전라남도 고흥군에 위치하는 외나로도의 관속식물상을 조사하고 분포가 확인된 주요식물에 대해 논의하였다. 2015년 3월부터 2017년 10월까지 3년 동안 총 21회의 현지조사에서 확보된 표본에 근거하여 관속식물목록을 작성하였고, 국립생물자원관 표본관(KB)과 대전대 생물학과 표본실(TUT)에 수장하였다. 본 조사에서 생육이 확인된 관속식물은 122과 364속 538종 6아종 41변종 2품종의 총 587분류군이다. 멸종위기야생생물로는 혹난초, 지네발란, 대흥란, 석곡 4분류군을 확인하였다. 한반도고유종은 변산바람꽃, 해변싸리, 거제물봉선 등 14분류군이었고, 식물구계학적 특정식물로는 V등급 4분류군, IV등급 4분류군, III등급 47분류군, II등급 18분류군, I등급 64분류군으로 총 137분류군이 조사되었다. 적색식물목록종으로는 위급종(critically endangered) 꽃꿩의다리를 포함하여16분류군을 확인하였다. 귀화식물로는 가시상추, 물참새피 등 46분류군이 조사되었다. This study presents the flora of vascular plants on Oenarodo Island, located in Goheung-gun, Jeollanam-do, Korea. A list of vascular plants was created based on the herbarium of the National Biological ResourceCenter (NIBR) and the Daejeon University Biology Department herbarium (TUT) collected from field surveys. Based on specimens collected in the field during 21 separate field trips amounting to a total of 21 days conducted between March of 2015 and October of 2017, there are 587 taxa on Oenarodo Island, consisting of 122 families, 364 genera, 538 species, six subspecies, 41 varieties, and two forms. Among the collected plants, those endangered were four taxa, those endemic were 14 taxa, floristic regional indicator plants specially designated by the Ministry of the Environment amounted to 137 taxa, and those naturalized amounted to 46 taxa.

While preparing a floristic study of Korean Pteridophytes, we discovered the following two unrecorded species from Jeju Island: Cyclosorus penangianus (Hook.) Copel. and Pteris fauriei Hieron. C. penangianus can be distinguished from other Korean congeners of the genus Cyclosorus by having exindusiate sori, toward with sinus of ultimate segments of veinlets more than 4. P. fauriei can be distinguished from other Korean congeners of the genus Pteris by having ultimate segments with entire margins, veins reaching to leaf margin and membraneous petiolar scales. 제주도 서귀포시 동홍동에서 자라는 것으로 확인된 큰별고사리[Cyclosorus penangianus (Hook.) Copel.]와 제주도 안덕면 광평리 오름 일대에서 발견된 오름깃고사리[Pteris fauriei Hieron.]를 채집하여 국내 미기록종으로 보고하였다. 큰별고사리는 국내에 분포하는 별고사리[C. acuminatus (Houtt.) Nakai], 검은별고사리[C. interruptus (Willd.) H.Ito], 탐라별고사리[C. dentatus (Forssk.) Ching]와 달리 포막이 전혀 없으며, 각 맥과 열편의 만입부에서 유합하는 맥의 수가 4개 이상으로 속내 다른 분류군과 뚜렷하게 구별된다. 오름깃고사리는 봉의꼬리속 다른 분류군과 달리 최종열편이 전연이고, 맥이 가장자리에 닿으며, 엽병 인편의 가장자리가 막질성인 점으로 뚜렷이 구별된다. 미기록 두 분류군에 대해 형질을 기재하고 사진 및 근연 분류군 간의 차이를 검색표로 제시하였다.

Baekdudaegan, the largest mountain range in eastern Asia, is a biodiversity hotspot in Korea that may have served as a glacial refugium. This study presents the flora of vascular plants on Deok-chi upto the Yuk-sim-nyeong area of the Baekdudaegan conservation area. The survey area was divided into four subareas and fieldwork was conducted for a total of twelve days in 2015. Voucher specimens were collected during the survey and were deposited at Daejeon University. A list of vascular plants was prepared based on the voucher specimens. The results of the survey showed that a total of 441 taxa, consisting of 100 families, 265 genera, 398 species, 9 subspecies, 32 varieties, and 2 forms, were found in the survey area. There was one endangered species, Aconitum coreanum, in the Bonghwasan Mt. area. Sixteen endemic taxa, 74 floristic regional indicator plants, as designated by the Ministry of the Environment, and eleven naturalized plants were distributed. The results of this study can serve as basic information to establish conservation and management plans for the Baekdudaegan conservation area.
