상담이론 기반 미술치료 연구의 체계적 고찰 : 국내 학술지 논문(2011-2021)을 중심으로

본 연구는 상담이론에 기반한 미술치료 연구 동향을 살펴보고 상담 이론별 연구방법 동향을 비교 분석하여 상담이론 적용의 방향성을 제시 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2011년부터 2021년 7월까지 학술지에 게 재된 KCI 등재 논문 중 제목과 초록에 상담이론이 명시되어있는 151편 을 선정하여 연도별, 연구유형별, 연구방법별로 분류하여 빈도와 백분율 로 분석하였다. 연구에 따른 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연도별 동향은 2015년 26편(17.2%)으로가장많은 연구가이루어졌고 이후 소폭증감을 반복하며 꾸준하게 논문이 게재되고 있다. 게재된 논문 151편(100%) 중 인지행동이 30편(19.9%)으로가장 높은 비율로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구유형 별 동향은 실험연구(41.7%)와 사례연구(39.1%)가 많이 연구되었다. 셋째, 연구방법별 동향에서 연구 대상은 성인이 가장 많았으며 정신분석, 분석 심리학, 인지행동, 긍정심리학에서 높은 비율로 나타났다. 연구도구는 대 부분 투사검사보다 객관검사를 많이 사용하였으며 상담이론보다 치료목 표와 연관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 치료형태는 집단이 가장 많았고 대상관계, 인지행동, 현실치료, 해결중심, 마음챙김, 긍정심리학, 교류분석 에서 높은 비율로 나타났다. 치료회기는 10-15회기 미만, 치료 시간은 90-120분 미만이 가장 많았다. 정신분석, 대상관계, 분석심리학, 인지행 동, 인간중심, 게슈탈트는 30회기 이상 미술치료가 진행된 반면 10회기 미만은 진행되지 않았다. 치료목표는 자아성장이 가장 많았고 정신분석, 인간중심,현실치료에서 높은 비율로 나타났다.미술활동 및기법은 상담 이론과 치료목표에 따라 각각 특징적인 방법이 활용되었다. 본 연구에서 는 상담이론에 기반한 미술치료를 체계적으로 고찰함으로써 미술치료에 서 다양한상담이론의 적용 방향성과치료계획을위한연구의기초자료 를마련하는 데의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the research trend of art therapy based on the counseling theory and to suggest the direction o f the application of counseling theory by comparing and analyzing the research method trends by counseling theory. For this purpose, among the KCI-registered papers published in Korean Journal Articles fro m 2011 to July 2021, 151 articles with counseling theory specified in the title and abstract were selected, classified by year, research type, and research method, and analyzed in terms of frequency and percent age.The conclusions of the study are as follows. First, as for the annual trend, the largest number of studies was conducted in 2015 with 26 articles (17.2%), and since then, papers have been published continuously with a slight increase or decrease. Among 151 published papers (100%), cognitive behavior theory showed the highest ratio with 30 (19.9%). Second, as for trends by research t ype, many experimental studies (41.7%) and case studies (39.1%) were studied. Third, in the trend by research method, the majority of the study subjects were adults, and high rates were found in psychoanalysis,analytical psychology,cognitive behavior theory, and positive psychology. Most of the research tools used the objective test tool rather than the projective test tool, and it was found to be more related to the treatment goal than the counseling theory. The most common type of treatment was group, and high rates were found in relations theory, cognitive behavior theory, reality therapy, solution-focused theory, mindfulness, positive psychology and transactional analysis. The most the treatment session was 10-15 sessions, and The most the treatment time was 90-120 minutes. Psychoanalysis, relations theory, analytic al psychology, cognitive behavior theory, person-centered theory and Gestalt theory were performed for more than 30 sessions, but not for less than 10 sessions. The most common treatment goal was self-growth, and high rates were found in psychoanalysis, person-centered theory and reality therapy. For art activities and techniques, each characteristic method was used according to the counseling theory and treatment goals. In this study,by systematically examining art therapy based on counseling theory, it is meaningful to prepare basic data for research on the direction of application of various counseling theories in art therapy and treatment plan.
