied Soil

        The effect of phosphate solubilizing microbes (PSM) on plant P uptake and growth in rock phosphate applied soil was tested under a greenhouse condition. Tobacco plants were grown in nonsterilized soil inoculated with Penicillium oxalicum CBPS-3F-Tsa with or without rock phosphate application as P fertilizer. Phosphorus concentration in tobacco plants was increased by the application of rock phosphate, while inoculation of soil with fungi further significantly increased P concentration in tobacco plants compared with the noninoculated treatments. Phosphorus uptake by tobacco plants was also increased by the application of rock phosphate and PSM inoculation, and the significant comparison has been made with single rock phosphate treatment. Growth of tobacco plant was also significantly increased in the treatments receiving rock phosphate, while the combined application of rock phosphate and PSM further increased plant growth. It was concluded that the positive effect of PSM inoculation on plant growth was closely related in plant P content and uptake. These results suggest that Penicillium oxalicum CBPS-3F-Tsa could solubilize insoluble soil phosphates and rock phosphate which can promote growth and P uptake of tobacco plants. 인광석을 처리한 토양에서 인산 가용화균 Penicillium oxalicum CBPS-3F-Tsa이 식물의 인산 흡수와 생육에 미치는 효과를 온실조건에서 조사하였다. 인광석을 처리한 토양에서 담배 식물체중의 인산 농도는 증가하였으며, 인산 가용화균을 접종한 경우에는 인산 농도가 더욱 증가하였다. 식물체의 총 인산 흡수량도 인산 가용화균을 접종한 경우 증가하였다. 담배 식물의 생육 또한 인광석과 인산 가용화균을 동시에 처리한 경우 인광석만 처리한 경우에 비하여 통계적으로 유의성 있게 증가하였는데, 이러한 인산 가용화균의 생육 촉진 효과는 인산 흡수에 미치는 영향과 밀접한 관계를 보였다. 따라서 인산 가용화균과 인광석 처리에서 나타난 식물의 인산 흡수량 및 생육 증대 효과는 결국 접종한 인산 가용화균에 의한 난용성 인광석의 가용화에 따른 결과로 판단된다.

        “중앙집권화 된 행정부”와 한반도의 분단

        해방 전후 미국의 대한 정책의 핵심은 미국, 영국, 중국, 소련을 중심으로 하는 신탁통치였다. 이런 신탁통치는 한반도의 분열을 가져 올 수 있다. 그래서 미국은 미국이 주도하는 “중앙집권적인 행정부”를 설립해서 이 문제를 해결하고자 하였다. 미국이 이런 정책을 고려한 것은 한반도 전체에 미국의 영향력을 유지하기 위함과 한반도가 하나의 정치적, 문화적, 경제적 공동체라는 것을 고려했기 때문이다. 비록 한반도에 여러 국가의 군대가 진주하지만 미국은 이런 정책을 통해서 하나의 독립된 국가를 만들 수 있다고 생각했다. 소련은 한반도에 하나의 중앙정부를 갖기 보다는 북한에 친소적인 정부를 만들기를 원했고, 결국 이런 소련의 정책은 미국의 요청을 거부하도록 만들었다. 소련은 미소 간에 확정된 38선을 통하여 우선 북한에 친소정부를 만들려고 했다. 해방 이후 하지는 미국무성으로부터 소련과 협력하여 하나의 중앙집권적인 행정부를 만들라는 명령을 받았지만 소련군 사령관 치스차코프는 본국으로부터 여기에 대한 지시를 받은바 없다는 이유로 미국과의 대화를 거부해 버렸다. 그 후 이 문제는 한반도에 있는 미소 양군 사령관의 문제가 아니라 미소 양국 정부의 문제로 이관되었다. 미국은 38선의 획정에도 불구하고, 이것이 한반도의 분할로 이어지지 않도록 노력했지만 소련의 거부로 실패하고 말았다. 한반도에 38선을 소련에 제안한 것은 미국이지만 38선을 이용해서 북한에 친소정부를 만들고, 분단을 고착화시킨 것은 소련이다. Both before and after liberation (1945), the central policy of the USA toward Korea was a trusteeship made up of four nations: the United States, Britain, China, and the Soviet Union. This trusteeship could lead potentially toward the division of the Korean peninsula, so the United States attempted to solve this problem by establishing and leading a "centralized administration." The USA was considering such a policy as a means of spreading American influence throughout the entire Korean peninsula, viewing it as a whole community, politically, culturally, and economically. Even though there might be military forces from various nations on the peninsula, the US still thought it possible to create an independent nation through implementing their policies. Rather than follow this principle, the Soviet Union desired to set up the single government for North Korea as a pro-Soviet nation, rejecting the USA"s request. After liberation the US State Department ordered John R. Hodge, US Commander in Korea to cooperate with the Soviet Union and attempt to make a single, centralized administration, but in the end the Soviet Commander Chistyakov refused to talk with the US because Stalin had not ordered him to do so. Until the present, this issue has been related to the problem of establishing separate governments, and not as a problem of having separate military commanders. In spite of the separation along the 38th parallel, the US tried not to actually divide the Korean peninsula, but its attempt failed when the Soviet Union rejected its plan. Although it was the US that proposed the 38th parallel separation, it was the Soviet Union that used the dividing line to establish a Soviet-allied government in North Korea, thus making the actual division.

        훈련프로그램에 따른 태권도 스텝 후 돌려차기 동작의 운동역학적 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the spin kick moves in Taekwondo and provide necessary information to the university athletes in correcting their moves. It is also a goal of this study to quantify the forms of the kicks in training to maximize the efficiency. Four national varsity players of Taekwondo and four beginners with no award histories from K Univ. were given 6 weeks of training and motor mechanic analysis have been performed with the spin kicks. The conclusions of this study are as follows. 1. The total elapsed time of performing a spin kick move in each group differed significantly. The beginner group's elapsed time for a spin kick was an average of 0.415±0.158, while the national varsity group's spin kick took only 0.283±0.044. Therefore, the national varsity group turned out to show much more speed in spin kicks. Also, the procedures within individual moves of the varsity group appeared to shorten the entire elapsed time of a move compared to those of the beginner group. 2. In performing Step-and-Spin kicks, the two groups showed significant differences in the angles of joints such as the coxa, knee, and ankle. In case of the beginners, they failed to reduce the angle of the coxa joints, and the knee joint were not fully stretched out in the associated movement of Step-and-Spin kicks. Also at the impact, the dorsification of the ankle joint denied that accurate hits on the desired positions. But, as the training went on, the beginners showed improvements in narrowing down the angles. 3. The angular velocity of the coxa joints in both groups while performing a Step-and-Spin kick move, the angular velocities of each joint turned out to be rather higher. Such an outcome with the beginner group might be due to the lack of practices and thereby failure in controlling effective distances while associating each phase of the Step-and-Spin kick. 4. The surface recoil of the beginner group appeared to increase in its value as the training progressed in comparison with the national varsity group. Such a result was found to allow bigger motions when stamping, adding to the force directed upward from the ground. It can contribute to make faster and wider expansion angle movement. 5. In this study, while the Step phase in a Step-and-Spin kick is a precedent but a very important movement before the spin kick is performed, the beginners were found to fail in utilizing this phase efficiently due to lack of techniques.

        태권도 우수 선수와 비 우수선수 간의 최대산소섭취량, 체지방율, 등속성 근력의 비교 연구

        Aimed at predicting leg muscular power and aerobic power formed centering around the physical composition and knee joints and maximum oxygen take-in of Taekwondo athletes, and the possibility of kinetic damage frequently occurring among Taekwondo athletes, and providing the basic data of training for Taekwondo skill improvement. Subjects composed of male applicants of Taekwondo athletes in K university located in Y region, Choongnam(group1-20persons) and physically strong male applicants (group2 -20persons), and rest heart rate(RHR), maximum heart rate(HRmax), maximum oxygen take-in(VO2max), body fat rate. 1.RHR, HRmax, Maximum oxygen take-in(VO2max), Body fat rate Rest heart rate(RHR) was 62.5±8.5beats/min and 69.9±9.9beats/min, where Taekowndo athletes were less by 7.4beats/min, and maximum heart rate was 178.9±9.7 beats/ min171.3±11.2beats/min where Taekwondo athlete group was shown to be different by 7.6beats/min, maximum oxygen take-in was 57.81±9.4㎖/㎏/min in Taekwondo athlete group and 44.3±9.8㎖/㎏/min in general public, where the former was higher by 13.5㎖/㎏/min. And body fat rate was 10.1±5.6% in Taekwondo athlete group and 17.5±5.0% in the general public, where Taekwondo athlete group was less by 7.4%. 2. Change of Muscular Power It was indicated that the quadriceps muscle(Q/BW(%)) of Taekwondo athlete group(Q/BW(%)) left 242.4±31.3 right 236.5±32.7, hamstring muscle of Taekwondo athlete group(H/BW(%)) left 159.4±32.5 right 164.4±32.5, the thigh extendibility and bendability of Taekwondo athlete group( EQH/ BW(%)) left 328.9±62.0 right 321.5±62.0, the thigh quadriceps muscle of the general public group(Q/BW(%)) left 177.6±33.7 right 181.4±30.2, the hamstring muscle of the general public(H/BW(%)) left 112.1±25.1 right 117.8±21.7, the thigh extendibility and bendability of the general public group(EQH/ BW(%)) left 277.8±64.5 right was 279.5±65.1, which was different. As a result of comparing and analyzing rest heart rate, maximum heart rate, maximum oxygen take-in, and body fat rate between the general public group not exercising, and Taekwondo athlete group. It was indicated to be significant and correlated in maximum oxygen take-in, and body fat rate between groups.

        병원행정정보화수준 평가지표개발 연구

        우리 나라의 병원행정 정보화는 병원정보시스템이 도입된 후 20여년 동안 많은 변화와 발전이 있었으나 민간주도로 병원 조직에 따라 제각기 추진되어온 만큼 국가차원에서 병원정보화에 대한 명확한 방향설정이나 지원이 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 병원관련부처는 의약분업 및 의료전달체계의 시행착오로 인한 재정적자를 병원에 전가하면서도 급작스런 수가체계변경 등으로 병원업무를 혼란스럽게 하고 있어 병원행정업무의 통합화, 진료정보 공동활용은 시급한 실정이다. 그러므로 날로 발전하는 정보기술에 의한 향후 의료환경의 변화와 환자중심의 종합적 정보화수준을 측정할 수 있는 기준 및 지표를 개발함으로써 급속도로 변화하고 있는 병원환경에 맞는 병원정보화의 기틀을 마련하고자 하였다.
