        In both sides, Korea and Japan, for the past few decades, they have an increasing tendency of the incidence of colo-rectal cancer in general population. Among several environmental factors which promote cancer development, the changing food and dietary are considered to. be the most important factors. We have realized there may be some differences on clinical and pathologic features of colorectal cancer between two countries. So we decided to disclose and discuss the difference on those aspects between Keimyung University School of Medicine, Taegu, Korea and Cancer institute Hospital, Tokyo, Japan. Each side of research group reviewed the clinical charts of the patients which show the findings at admission, at operation and during a follow-up period, and pathologists on each side reviewed the histological sides of cancer according to the same criteria. After a considerable of research, we had two incorporated meetings to discuss on the results of research. We reached the following concl usion 1) In Taegu, younger patients, right sided colon cancer, mucinous adenocarcinoma and cancer of low grade cell differentiation are predominant. 2) In Tokyo, older patients, the left sided colon cancer, concomitant polyps, well and moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma, and Dukes' A are high.

        실리콘 이종접합 태양전지의 버스바 전극 두께와 접합강도의 상관관계

        In heterojunction technology (HJT) solar cells, low-temperature curing paste is used because the passivation layer deteriorates at high temperatures of 200°C or higher. However, manufacturing HJT photovoltaic (PV) modules is challenging due to the weak peel strength between busbar electrodes and cells after soldering process. For this issue, the electrode thicknesses of the busbars of the HJT solar cell were analyzed, and the peel strengths between electrodes and wires were measured after soldering using an infrared (IR) lamp. As a result, the electrodes printed by the screen printing method had a difference in thickness due to screen mask. Also, as the thickness of the electrode increased, the peel strength of the wire increased.

        저온 경화 은 페이스트 용 아크릴계 바인더의 다양한 개시제의 영향에 관한 연구

        In heterojunction (HJT) solar cells, an amorphous silicon passivation layer is attached to the top and bottom of a crystalline silicon layer. HJT solar cells are manufactured at approximately 200°C because the structure of amorphous Si:H changes at high temperatures. Therefore, the silver paste utilized as an electrode on HJT solar cells should be subsequently cured at low temperatures below 200°C. In addition, the electrode requires good conductivity even at low curing temperatures. An initiator in the binder is crucial for the production of silver paste capable of low-temperature curing. This study investigated the effects of various initiators on the characteristics of a binder and silver paste that can be cured at low temperatures. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) were operated to investigate the initiation and thermal decomposition properties of binders. The relationship between gel contents and the electrical conductivity of cured pastes was explored to reveal the impact of the curing ratio on electrical conductivity. The appropriate utilization of the initiator resulted in a high curing rate, which in turn increased the electrical conductivity.

        BIPV 적용을 위한 컬러 필름 기반의 출력 특성 연구

        Expanding the supply of BIPV is crucial to strengthening the competitiveness of the photovoltaic industry and achieving Nationally Determined Contributions through the zero-energy building mandatory policy. BIPV is a technology that integrates into the building envelope to generate electricity and provide functions as a building material. It is suitable for domestic environments with many high-rise buildings due to the narrow land area and urbanization. To expand the supply of BIPV, economics, safety, and aesthetics must be ensured. In this study, a color BIPV module with a color PET film applied as a front material was manufactured for aesthetic and economic feasibility. The relationship between power output and transmittance according to color was analyzed. By analyzing the power output of the module and the transmittance of the film, the wavelength band (transmittance reduction band) that has the greatest effect on efficiency was analyzed regarding the color of the film. The red film showed the narrowest transmittance reduction band and the lowest degree of decrease in transmittance, making it ideal for minimizing the efficiency decrease rate compared to existing ones.

        The objective of this study is an attemption to explore the possibility of the life long education in the rural areas of Korea. The major research findings are as follows. 1. 20% of the younger rural generations displayed their intentions to remain in the agricultural accupations. 2. Most of young farmers believed that they could make a good money by engaging in the livestock industry or vinyl house horticulture. 3. 70% of the rural respondents showed the positive reactions with respect to the necessity of the life long education in the rural areas of Korea. 4. 20% of the rural respondents expressed their negative reactions relating to the necessity of the college level re-education for the younger generations. 5. It is likely to be seemed that the time is ripen to launch the life long education programs in the rural areas of Korea in order to extend the up-to-date agricultural skills for the young generations. 6. The life long education of the urban female population in Korea is becoming important in such areas as Psychology, History, Literature, Ethics, Business Administration Home Economics, Hygiene, etc.
