In the air cutting process, workers perform manual work, so the quality is not uniform, and the defect rate rises, which creates a quality deterioration problem and ultimately fails to gain customer trust. Therefore, it is essential to build an automation system using robots. In this study, with the goal of establishing the manual process in the electrodeposition coating process as an automated system, two collaborative robots were used to place the 3D lay-out and then the robot simulation was performed.
