      • HPTB 추진제를 적용한 금속재 추진기관의 둔감시험평가

        추진기관의 둔감화에 대한 연구를 통하여 추진기관에 대한 둔감시험평가 기법은 정립하였으나 국내의 추진기관에 대한 둔감시험 데이터베이스는 절대적으로 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 개정된 추진기관 둔감시험방법인 NATO의 STANAG 시험방법에 근거하여 국내 최초로 금속재 추진기관의 탄자충격, 파편충격 및 금속가열시험을 실시하였으며 음압과 파편의 무게, 비산 거리 및 영상 데이터을 분석하여 각 둔감시험별 반응등급을 판정하였다. 향 후 본 시험 데이터가 국내의 둔감 추진기관 개발을 위한 기초 데이터로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Insensitive Munitions(IM) test methods have been established, but there are few database for IM tests for rocket motors in our country. In this study IM tests for steel rocket motors such as bullet impact test, fragment impact test and fast cook-off test were executed according to North Atlantic Treaty Organization(NATO) Standard Agreement(STANAG). Reaction level was judged by analyzing sound pressure, fragment weight, fragment throw and video data. These IM tests will be used as basic data for the development of our domestic IM rocket motors.

      • HTPE 둔감추진제 연소/점화/안전도 특성 연구

        본 연구에서는 바인더로 HTPE)/BuNENA를 적용하고 산화제로는 AP와 AN, 금속 연료로 Al을 사용한 HTPE 둔감 추진제 2종에 대한 연소속도, 점화지연시간, 민감도 및 둔감특성을 HTPB 추진제와 비교 고찰하였다. 민감도는 HTPB 추진제와 HTPE 추진제가 유사하게 나타났으며, 점화지연시간은 HTPE 추진제가 2~3배 크게 나타났고, 둔감성에서는 HTPB 추진제가 EIDS 완속가열시험 기준을 만족시키지 못한 반면 HTPE 추진제는 기준에 부합하였다. In this study, 2 kinds of HTPE insensitive propellants composed of HTPE/BuNENA binder, AP, AN and Al were investigated for combustion characteristics, ignition delay time, sensitivity and insensitive properties compared with HTPB propellant. HTPE propellant showed almost same sensitivity results as HTPB propellant, showed 2~3 times higher value than the value of HTPB propellant, ignition delay time respectively, and met the standard criteria, while HTPB propellant failed.

        HTPE 둔감추진제 완속가열 시험평가

        This study was carried out to investigate the thermal decomposition and execute EIDS slow cook-off test for the propellant ingredients and 2 kinds of HTPE propellants. The thermal analysis of the propellant ingredients used in this study showed that the thermal stability of these materials decreases in the following order : AP > HTPE > AN > BuNENA. In addition, propellant HTPE 002 containing AN showed that an endothermic process at around 125℃ corresponding to the solid phase change(Ⅱ→Ⅰ) of AN was followed by the exothermic process of BuNENA/AN mixture up to 200℃. In EIDS slow cook-off tests, HTPE 001 and HTPE 002 reacted at around 250℃ and 152℃ respectively, and both of them showed sudden temperature increase curves at 115℃. The critical temperatures, Tc, of thermal explosion for the propellants HTPE 001 and HTPE 002, were obtained from both the non-isothermal curves at various heating rates and Semenov’s thermal explosion theory. Kissinger’s method that was used to calculate Tc was also employed to obtain the activation energies for thermal decompositions.

        The flower of Chrysanthemum morifoliurn L. has been used as "Kamguk" in the Korean markets instead of it from C. indicum L. In order to evaluate the quality of Chrysanthemi Flos, the method for isolation and quantitative determination of luteolin as standard compound has been developed. It is analyzed with HPLC using the solvent system of MeOH-water-acetic acid (30:70:5). The amounts of luteolin from Chrysanthemi Flos in Korean markets are in the range of 0.03-0.04%. The amounts of luteolin from the flowers of C. indicum and C. boreale are approximately 0.14% and 0.04%, respectively.

      • L1210과 HL60 암세포에 대한 야생식물의 세포독성 검색

        For the search of anticancer compounds from natural products. 43 plants were extracted with benzene and methanol, separately, and the extracts were screened for the cytotoxicity against L1210 and HL60 cancer cell lines. From the results, 22 samples in benzene extracts showed cytotoxicity against L1210 cells and 23 samples against HL60 cells, respectively. However, any methanol extracts did not exhibit cytotoxicity against two cancer cell lines, it suggested that cytotoxic compounds seemed to have low polarity. ED_50 values less than 5 ㎍/㎖ were observed in 14 and 9 samples in benzene extracts against L1210 and HL60 cancer cells, respectively.
