섬유혼입율 변화에 따른 고강도 섬유보강 콘크리트의 방폭특성

In the side of military purpose, the explosion proof concrete, which contributes to protect the military facilities from damages due to the explosion of bomb and to maintain their shapes, is required to develop. Therefore, in. this paper, mechanical and explosion-proof properties of concrete are tested under various steel fiber contents and member size. According to the experimental results, compressive, tensile and flexural strength gain higher levels with an increase in fiber contents. It shows that energy bearing capacities are higher with an increase in fiber contents. Especially, it is confirmed that slurry infiltrated fiber concrete(SIFCON) gains high strength and has high energy bearing capacities. SIFCON is expected to be applied in the construction of explosion proof structures.
사전혼합골재로서 미정제 플라이애시가 굳지않은 콘크리트에 미치는 영향

The objective of this paper is to provide the feasibility of premixed type ternary blended aggregates using raw fly ash(Ra), crushed sand(CS) and sea sand(SS) by studying fresh properties of the concrete. Ra is varied from 2.5% to 10% with interval of 2.5% by weight of mixed aggregates. Test results indicates that the replacement of Ra by mixed aggregates with low quality crushed sand and sea sand resulted in decrease of slump and air contents due to increased viscosity.

In this research, in order to improvement the performance of the two-component mixed aggregate mixed with fine granite fine aggregate and seawater, the examination of the effect of reject ash on the cement mortar according to the change of substitution rate was done. As a result, it was found that the effect of improving the compressive strength is more effective when the rejection ash is replaced by 5% in the mixed aggregate than in the case of using the high quality aggregate.

In this paper, the mechanical properties of slurry infiltrated fiber concrete(SIFCON) with the kinds and containments of steel fiber are investigated in order to provide the reference data on one of the application of repair method for structures. The effects of constraint and energy absorbing capacity are tested. According to the experimental results, strength of concrete contained A, B type steel fiber respectively increase with the increase of fiber contents. Strength and energy absorbing capacity of SIFCON has higher values than those of plain concrete. Therefore, effective repairing of structures by applying SIFCON will be expected.
