보이스피싱은 피싱, 파밍 등의 개별적 범죄가 대출사기, 조건만남 사기 등 높은 범죄수익을 가져오는 다양한 범죄와 융합되면서 기업형으로 변화하고 있다. 점조직으로 운영되고 있어 적발되더라도 전체적인 조직이나 인물을 파악하기 곤란하다. 보스피싱 근절을 위해서는 법제도와 기술의 도입뿐만 아니라 범죄조직이 사용하는 은어에 대한 연구도 필요하다. 은어는 정보를 은밀하게 공유하고 경찰의 수사망을 피하고자 하는 범죄조직의 체계와 행위를 분석하는데 중요한 자료가 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인터넷, 판결문 및 전문가 인터뷰를 통해서 총 82개의 은어를 도출하고, 그 의미를 정의하였다. 은어는 범죄조직, 범죄활동, 범행계좌 등 3가지 유형으로 분류하였다. 이러한 은어를 활용하여 1) 웹 크롤링 기술을 활용한 인출책 모집 광고 탐지, 2) 관계망 분석 기술을 통한 보이스피싱 범죄 조직분석, 3) AI 음성 조서를 활용한 수사지원 등에 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 보이스피싱 은어에 대한 연구가 범죄조직을 이해하고, 피해예방과 수사정책을 수립하는데 도움이 되기를 기대한다. Recently, crimes such as phishing and pharming are showing a form of convergence with various crimes that bring high proceeds of crime, such as mortgage fraud and prostitution, and are changing to a corporate type. Yet it is difficult to identify the main criminals. In order to eradicate voice phishing, it is necessary to not only introduce legal systems and technologies but also to study the slang used by criminal organizations. Slangs are used for the purpose of secretly sharing information in organized crime and avoiding the police"s investigation. For this reason, the criminal language is an important data for analyzing the characteristics of the organization and criminal behavior. Therefore, throughout the study, 82 slangs derived from dark web, social network services (SNS), and trial sentences were identified and analyzed through expert interviews. It is expected that this slang can be utilized in 1) retrieval book recruitment advertisement detection using web crawling technology, 2) voice phishing criminal organization analysis through relationship network analysis technology, and 3) suggesting that it can be applied to the establishment of an investigation and investigation support system using AI voice report. Since voice phishing slang will change due to the nature of language, research should be conducted steadily. It is expected that the study contriutes to understand criminal organizations and prevent the voice phishing.
