충남 지역은 백제 문화가 산재한 곳이다. 그 중 공주와 부여는 백제 문화권의 중심지로서 무령왕릉, 부소산성, 공산성 등 많은 유적지가 존재하고 있어 관광지역의 특성을 지니고 있다. 관광지에서 판매되고 있는 문화상품들을 보면 그 지역의 특색을 갖춘 상품들보다는 어느 지역에서나 볼 수 있는 유사한 상품들이 많아 상품 개발이 미흡한 실정이다. 관광객들은 박물관등의 소장유물을 통해 그 지역의 역사와 문화를 이해하고 기초적인 지식을 습득한다. 본 연구는 충남지역 문화를 활성화하기 위한 한 방안으로서 백제문화권지역에서 출토된 유물을 응용해 타지역과 차별성을 지닌 문화상품 디자인을 제안해본다. 그동안 백제 역사에 대한 관심이 부족했으나 최근 영화나 역사드라마 등을 통해 백제 역사에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 이에 미적의식과 조형성을 바탕으로 옛것과 현대적인 것이 조화를 이루는 상품 디자인을 개발하여 충남지역문화가 활성화되기를 기대해 본다. Chungchong-namdo area is place that Baekje cultures are straggling. Many ruinses of grant exist and is having special quality of seeing area such as Muryeongwangreung, Busosanseong, Gongsansung as Baekje cultural areas' center with Kongju of Buyeo. More than goods that equip the area's color if see culture goods been selling in tourist resort that there are many resemblant goods that can see in any local and goods development is insufficient misgovernment. Tourists understand history of the area and culture through head relic of having wide knowledge official rank and master basic knowledge. This research proposes culture goods design that apply relic that is excavated in Baekje culture station as a way to activate Chungchong-namdo area culture and keep another province station and discrimination. Meantime, interest about Baekje histories was lacking but interest about Baekje histories is decaying through movie or history drama etc. the latest. Hereupon, Chungchong-namdo area culture expects to be activated developing goods design that harmonization tradition and modern thing accomplishes with beauty appropriateness and formative.

수공예로 만들어지는 문화상품들은 전반적으로 오랜 시간의 소비와 높은 인건비, 대량생산의 한계성을 가지고 있다. 특히 수공예 작업에서 큰 비중을 차지하는 부분인 왁스카빙 기법은 작고 세밀한 부분을 표현하는 데에 있어 어려움이 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 부분을 최소화하기 위하여 CNC 시스템을 왁스카빙 작업에 도입시켜 작고 세밀한 부분의 정밀도를 높이고 다양한 디자인과 효율적인 대량생산을 함으로써 문화상품 유통을 활성화하는 계기를 마련하고자 한다. Cultural products are created by hand in the overall consumption and high labor costs of a long time, and have the limitations of mass production. A large percentage of handicraft is wax-carving. This technique is difficult to express the small, detailed parts. This part of this to minimize the introduction of CNC system has to work with wax carving. this to CNC system has to work with wax carving minimize the introduction. Increase the accuracy of small and detailed parts. And various design and mass production will be efficient. In so doing, to enable the circulation of cultural products to have prepared.
