4주간의 혈류를 제한한 걷기운동이 비만여성의 혈중 염증지표와 등속성근기능, 대퇴둘레에 미치는 영향

혈류를 제한한 운동은 가압벨트를 사용해 사지의 윗부분을 적당한 정도로 압박한 상태에서 트레이닝을 실시하며 인체의 다양한 생리적 기능에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 만성질환의 발병 위험성이 높은 비만여성을 대상으로, 낮은 강도의 혈류를 제한한 걷기운동이 신체조성 및 성장호르몬, 근손상지표에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 구명하고자 한다. 연구대상자는 BMI 25kg/㎡와 체지방률 30% 이상의 직장 비만여성 11명으로 하였으며 혈류제한은 공압방식의 탄성벨트를 양쪽의 대퇴부위에 착용하고 압력을 조절하였다. 걷기프로그램은 트레드밀을 이용하여 실시하였으며(4주, 주 3일, 1일 2회), 2분 걷기와 1분 휴식으로 구성하여 총 5세트 반복하였고(4km/h, 5%) 대응표본 t-test를 실시하였다. 4주간의 혈류를 제한한 걷기운동 후, 체중과 신체질량지수, 체지방량이 유의하게 감소하였으며(p<.05), 우측의 대퇴둘레 또한 유의하게 감소되었다p<.05). 혈중 염증지표의 농도변화에서 IL-6는 4주간의 혈류를 제한한 걷기운동 후, 유의하게 증가되었으며(p<.05), 통계적 유의수준에는 도달하지 못하였지만 TNF-ɑ는 증가하는 경향을, CRP는 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 등속성 근기능의 변화에서 60°/sec의 좌·우측 신전력(좌, p<.001; 우, p<.05)과 좌측의 굴곡력(p<.001)이 유의하게 증가되었으며 180°/sec의 좌측 신전력에서 유의하게 증가되었다(p<.001). 이상의 결과로부터 4주간의 혈류를 제한한 걷기운동이 비만 중년여성의 체중 및 체지방량 감소와 근 기능 향상, 혈중 염증지표 농도의 변화에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 사료되며, 이는 짧은 운동시간에도 불구하고 장시간의 운동 효과를 얻을 수 있음을 검증한 것과 동시에 각종 만성성인질환 및 대사성 질환의 원인인 비만을 예방하고 치료하는데 효과가 있는 것으로 생각된다. Blood flow restriction(BFR) exercise is defined as low intensity and short termexercise usingpneumatic pressure belts at the top of limbs, which affectsthe physiological functions of the body. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of walking exercise with BFR on inflammatory index, isokinetic muscle function, and thigh circumference in obese women. Eleven obese women(> BMI 25kg/㎡&> body fat 30%) wore pneumatic pressure belts on both femurs and performed walking exercise twice per day, 3days/wk for 4 weeks (walking 2min; resting 1min). Data analysis was carried out using paired t-test. Body weight, BMI, and body fat significantly decreased after exercise(p<.05), and right thigh circumference significantly decreased(p<.05). The concentration of plasma IL-6 significantly increased(p<.05) after exercise. TNF-? level was not statistically different but tended to slightly increase. CRP slightly decreased, although it did not reach statistical significance after exercise. Muscle strength significantly increased in the 60°/sec of right/left side extension, left side flexion, and 180°/sec of left side extension after training(p<.05). These results suggest that 4weeks ofblood flow restriction walking exercise has positive effects on inflammatory index andisokinetic muscle function. Therefore, weconsider that blood flow restriction exercisecan be used fortreatment of obesity, related chronic diseases, and metabolic syndrome. Further, blood flow restriction exercise for a short time has similareffectsas a high intensity resistance program.

Each nation of the world is intensively propelling the R&D investment to solve the financial crisis and worldwide economic recession occurred from last year. This means the world economic is under economic system based on the knowledge. So, The R&D is continuously propelled for possession of the technology through the R&D stock and which is core in the knowledge based economic system. In this world stream, our government is also increasing the R&D investment and checked the technology level through surveying the R&D stock and comparison of each industry or world. The R&D investment of the railroad is continued but there is no data of the R&D stock. So, surveying the railroad R&D stock and comparing with korea industry is processed.
철도연구개발 성과 향상방안 연구 : 연구개발추진체계 중심으로

The change of the transportation circumstance related to the deep environmental pollution, escalation of the energy price, increasing social cost of the congestion and traffic accident, improving a income level, advanced social structure etc, is rapidly proceeded. For the corresponding this transportation circumstance, the role of the railway is being increased and that is friendly with environment , efficient for the energy, observed the time schedule and the transportation device which is high speed and safe mass transportation. In addition, government"s R&D investment is being increased according to deeping a strength of the international competitiveness through the technical innovation. So railway"s R&D investment is being increased. Accordingly, This study suggest improving a fruit of the R&D related to railway R&D system for a efficient R&D investment.

Recently, started to apply a strategy of selection and concentration in the construction and transportation R&D for the effective utilization of limited R&D resources. The department of construction and transportation planned the construction and transportation R&D innovative road map by the future 10 years technical requirement under the first year on the innovation of the construction and transportation technology from last year. The innovative road map which is a strategic and long term master plan integrated a construction and transportation suggested a vision as value createar for a improvement of living quality in the future. And made a specific goal that is the seventh construction technology level and the fifth transportation technology level in the world. The department of construction and transportation is planning a mid- long range planing of the construction and transportation R&D as following measurement of innovative road map. KICTEP and KISTEP planned a mid- long range R&D planing of the transportation system, logistics, aviation, railway for the last year. Introducing a methodology used a mid- long range plan and main results of the future railway R&D plan. And suggesting a politic comments for the effectively propelling railway R&D projects.

This study was carried out about the system engineering, the design, and Mock-up for the development of passenger car of Korean High Speed Train of maximum operating speed of 350㎞/h. The design was studied to carbody section & lay out, ring, fitting, carbody, electrical system based on Korean-TGV. The design of aluminium alloy carbody which was enabled to reduce the weight of carbody structure and was studied with construction of air-tightness. Air pressure controlled system provided to comfort passenger due to a reduction of difference pressure between inside and outside of passenger room on running of the tunnel. The interior design was performed in order to satisfy high speed and comfort to study by the modern design. The electrical system was designed two parts of logic and network for high reliability of train.
