        시니어로빅이 고령 여성의 대사증후군 위험 요인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify how metabolic syndrome risk factors are affected in elderly women when seniorobic is conducted for 8 weeks. 13 patients who have more than three risk factors were classified as being in the metabolic syndrome group, and 13 patients who have less than two risk factors as being in the risk group. Exercise intensity was about 70~80bpm at the initial stage of exercise, and after two weeks, the seniorobic exercise was conducted three times a week for eight weeks within the range of 80~100bpm. This data was analyzed by paired t-test within groups and ANCOVA was used for differences between groups at significance level .05. After seniorobic exercise, the metabolic syndrome group had a positive effect on the waist circumference, diastolic blood pressure, HDL-C, and blood glucose level, and the danger group had a positive effect on the waist circumference, HDL-C, and TG. This study showed that the difference between the metabolic syndrome and the risk group is that the waist circumference and TG of the metabolic syndrome were positively affected.

        심부전증 환자의 12주간 운동이 CRP와 BNP에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was for analysis of CRP & BNP change of CHF (Congestive Heart Failure) patients according to exercise. Thirty patients with CHF (EF<40%) participated in this study. The subjects were randomly assigned to three groups; supervised exercise group(SEG, n=10), home-based exercise group (HEG, n=10), control group (CG, n=10). Patients in SEG exercised in medical center, and patients in HEG exercised in home or local health center. Exercise intensity was 60%HRR or 60%O2R. In that result, it was shown that CRP was significant difference among three groups. CG was increased than other groups (p<0.05). But BNP was not significant difference among three groups. However, HEG was decreased significantly after exercise (p<0.05). In conclusion, the results demonstrated that regular exercise improved inflammation marker in CHF patients.

        자연과학분야: 20주간의 타이치운동이 퇴행성관절염 여성노인의 슬관절의 등속성 근력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 20주간의 타이치 운동프로그램이 퇴행성관절염을 가진 여성노인의 슬관절의 근력에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구는 U시에 소재한 경로당이용자 중 최근 6개월 이상 좌업생활을 한 퇴행성관절염 여성노인 16명을 대상으로 하여 운동군(n=8), 비운동군(n=8)으로 하였다. 운동군은 타이치 운동프로그램을 HRR 40~60%의 운동강도, 주 3회, 일일 60분간 20주간 실시하였다. 통제군은 운동 프로그램 기간 동안일상생활을 유지하도록 하였다. 운동전. 후 슬관절의 근력의 측정항목은 굴곡과 신전을 측정하였다. 집단간 차이검증은 사후에서 사전을 뺀 값에 대해 independent t-test로 분석하였다. 유의수준은 .05에서 실시하였다. 이상의 연구절차를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 타이치운동 후 슬관절의 굴곡, 신전시 근력변화를 살펴보면 운동군의 경우 왼쪽 슬관절 60º/sec 굴곡시, 신전시와 오른쪽 슬관절 300º/sec 신전시 사전, 사후에서 긍정적인 영향을 주었으며, 두 집단 간의 차이는 왼쪽과 오른쪽 슬관절 60º/sec, 왼쪽 슬관절 180º/sec, 왼쪽 슬관절300º/sec에서 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 연구결과로 20주간의 타이치운동이 퇴행성관절염을 가진 노인여성의 슬관절 근력의 향상에 효과적인 운동임을 알 수 있었다. The Effects of 20-weeks tai-chi exercise program on the isokinetic muscle strength of elderly women. This study aims to examine if a 20-week tai-chi exercise program has an effect on the muscle strength of elderly women with degenerative arthritis. To this end, 16 elderly women with degenerative arthritis using a senior citizens' center located in U City who had worked sitting for the past six months were classified into exercise group(n=8) and non-exercise group (n=8). The data in this study was analyzed with a SPSS 18.0 statistics program to generate mean and standard deviation. Intergroup differences with an independent t-test at a significance level of .05. The conclusions of this study, the exercise program was found to have a positive effect on bending and extension of left knee joint at 60º/sec and extension of right knee joint at 300º/sec of exercise group both before and after the exercise:. In regards to intergroup differences, the exercise program was found to have a positive effect on knee joint of both sides at 60º/sec, left knee joint at 180º/sec, and left knee joint at 300º/sec. These findings indicate that the 20-weeks tai-chi exercise program is effective to improve muscle strength of knee joint of elderly women with degenerative arthritis.

      • 발레 푸에떼 앙뚜루낭 앙드오르 동작의 운동학적 분석

        The study aimed to analyse and compare the various kinematic variables of Croise´ motion with A la seconde motion in order to provide improve-ment of understanding in the technique of ballet. And Fouett´ motion was divided into LSI(i.e., Leg-Stretching motion: A la seconde in French), LBI(i.e., Leg-Banding motion: Coupe´ in French), LS2 and LB2. To achieve of such the purpose, six ballerina were sampled as subjects with 5-year career at university and the motions were required to be performed as quickly and stably as possible. The motions were analysed using the DLT method of three-dimensional cinematography. The principal kinematic variables for comparative analysis between Croise´ and A la seconde were as such: spent time, c.o.g distance, angular velocity of both arms, lean angle, hip joint angle and height of c.o.g. As a result of analyzing the data, the following conclusions were drawn. 1. The overall duration of Croise´ is less than that of A la seconde, but there was no significant difference two motions. 2. C.O.G. distance in Croise´ in view of horizontal plane tend to be shorter than that in A la seconde, but there was no significant difference between two motions. 3. The angular velocity of right arm in Croise´ is larger than that in A la seconde only at LS. There was no significant difference in the angular velocity of left arm in two motions, but the angular velocity f left arm in A la seconde tend to be larger than that in Croise´both at LSI and at LS2. and the angular velocity of left arm un Croise´ tend to be larger than that in A la seconde both at LB1 at LB2. 4. There was no significant difference in the lean angle and right hip joint angle between two motions. But the lean angle of Croise´ tend to be larger than that of A la seconde and the right hip joint angle of Croise´ tend to be larger than that of A la seconde. The right knee joint angle of Croise´ was larger than that of A la seconde at LS1 which proved to be significant difference between two motions. At other factors, there was no significant difference, but the right knee joint angle of A la seconde tend to be larger than that of Croise´. 5. There was significant difference between two motion at all factors on the height of c.o.g.. The height of c.o.g. of Croise´ tend to be higher than that of A la seconde at LS1 and at LS2. Besides, the height of c.o.g. of A la seconde tend to be higher than that of Croise´ at LB1 and at LB2.
