        IPTV 서비스 영향요인과 지속적 사용의도에 관한 실증연구

        Recently, digital satellite broadcasting services and broadband Internet services are growing rapidly. In addition, users have become to choose a variety of medias and communication products or services. Among consumer-related companies are attracting increasingly competitive, IPTV vendors as part of their marketing promotion are committed to conduct experiential marketing to attract new customers. In competitive environment, to identify the influencing factors that affect continuous use of IPTV service is a key issue to preempt competitive advantage. In this study, we identified antecedent factors to affect continuous use of IPTV service, with a survey to find out the positive impact between user attitude and continuous use based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). We collected 273 sample data on people with IPTV experience by conducting a survey. As a result, contents quality as media characteristics affects perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. However, innovation tendency as individual characteristics does not affect perceived ease of use, and the relationship between ease of use and usefulness was rejected. It means that IPTV has difficult problems of complex operations compared to traditional TV. To maintain existing customers and acquire new customers of IPTV service, IPTV vendors have to manage service contents with quality available in competitive environment as a key factor, with more convenient and easy to use.

        공급사슬관리(SCM)의 조직과 IS요인이 SCM 성과에 미치는 영향과 협업의 매개효과

        Supply chain management (SCM) is the 21st century global operations strategy for achieving organizational competitiveness. Most companies are attempting to find ways to improve their flexibility, responsiveness, and in turn competitiveness by changing their operations strategy, methods and technologies that include the implementation of SCM. While some companies have achieved significant efficiencies through SCM, others have complained of failed implementation, budget overruns, and disappointing performance. Successful supply chain management requires the integration of the entities in a supply chain to create a cooperative and collaborative environment. This study intends to suggest a research model to investigate the influence of organization and IS factors on SCM performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational and IS factors on SCM performance, including the mediating effect of collaboration. The result of this empirical study is summarized as followings. First, project management and top management support are the most important determinants to influence SCM performance in direct effect model. Second, goal sharing, top management support and IS maturity have positive influences on collaboration relationship. Third, goal sharing has more effective impact on SCM performance through a mediating variable of supply chain collaboration.

        IPTV 서비스의 지각된 가치와 지각된 즐거움, 그리고 지속적 사용의도에 관한 실증연구

        The rapid development of telecommunication technology changed existing one-way analog service into two-way digital media service. IPTV service as a convergent platform in technological mechanism of broadcasting and telecommunication, is attracting new customers with realtime broadcasting service. Recently, the competition among IPTV service vendors to secure a share of the new market is intense. IPTV service vendors as part of their marketing promotion are committed to conduct experiential marketing to acquire new customers. To identify the influencing factors that affect continuous use of IPTV service in competitive environment, is a key issue to obtain competitive advantage. This study intends to identify antecedent factors to affect perceived value and perceived enjoyment of IPTV service, and find out the relationship between these factors and continuous intention to use. 273 sample data on people with IPTV experience were collected via survey process. As a result, contents quality as media characteristics influences perceived value and perceived enjoyment, and interactivity influences perceived enjoyment. However, instant connectivity does not affect perceived value and perceived enjoyment, and interactivity also does not affect perceived value. From value-based perspective, this results show that IPTV vendors have to provide customers the various services with quality contents and interactivity to acquire new customers.
