법치국가의 기초와 전제는 인간을 근본으로 하여야 가능하며, 법치의 계획은 교육을 우선으로 꼽아야 한다. 다시 말해 법치의 건설은 매 개인에 대한 교육에서 시작하여야 하며, 법률의 교육으로 법치의 소양을 향상하여야 법률인재를 보장할 수 있게 된다. 대학생은 나라의 부흥과 발전의 비전으로서 미래 사회의 주인이며 사회의 변화에 중요한 영향을 하게 됨으로 대학생에 대한 법률교육은 매우 중요하다. 본문은 중국 현재의 대학생 법치 교육의 정의와 필요성을 검토하고 법치교육의 의의와 범위를 분석한 후, 거시적 시각으로 법치교육의 발전을 살펴보고, 일부 대학교의 대학생 법치교육의 내용과 방식에 존재하는 문제점을 사례로 하여 설명을 하면서 미국, 싱가포르, 일본 등 법치교육의 선진국의 경험을 참고하여 상응한 대책을 제출하고자 한다. Article Abstract: The foundation and premise of "ruling the country according to law" is to strengthen the construction of socialist rule of law. The construction of the rule of law must be people-oriented and rely on people to complete it. Rule of law, education first. The smallest unit of the construction of the rule of law is the individual. To strengthen the construction of the socialist rule of law must start with the education of the rule of law of the individual. Only by truly improving the legal literacy of the individual through the education of the rule of law can we provide talent guarantee for the construction of the rule of law. As a reserve force and senior intellectuals for the rejuvenation and development of the motherland, college students will move to important positions in society in the future and will have an important impact on the development of society. Therefore, colleges and universities should be the center of education for the rule of law, and college students should focus on improving their quality of the rule of law. . Promoting the integration and development of the rule of law education and the rule of virtue education is of great significance to improving the comprehensive quality of the rule of law among college students, promoting the construction of rule of law campuses in universities, and promoting the spirit of the rule of law in socialism. This article starts from the concept and necessity of the theory of rule of law education for college students in today's era, defines the connotation and extension of rule of law education, combs the evolution of the rule of law education process, grasps the development of the rule of law education from a macro perspective, and focuses on the law education of college students in some universities. Existing problems in the content and methods of education in the process, in-depth analysis of general problems and special problems, find out the reasons, learn from the advanced legal education experience in the United States, Singapore, and Japan, apply the right medicine, and start from the legal education The content, the main body of the rule of law education, the guarantee measures of the rule of law education and other aspects are targeted to propose a perfect path and specific methods, in the hope that better promote the rule of law education in colleges and universities.

There were three tendencies on free love and sexual love of human at Ch’ing age: the left wings that affirm it, the right wings that deny it, and the eclectics. All three of them agree on the view that “the poetry derives from the human nature,” but they distinguish themselves by their accentuation on “the just of nature,” or “the truth of nature.” People who pursue the just of nature try to edify the Confucian ethics through poetry, and those who pursue the truth analyze the action of human love as the true expression of human nature. In a modern view, poetics of that era ‘over-suppresses’ the human desire. But Yuan Mei not only affirms the description of love between men and women in love poems, but also admits that ‘lust’ and ‘desire’ reflect the true human nature. Poetics of Korean sijo had also affirmed the minority’s expression of love between men and women, in spite of the strong flood tide of Confucianism that stresses the ethics in poetry.

한연은 중국의 '80후' 신예 감독 중 한 명으로 소비주의가 세계화되고 인터넷 기술이 빠르게 발전하는 시대를 배경으로 성장했다. 우리 영화산업이 나날이 번영하고 민족영화미학이 다원화되고 선명한 새로운 형식을 띠면서 청년들의 담론이 풍성해지고 풍성해지면서 한연은 영화창작과 산업실천의 무대로 들어섰다. 이 글은 한연영화를 연구대상으로 하고, 한연영화의 장편영화 9편 중 3편을 연구문서로 하여 한연영화가 통일적으로 제시하는 주제내용, 인물형상특징, 시청각미학양식의 3중 창작적 측면을 심층 분석하고 객관적으로 총결산하여 한연영화의 내용특징, 창작스타일, 문화적 함의를 총결산하고, 한연감독의 비극의식의 표현을 부각시켜 미래 청년영화창작에 시사점을 준다. Hanyan was one of China's new directors since the '80s, growing up against the backdrop of the globalization of consumerism and the rapid development of Internet technology. As the Chinese film industry flourished day by day, ethnic film aesthetics took on various and vivid new forms, and the content of youth discourse gradually became rich and abundant, and Han-yeon entered the stage of film creation and industrial practice. In the text, three of Hanyan's nine feature films are research documents, and the three creative dimensions of the Hanyeon film's unified subject content, characteristics, and audiovisual aesthetics are analyzed in depth and summarized objectively to highlight Hanyeon's content characteristics, creative style, and cultural implications.
