본 연구의 목적은 사회적기업의 사회경제적 성과에 미치는 영향 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 사회경제적 성과는 사회적기업이 창출하고 있는 사회적 가치와 경제적 가치를 의미한다. 본 연구에서 사회적기업의 사회경제적 성과는 순편익, 유급근로자의 정규직비율, 유급근로자 중 취약계층고용비율이다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적기업의 순편익은 월평균급여가 많을수록, 사업체형태가 불분명할 때, 사업기간이 길수록 부(-)적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 약한 영향력이지만 최고경영자가 존재하지 않을 때 사회적기업의 순편익에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 독립사업체, 비영리민간단체의 사업단, 사회복지법인의 사업단과 같이 사업체형태가 명확한 경우보다 사업체형태가 불명확할 때 정규직비율에 음(-)의 방향으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 약한 영향력이지만 최고경영자의 학력이 높을수록 고용된 유급근로자의 정규직비율에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적기업의 취약계층고용비율은 유급근로자에게 지급되는 월평균급여가 많을수록 음(-)의 방향으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 분석한 사회적기업의 사회경제적성과에 미치는 영향요인에 대한 연구결과는 사회적기업의 지속가능성을 위해 고려되어야 할 정책제안의 근거자료가 될 수 있을 것이라고 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors effecting socio-economic results of the social enterprise. The socio-economic results of the social enterprise means the social value and the economic output made by the social enterprises. They are measured by net benefit, regular position rate of paid workers, and employment rate of the minor group among the employees. The results of this study are as follows. First, it shows that the social enterprise’s net benefit becomes smaller as monthly salary level goes up. In addition, the longer business period and the more ambiguous business type are negatively related with the social enterprise’s net benefit. And non-existence of CEO has plus effects, although its effects are limited. Second, the types of the social enterprise including independent social enterprise, non-profit private enterprise, and social welfare agent has negative effects on the rate of regular worker in employees. And the rate of regular worker becomes lower as the CEO’s educational background goes up, although its impact is very limited. Third, the employment rate of the minority is negatively related with the level of the paid-workers’ salary. The results of this study gives some implications on the sustainability of the social enterprise, which should be considered by policy makers.
