농촌지역 초,중여학생의 초경 및 월경 양상에 관한 조사 연구

농촌지역 여학생들의 초경 및 이에 영향을 주는 요인들과의 관계 그후 월경양상에 관한 요 인을 파악하기 위해 농촌지역내에 잇는 초중여학생 1280(초경을 경험한 여학생 577명)을대 상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론은 얻었다. 1. 초경 연령 분포는 9세부터 15세범위내에 잇으며 가장 빠른 초경연령은 9.2녀, 평균 초경 연령은 12.5±1.0세로 연대별로 보면 초경연령이 점점 낮아지는 경향을 보여주고 잇다. 2. 같은 나이에 초경을 경험한 여학생이 경험안한 여학생보다 평균체중, 신장면에서 월등히 무겁고 커보였다. 3. 초경당시 평균체중은 41.0±5.1kg 평균지방은 10.3±1.8kg 체중에 대한 평균 지방 백분율 은 24.4±0.8%이었으며 지방 백분율이 초경 시작에 중요한 역할을 하였다. 4. 부모의 교육정도 ,직업 및 형제수가 초경연령과 깊은 연관성을 보여 주었으나 다른 요인 들과는 연관성이 적었다. 5. 최근 6개월간의 월경 양상을 불 때 규칙적인 경우가 45.4% 불규칙적인 경우가 54.6% 이 었으며 정상월경은 55.4% 회발월경은 30.7% 빈발월경은 8.4%무월경은 5.5%로 44.6%의 높 은 월경장애를 보여주었다. The study was desinged to obtain the menarche, the factors which influence on menarche and the menstraul patterns after menarche. For the data sampling self-administred questionnarie survey was made in July 1987. among the 1280 elimentary and middle school girls (577 total menarcheal girls) in rural area. The results are as follows. 1. The mean age of menarche was 12.5±1.0 years old. And earliest menarcheal age was 9.2 years old , ranged from 9 years old to 15 years old. 2. The girls at menarche were taller and heavier than those of the same age who had not experinced menarche. 3. The mean weight at menarche was 41.0±5.1 kg, the mean body fat was 10.31±1.8 kg and 24.2±0.8% of body weight . The fat percentage of weight was more important for the menarcheal onset. 4. The menarcheal age was significantly influenced by siblings, the educational level and occupations of the parents but less influenced by others. 5. The irregularity of menaruation was 54.6% and the proportion of normal menstruation, ploymenorrhea, olignomenorrhea and amenorrhera were 55.4%, 8.4%, 30.7% and 5.5% respectively. The mean menstraul interval was 34.0±10.2 day and the mean duration was 4.1±1.4day.
