4차 산업혁명시대 부산신항 배후단지 뉴비즈니스 모델 도출을 위한 전략 과제

본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명시대 부산신항 배후단지 뉴비즈니스 모델 도출을 위한 전략과제에 관한 것으로서, 주요점은 부산신항이 선진항만으로서의 기본적인 요건을 갖추어 동북아 허브 환적거점항만으로 거듭나고 실제 부산신항 배후단지에 입주해 있는 물류기업들이 새로운 비즈니스 모델 구축을 위한 주요 방안을 도출해 보고자 한다. 이에 세부적인 전략으로서, 기존의 부산항이 가지고 있는 지리적·역사적 배경을 항만활동에 적극 활용하고 융합시켜, 항만배후단지가 효율적으로 운영될 수 있게 시설 인프라를 확충하고, 글로벌 시대에 부합되는 지원방안을 합리적으로 개선하여 부산신항의 경쟁력 향상과 더불어 새로운 비즈니스 모델 전략을 모색하여 보고자 함이 본 논문의 주요 목적이다. Purpose : This study is intended to formulate the strategic target for realization of new business model for the hinterland of the Busan New Port with the Industry 4.0 Era in mind. Research design, data, methodology : This study looks for strategies to draw new business models and improve infrastructures, the Act on Ports, and related regulations for enhancement of competitiveness and efficient operation of the Busan New Port and the hinterland appropriate for the Industry 4.0 Era based on the geographical and historical merits of the region. Results : The complex on the hinterland of a port is not a logistics complex supporting just the port, but it is emerging as the base which creates value-added logistics linked with international division of industry and trade structures. This study has found that support of containers on the hinterland of Busan New Port needs to be expanded and efficient management of tenant companies of the complex is necessary for competitive operation of the complex. It was also found that supply of land on the complex needs to be adjusted to respond to the oversupply of tenant companies. Conclusions : In order to materialize the new business model of the complex on the hinterland of Busan New Port, the following strategic targets should be accomplished: activation of the intrinsic function of the port, construction of smart warehouses, well-planned development of hinterland, and systematic support of tenant companies. In addition, support system for the complex on the hinterland - such as infrastructure for transportation, inducement of foreign investment etc. - should be provided for full-functioning of the complex.
이산사건 시뮬레이션 시스템을 활용한 생산성 개선 사례 연구

Up-to-date manufacturing companies have faced a market-driven environment of pull production order. There should be a difference in operating manufacturing resources according to the type, quantity, and delivery time of manufactured products, because the process situation in pull production is changed by customer orders. And it should be taken into account from the stage of preparing for production such as process design and the placement and utilization of manufacturing resources. However, the feasibility of production plans is limited because most of small manufacturing businesses make production/supply plan of the parts and products assuming that equipment abilities in scheduling is sufficient without managing process standard information systemically. In this study, a discrete event simulation system based on BOM (bill of material), that is F-OPIS (online productivity innovation system), is introduced and a case study on application of the system leading to improving productivities is presented. F-OPIS deals with a decision-problem on production management and it is specialized for small-and- medium sized manufacturing companies. The target company of this case study is a typical small-and-medium sized manufacturing company in Korea, that produces various machined parts. The target company adopts make-to-stock production management to prevent tardy delivery because of fluctuations in demand. Therefore, it is required to apply an efficient inventory control solution for improving produc-tivities. In this paper, based on the constraints of working capacity of manufacturing resources, the bottleneck process is analyzed as production conditions are changed. Consequently, an improvement plan is proposed, that eventually enhances overall utilization rates of resources in the bottleneck process and reduces overall production lead-time and inventory level.
